Since moving my father in I have finally been able to have peace about his well being. I have to say that overall I have been very pleased with the staff and the care he receives.

We were fortunate to find Legacy Ridge as a brand new memory care community. Clean, compassionate and caring staff, good food, great layout, motion sensor lights bathroom safe secure.

My wife has been a resident here for 18 months. Whole it was a very difficult decision to more her here, it was the best decision for both of us and gives me a peace of mind that she is being take care of far better than I could do myself.

Great overall staff. Would recommend better communication from the shifts to each staff member. Pass down log to know how the evening, night, morning went for patient.

Legacy Ridge providers a high level of care for my mother that includes safety, empathy, skilled care in both health and care for those with memory issues, and activities to stimulate and entertain residents. I have the peace of mind that Mon has the care I could not provide at home anymore.

Staff on the Blue Ridge is very caring and that's good care of acc mgns or fret the very into taking with the ones that came into visit.

From the minute My Mom walked into Arbor Landing the first time she felt welcome. The staff are all so friendly and nice. I have had the most interaction with Rachel she has always answered any questions I had and never made me feel like I was interrupting her. She is a true southern LADY. Mom has had some medical problems and ended up in the hospital a couple of times. Someone from Arbor Landing as called and or visited and made sure Mom knows she is missed. I couldn't ask for a better place to have Mom staying at this stage of her life.

My experience here has been wonderful! The staff here is helpful in every way possible! I couldn’t be happier! I love my villa which couldn’t be more perfect for my puppy and me! As I get older, I moved here to be closer to family! Lastly, the weather is a factor for me as I left a part of the country where the winters could be vicious!

My husband has been here a week, and I am really pleased with the care he's receiving. Everyone is friendly. Lots of fun activities each day for the residents. [name removed] and [name removed] do a great job with the activities.

Legacy is just what our family needed at a critical time. The NR Director is amazing, and helped my mother transition into this beautiful facility under emergency circumstances when no other facility was equipped to help. The nursing staff, caregivers, and staff have been one big family and offers excellent care.

My first impression was it smelled good and appeared clean. Staff and other employee were kind to residents patients, are clean, smell good and their rooms and beds are clean. It's memory care so things go missing, but that is small compared to knowing the one you left there is well cared for and shown kindness ways. They cared.

The employees are beyond amazing. My mom passed in 2024, and she was cared for with compassion and her needs were met.

The food is pretty good as well. Fair amount of activities, trips. It's a real nice place. We picked this community from the pictures. Some places had outdated rooms, looked dreary. This place was beautiful and the price was comparable to outdated ones

I am always impressed with the care the staff has for all the residents. The facility is always so clean inside and the grounds outside. Both management and staff are professional and genuine with the care provided. My uncle is happy has made new friends and looks forward to the mails and activities.

The entire place is friendly and kind and we would recommend Sanders Glen to other families based on the experience we have had so far!

I've been at HS for 3 1/2 years. As a resident dealing with various handicaps, help is needed inside and outside HS. HS staff is friendly and ready to help me. I'm a satisfied resident.

We chose Ciel because it was the combination of a clean, good smelling facility and really friendly, helpful staff.

We have been very pleased with Arbor Landing at Surfside. The staff are all so nice and caring. I highly recommend this facility to anybody looking for independent living.

We chose this community because the location is great. The size of the community is good. They offered specials at move in, and they have new facilities.
