It has the warmest staff and residents. It also offers Medicaid options should that ever be needed. We valued what they do have, friendliness, very positive referrals over linen tablecloths.

My mother-in-law had a difficult time adjusting and just wanted to go back home. But because of the wonderful care of the staff, the quality of the meals and entire environment, she is now doing well. She needs quite a bit of care, and the staff is responsive to her needs and communicative with us. Under the circumstances, I don’t think she could be in a better place.

Staff is caring and attentive to their patients. In memory care you will find a variety of events to keep the patients engaged and alert. I am impressed with the quality of care and activities . The director of memory care is available and interacts with families and patients so you know that she is involved and creates so many wonderful opportunities for stimulating events to keep the patients involved. Christmas decorations were fantastic this year .

The Beacon takes great care of their residents! All of the staff is so caring and they make a difference. The facility is clean, it's a welcoming environment. And they do amazing making sure there's activities going on!

This facility had the experience and staff to take care of our Mother. All the information was up front and very easy to understand!!Everything was top notch everything and everyone!!!

The Colonnade at Northdale has been a good experience so far. The staff is wonderful. The environment is small and comfy. My mom enjoys it there and has done well since she's been there. Thank you for recommending.

[name removed] is absolutely fabulous and this facility is wonderful. i cannot wait for my mom to move in. The staff seems to be committed to giving the residents quality care. The facility is beautiful and well maintained.

My brothers and I have been very impressed with The Beacon for our 91 year old dad. It is a beautiful facility with excellent care. He requires hospice care now, and everyone has been gracious and supportive and kind with my father and our whole family. We are beyond grateful.

The Beacon is a wonderful place for residents and staff. The environment is positive and friendly. The facility resembles a grand hotel. The proximity to the beach allows our residents to enjoy all that the Emerald Coast has to offer!

Facility- there is no way provided in the rooms to contact nurse's Station. This is a concern since the patients are checked on every 1-2 hours. What if a patient falls and passes out? The staff is very good and helpful. There were a couple of issues that we encountered but were properly and quickly addressed.

Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores community has a great atmosphere. The staff is very helpful & the place is just beautiful. It has been a good transition for us.

My family member is happy there. I thought that the unit would be tidied up daily, and it is not.. Good physical therapy on site and PA is on site weekly. I have not eaten there, but my family member is satisfied. I would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job and the facility always smells nice. Communication with the family is open and any concerns or questions we have are answered with compassion, promptness, and respect. The move-in process was easy and they have carts available to make the transition easy. The meals look and smell good. My Mom doesn't eat much, and I haven't tasted much of the food, just a few bites. The food I tasted was good. I would recommend Westhills Newnan Crossing.

I gave my neighbor the information I received from A Place for Mom and he was able to quickly get his mother entered into The Beacon. Another friend who had been sitting with [name removed] before her move, and I visited with her once she was settled. We were delighted with the lovely facility and how happy [name removed] was to be there. We were welcomed by every staff member we saw as we visited and toured with [name removed] in her wheelchair throughout the facility. I have recommended A Place for Mom to all of my friends. Thank you for providing such a positive experience for those of us who may have need of elder care services in the future.

I'd give 5's across the board. The staff knew mom by name by the second day. The dining experience is lovely. Cost for all assisted living is a bit of a shock, but based on the facility and level of service The Beacon's at Gulf Breeze' rates aren't out of line. Finally, a community that ticks the boxes for cleanliness, openness, and friendliness, where residents are treated with dignity.

I have done projects for a handful of communities and Indigo is my favorite. The staff is great and the residents seem genuinely happy. There are smiles, fellowship and laughter everywhere you look.

The staff was wonderful from beginning to the end. They were always available and very willing to answer all our questions and assist in every way. Great experience. Looking forward to continued working with these fine folks.

We toured Indigo at Carolina Forest while visiting the Myrtle Beach area. We went in without an appointment and they rearranged their schedule to accommodate me and a friend. The facility looked new and was clean in all areas that we toured. We were impressed with the attitudes of the staff that we met during our tour, they were happy to see us, and that meant a lot to us, especially dropping in without an appointment. What was important to us was Indigo offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. We love the Myrtle Beach area, and Indigo is at the top of our list in that area, our tour experience was excellent and we appreciated it.

The staff are wonderful! Very caring and respectful to the residents and the family members who visit. My parents were made welcome from the first day!
