My mom says that she thinks the staff is very friendly and she had a good impression of the gentleman who runs the facility. Food was pretty good, with the occasional exception. Room seems very nice. It's in a good location, she walks to Publix.

I am currently a resident at Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores and everything about my experience at this facility has been great so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities, meals and value for cost are also great. I am very happy with this facility! I would recommend Seagrass Village of Gulf Shores to family and friends.

Mom is thriving at Sunflower Springs - Trinity. However, the dinner service is too early in the day for her and there are no activities that go on after dinner. That is the only thing I would change. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The food that is prepared for the residents there is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful on all levels. They are responsive to all problems and issues we may have. The head nurse at the community is top notch.

Everyone is friendly, staff is helpful, tries to improve your health, lots of things to do, it's bright and clean, maybe I'll give the food a 4, so far, so good I'm happy

Our family had an in person tour with Sunflower Springs and they had a full waiting list. They had smaller apartments for more money, but overall the community and staff members were very nice.

What has made The Landing community such a great experience so far is definitely the nurses they have working there.

They are very helpful and respectful. They are good at identifying your needs and offer various activities. I would definitely recommend placement there for a loved one. We picked this community because of the location and availability.

This community has all the wonderful new amenities that one would love to see a family member enjoy. However it’s the caring and attentive staff that makes a community and Indigo has just that! I have turned a corner where I was Not met with a smiling face! Take a tour and see for yourself!

The staff at Superior Residences of Panama City Beach are very kind and caring. The facility is welcoming , bright and airy. Communication with the family is excellent and I can contact them at any time with any and all questions and concerns. The meals are probably very good, but I don't have first hand experience. My mom says that the food is "ok ... no complaints." Based on our experiences so far, I would definitely recommend Superior Residences of Panama City Beach to others. However, it is pricey especially when on a budget.

Overall quite pleased with all the above items. Very pleased with the reception we received. They were very knowledgeable of all subject matter we discussed and concerned with.

My mom and dad recently moved to assisted living at Harbison Shores. My family and I are very grateful for all the staff has done to make tis a smooth transition. Everyone has been extremely helpful. Based on our observations so far, we feel they are being well cared for and this is the right place for them.

Brookdale West Ashley in Charleston is an assisted living community my Mom has called home since May of this year. The people here have quickly become a part of our family.  The staff/caregivers take the time to get to know the residents personally.  The residents of Brookdale are welcoming and supportive of each other and especially of new residents.  Above and beyond the daily needs provided (meals, meds, assistance), there is an active social and activity schedule that has something for everyone.  There are regularly scheduled trips to stores, restaurants, parks, and also activities (bingo, board games, puzzles, movies, music, and painting just to name a few).  My Mom has always loved flowers and gardening.  The activity coordinator provided Mom a personal trip to shop for/buy some plants and supplies.  She then supported Mom as she potted flowers and plants on Brookdale’s porch.  This was pure joy for Mom.  Mom loves her new home.

Once we toured the facility, we were so impressed with the staff, the homey atmosphere, and the true caring that we felt from everyone we met. Also, the communication from the very beginning was so impressive from Brookdale. They answered questions promptly and followed up regularly to see what else we might need.

My loved one is currently a resident at Gaither Suites At West Park and overall her experience at this facility has been very good. I appreciate the staff's timeliness in responding to questions or concerns. It would be helpful if the staff wore name tags to be able to better identify them. The only complaint my loved one has had is with the food. It's often bland. Overall, I would recommend Gaither Suites at West Park to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Langford of Collierville and overall things have been good for her at this facility. There has been some staff turnover, several staff have left for other jobs including the Director of Healthcare and their Marketing person. I'd really like to talk to someone about my loved one's medications and about some billing questions that I have. Also about her trash pick up, not all of her trash cans are emptied daily. Communication with the family could improve. I would recommend The Langford of Collierville to others, yet with some limitations.

When it comes to the meals and dining service I have not been there for meals so I cannot answer this. For the activities, our loved one is in memory care and I have not been there for the activities. Based on my experience with the memory care unit, yes, I would recommend Creekside on Whipps Mill Road.

Great folks at Vitality Living Upland Park. There are some growing pains that the facility is going through right now, but things are getting better. I have a duplex. It is nice size for the money. You can't beat it. It is not in the main building. It is in the active 55+ cottage. Amenities offered to residents are good.

I was looking for a place for my sister who has some special needs. The wonderful people at Sunflower Springs Trinity were glad to take on the challenges she has, had planning meetings with the staff so they would be prepared, and welcomed her with open arms --literally, they rolled out a red carpet on her arrival. The move-in was seamless, as they helped me coordinate with a designer who took care of everything, right down to the art on the walls. My sister is extremely happy, LOVES the food, feels included in everything yet free to make her own choices. She is as busy as she wants to be and has made so many new friends, both with the residents and the staff. There was a slight problem with communication, but a brief conversation with the Resident Care Coordinator assured me that they had already identified the hiccup and had rectified the situation so that it would not happen again. Staff turnover is low as far as I can see, which tells me that the folks who work there believe in their mission, care about the residents and are happy in their jobs. I would definitely recommend Sunflower Springs Trinity to others.
