Trinity Hills was a 5 Star Facility! I would start with the cleanliness, food, caring and friendliness of "all" staff. We couldn't have ask for any better facilities or staff! Excellent in all aspects!!

We picked this community, because of the apartment size, availability, and overall luxury feel for the price. It was around the same price as other communities that were not of the same quality.I would recommend it so far.

They have not completed building yet and I am in a Villa so I prepare my own food. I am quite satisfied with everything so far. They are very helpful, fun to talk to and very kind and courteous. Their Bubbly personalities are what sold me. You better believe I would recommend Seagrass Village Daphne to anybody, anytime!

Westhills Newnan Crossing was wonderful, beautiful facility, nice rooms, nice outdoor space, and we were actually leaning toward them but they didn't have the levels of care we needed or anticipated needing. The facility tour was handled well and professionally.

The facility is very clean and everyone is very nice and very willing to help in any way. The staff goes above and beyond in every aspect, you can tell that they really care about the tenants. The chef's and kitchen staff get to know each person individually to accommodate their wants and needs and the food is very good. Trinity offers dining, laundry, house keeping and also a maintenance department, so they meet every need which helps family. My mom love's it there and we are more than satisfied it's everything that we were looking for and more. They also offer a full schedule of activities every day and really encourage tenants to participate. I really can't say enough good things about Trinity it is more than we ever hoped for and it is listed as number 1at a place for mom. It is absolutely fabulous

I really don't know about the meals as I have never been there for a meal or when he was eating. We are still working out a few issues as my loved one is still pretty independent regarding his own showering and dressing. [name removed] seems more content and is not anxious at all about being there so that tells me that he is being well cared for. At his previous place he couldn't wait to get out of it and go for a drive or come to my place. Thanks for fall your help finding a place for my brother.

My sister has lived at Harbison Shores for several years. Staff treat her with compassion and respect. She has even made several friends there.

Great location. Very clean. No urine smell. Resident's seem well cared for and staff and administration genuinely care for the residents.

I can only review the facility in 2021. My mother-in-law was there from [date removed]-[date removed], the date of her passing. They used to have classes on dementia, aging, etc for families. And it was a beautiful place- brand new and nicely decorated. The dining for all meals was whatever the resident wanted.

The staff have been consistently cheerful and engaged with my mom. The activities director purposefully draws her out to engage with community. My mom is thriving at Sanders Glen

The Colonnade at Northdale was great. I'm just sorry Mom didn't last to take advantage of all it had to offer. Caring, helpful people. I wouldn't mind being there when the time comes for me. ??

5 across the board. My mom loves it! She actually asked me to sell her house. She says it's like family now. Typical growing pains and the administrator feels a bit like a used car salesman, but as far as all the things that are important I couldn't be happier. She's so sharp (from being engaged) the pt has her walking (honestly she couldn't even sit up straight in her wheelchair when she got there) and she feels so loved (and genuinely is). We pop in a few times a week. It's clean, we eat with her and it's just a perfect match in her price point.

Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about Harper's Station. They bent over backwards to help get my dad settled. His health hasn't been great the past few weeks and there's always someone checking on him. My teenager wants to move in! They get to know all of the residents personally. They even know me by sight! The food is great. The housekeeping is top notch. Everyone seems to actually enjoy working there.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with Superior Residences of Clermont. This is an extremely caring community. The staff always treats all the residents with the utmost respect and kindness. The residents are friendly. The staff are caring and helpful towards the family. The caring staff is probably their biggest asset. We would recommend this community to others for their loved ones.

My mom is currently a resident at Harper's Station Gainesville and so far everything has been great! The staff is great. The meals are yummy. The friendliness is great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We have enjoyed our time at The Villas at Canterfield. Everyone is friendly here, and there are activities for us to participate in. The suggestion I would like to make to the community, is the dining service and kitchen staff could use better management. Overall, we are still happy with our choice. We would recommend The Villas to others for their loved ones.

The staff there is very friendly. The nurses are outstanding and have taken great care of my father and stepmother. Anytime there has been an issue with my father, the staff has gotten in contact with me immediately. I am very pleased with this facility.

Everything seems to be going better as time goes on. My family member was a little lost at first, but now she has friends to fill her day and is more involved with the good activities they have. She knows she is home now. And our family is happy with the facility.

I love this place so far. The residents and staff are great and very friendly. The food is excellent and service is top notch. I haven't joined any activities yet. This is a wonderful place and our home is very comfortable.
