Our family had an in person tour with Creekside on Whipps Mill Road and we thought it was a good tour experience. It was one of the least expensive communities we had toured, but it had previously been a nursing home and it still kind of had that nursing home feel to it. However they had a dog on sight which was nice and the price was all-inclusive.

My mother was seriously ill in [date removed]and was hospitalized for three weeks with a two weeks of rehab. Harbison Shores evaluated Mom at rehab and determined she could move back. Harbison Shores was very good about informing me about my options and what they could do to help Mom. She then went to rehab and was able to return and is doing well.

I am very pleased with my choice. The staff and administration are very approachable. My mom and aunt like it there. I would recommend it to other families.

I rate all on 5+++ - they are amazing! We had some significant difficulties getting our loved one out of an assisted living facility in St louis. [name removed] was very patient, helpful and cooperative with us as we went through the process of getting him moved into Superior at Niceville. [name removed], and the entire staff at Niceville Superior, are so kind and thoughtful! They made us feel valued, heard, and like we were the only people in the world they were working with. They are very personable and truly care about the residents. The entire staff is extremely professional, yet also very personable and caring. [name removed] asked us to call or text her when we got close to the facility. We did and as we drove up, they literally rolled out a red carpet with about five staff members there to greet him, making him feel welcomed, and letting us know that they truly cared about our loved one. Most important to us is, assurance that our loved one is now in a facility where we know he will be well cared for; social interaction will be met, he will receive good nutritional meals and all of his medical needs will be addressed in a timely manner. My first-hand experience is that Superior, Niceville, is a warm caring place that genuinely cares about their residents and most importantly, cares for someone we love very much

What stood out to us about this facility is that it was clean and bright and cheerful. The residents were smiling and talkative! I have no suggestions for improvement. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have many activities to choose from. My mother in law, who was certain she would not do any activities, is doing several now and loving it! We are very pleased with this facility!

I toured Indigo at Carolina Forest and I loved it! I even put a deposit down on a one bedroom apartment for my loved one. But after sending her pictures, she turned it down due to location of grab bars in the bathroom.

Courteous staff. My friend has aggravated a couple of of the staff at first, but then everyone including him calmed down, and things are smooth now. They actually like him. He can be a little gruff, but he really likes it there now.

All 5 stars for Cariad at North Brook. The main reason we chose this facility was mainly due to the close location. They were great and they have it all.

Friendly people, brand new facility. Excellent price for what you get. Rooms are large and bright. My loved one has been in two other facilities and Sunflower Springs at Indian Land is by far the best.

Staff is super friendly, abundance of activities, clean environment and safe and secure environment. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families,

Our family had an in person tour with the Summer Vista community and we thought it was a very nice tour experience. With everything we saw, and the different staff we met with, it was one of our top choices.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This has been an excellent experience for my loved one and family. The staff communication has been great when we have questions or concerns. There are three meals a day for the residents. My loved one is happy here.

Aspens at Fort Collins is a great place for your mom or for anybody. The staff is very helpful.

My mother was there. She was well attended to and cared for. The activities were great. [name removed] kept them well-engaged. The caregivers were great, especially [name removed]. The facility was maintained and clean.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the staff members we met with were incredible nice, extremely friendly and we actually went on many tours. This community had a pool as well as all he bells and whistle's, but in the end the location was just to far from us.

My loved one has lived there since [date removed] and we've been happy. The food is good as well as housekeeping and environment. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

My loved one has made friends here and is doing very well here! She's involved with the evening activities. I've eaten here several times and have always enjoyed the food, but my loved one eats differently than we do and complains about the food.

We do know these communities can be expensive - considering our loved ones great apartment, the laundry service they provide and all the staff who check up on the residents we do think the value is great. They have a lot of different activities going on, our loved one enjoys getting involved in the music, exercise classes and corn hold game. Overall she is really liking it and we would recommend Sunflower Springs to other families.

My loved one loves the food. We picked this community, because of the friendliness, cleanliness, proximity to where it was located, and it's updated. They offer a lot of activities, such as; bingo-singing-arts and crafts. They keep me informed a lot if there is any issues or concerns regarding my loved one. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Brookdale West Ashley was moms second choice. It is an absolutely gorgeous facility that feels more like a resort or hotel. I would definitely recommend this facility for senior who are more active, they have a lot going on. It just was not the right fit for my mom, but a wonderful place.
