The Village Veranda community is very clean, bright, airy and the people are very friendly and always have smiles on their face. They make it appoint to call the residents by their first names and they treat us very pleasantly when we come to visit. They put us at ease but answering all questions we may have, the value here is much better and overall it is a top notch facility.

Excellent service and delightful staff. The facility is clean and inviting. So pleased to have my loved one here!

I would tell others that the staff here are VERY friendly. They make my friend happy. I would definitely recommend The Beacon at Gulf Breeze to others.

We chose Vitality Living Upland Park because right when we walked in, my mom felt comfortable. The staff and residents were very welcoming. The apartment sizes are about what you would expect, she has no complaints. Mom is happy here therefore I would absolutely recommend the facility to others.

The Memory Care facility is a great facility that is wide open for residents to wander. The facility sits at the base of the Peaks of the Otter which allows for most rooms to have a fabulous view. Most all rooms have been updated with new furnishings and new paint. Activities are always happening at the facility to keep the residents stimulated. Music is a huge part of Memory Care. You will always find residents dancing and singing when you enter the building.

I can tell Carriage Hill has come a long way from the past. The facility was clean, the furnishings have been upgraded, the residents seem to be well cared for and happy. The staff seem to really love what they do. The new management team seem to have a passion for caring for the elderly population. The memory care facility is absolutely beautiful with a wide open unit which allows lots of space for residents to wander and simply enjoy life!!

Very kept facility, residents seemed very happy and overall seemed to really enjoy living at Carriage Hill. Employees were kind. Activities were happening in the dinning room as myself and my family were touring.

They are very expensive even for the basic service with no added care points. The ownership group is obviously more concerned about profit than assistance. The staff are great!!! Medication management is the biggest frustration, if you can't manage your own meds the delivery to the resident 2-3 times per day is not convenient and feels patronizing. The food is good and the portions correct. Though the community bus will take a patient to doctor appts, they will not allow a non resident family member to ride with them (annoying). All in all, my loved one is better off there than many other places but as far as value, the cost doesn't quite match the service. They do like, that they check in on them regularly.

This is a beautiful community. I have already recommend the community to others for their loved one, and I will continue to recommend them. The food is great! It is like country club food and dining. Everything is done amazingly well. [name removed] has gone above and beyond during the tour and even after during the respite care of my loved one in communicating with us. They have a wide variety of activities daily and there is a great calendar of activities that is provided to the residents. They have wonderful holiday celebrations and themes, ice cream socials, and everything they do is gorgeous. This would be my first choice for my loved one if they would need assisted living.

Cleanliness: The dining room and public areas deserve a 5-star rating. It is adequate for my apartment but could be more thorough. Staff suffers from caregiver shortness, some days more than others.

We needed to find an ALF for my sister. This was new to her, not having complete independence as was the experience for me of finding and going through the move-in process. We've been there for over 2 months. The first 30 days was an adjustment for us learning what the expectations and processes were. My sister had medical issues that first couple of months which added to the adjustment. Let me tell you about the staff! There is a flyer given to you when you move in to recognize a special staff member. I needed a stack of them! Just seeing most of them bring a smile to my heart. We spent the 1st 45 days in a respite room while they updated a room for her. We decorated and furnished her new "home" and I love going in and sitting with her. We have sat outside in the back garden area. We have enjoyed the company of many of the residents in the lounge. The entertainment & outings are sufficient to keep the residents active. The food is yummy and the portion ample. 5 Stars!

They are a very engaged group of caregivers with a passion for caring for the elderly. Generous, kind, welcoming, service above and beyond.

The Staff goes over and above for their tenants. Every worker knows my father-in-law by name and if they haven't seen him that day, they will go and check on him. It's a new community and we do understand but My father-in-law will like a different menu selection. Above all it's a Great Place for him and he really enjoy living there.

For the most part everything has been very good. I appreciate the friendliness and cooperativeness of the staff.

The community is extra fabulous because it is new, and the staff is wonderful. They work great with the residents. The staff communication is excellent with the family, and they make sure the family is involved with the care plan. You can tell they truly care about the residents. The food provided by the community is excellent. There are three meals a day and snacks provided by to the residents. There are choices for the residents as well. The residents can also order off cycle meals in case they were away for appointments at the time of the meal. It is one price for everything, and this is very nice because you don't have to worry about the levels of additional costs. It keeps it simple for budgeting.

Superior Residences is a family like atmosphere which we love and we would recommend them to other families based on our experience. We do think the meals and dining service is very nice.

My experience at Trinity Hills has always been exceptional. The caregivers and support staff are excellent and always assist the residents.

Trinity Hills has been a very good experience for my mother. The facility appears very clean, the meals look very good with good variety options, and the administrative staff are friendly and very helpful and professional. Visitors are acknowledged and greeted by most all of the staff. A very good value compared to other local Assisted Living facilities.

I can't say enough good things about Harbison Shores. My mother is in memory care. From the moment I met the people running it, I felt comfortable and my feelings have not changed. I 100% recommend Harbison Shores
