My mother is a resident at Harbison Shores. In the few months, she has been there the staff, especially management have been especially helpful in addressing her particular care and needs. Facility also does a wonderful job keeping residents with a variety of activities and outings.

5 for all, moms time there was short but we were very pleased with the place! I loved the location and the fact that this is an all memory care facility - it just felt right! The staff was so nice to us, mom was at a rough point but they were patient with her and us. The room was nice and spacious, we didn't do a lot there as mom passed after only a week and a half. She wasn't able to take advantage of activities much. She did enjoy a singer who came in while we were visiting.

All staff members we've seen interact with my mother- in- law have treated her kindly and - most importantly - with respect. The staff is always quick to answer our questions. The facility itself is clean, doesn't smell, is modern, and they have a lovely courtyard/garden area that my mother-in-law just loves. I would absolutely recommend The Colonnade at Carrollwood to others looking, they have been great and my mother-in-law is very happy here.

Overall the Sunflower Springs - Trinity community has been a good experience and the staff are all wonderful! However the areas they could improve on would be the the meals - they could include more fresh fruits and vegetables and serve less carbs to the residents.

Our experience has been great. Would recommend to anyone. Great staff - they are all friendly and very helpful. My husband is very happy there. [Name removed], one of the supervisors, was so helpful with me doing all the paperwork and guiding me on the journey.

The facilities and caring staff are top notch. When it's time to make the transition to assisted living, I just hope I can find a place and staff like Harbison Shores.

The staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are spacious with kitchen appliances (no dishwasher). Washer and dryer in apartment. Dining times are close together, but no cooking unless you choose. Snacks, coffee, tea around the clock. Lots of activities to choose from... live music several times week. It's not perfect... but next to it. Recently had a birthday, and this community blessed my day with friendship and love. This is where I was meant to be.

They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and they continue to work with what is best for Mom.Mom had a bumpy start, but they worked with us, and she seems alot more comfortable now. Everyone is very friendly. I have walked in when they are doing group activites. They have gotten to know about Mom and use that information to help guide her. I would strongly recommend.

Love the warm feeling you get when you enter the front door, from [name removed] at the front desk to the residents sitting in the lobby with a smile on their face. The community is clean and there’s always an activity happening everytime I visit

My mom is currently a resident at The Landing. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of care that my mom has received at this facility. She seems very content. They have struggled at times with staffing, not uncommon to most facilities, but there have been improvements in the past few months. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Memory care facility and amenities surpass any other place I looked at. I looked at about a dozen places. The value can't be beat. Just the right size. Not too big, but not too small. Mom loves it. They need more staff. Because they are short staffed as meals take a while.

As a family we were very pleased with the care of my father in law. When he first got there he could socialize with the other clients. As time passed ( quickly) he became more isolated within himself. The staff continued to encourage him ( and the family). It was sad he had to leave his home but he was at a great place.We appreciate all the help and care your organization gave. Thank you.

Sanders Glen was very nice based off of what we saw during the tour experience. I heard staff and the marketing director call the residents by their first name. I was told there is not much staff turn over there. Now? I don't know if that is true of not. It was in Westfield and further away from other family and friends which was why we decided against this facility.

The family and our loved one had a good experience with the community. The community was clean when we would visit our loved one. Everyone was friendly. There are activities to assist with socialization with the residents.

Village Veranda is a very well kept, friendly and organized facility. It is a newer place and is only seven miles from my home which is very convenient. I would recommend Village Veranda to other families looking.

The Sales Manager, [name removed], is very easy to work with and will help facilitate your loved one's transition to Assisted Living. The med techs and the dining hall staff are great and attentive. The cleanliness and friendliness are very good. The staff and the value for cost are great. I would definitely recommend The Beacon at Gulf Breeze to those looking for an Assisted Living facility.

I'm currently a resident at The Village at Southlake and I'm very happy at/with this facility. Everything here has been great for me. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I visited and heard from so many residents about all the fun they have doing so many different things. The building was clean and did not smell like the normal retirement community. All the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable and was interacting with the residents in the lobby area upon my arrival. I will be working with them to pursue placement for my father soon!!

My mother is a resident at Sanders Glen. Overall, our experience with this facility has been great so far. The staff at this facility is great. The service/care is great. The friendliness throughout the community is great. Everybody sometimes complains about the food, but you can't have it all! I know the facility does try. Sanders Glen is a good spot! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
