The staff is great. The facility is clean and well maintained. My mom is happier than she has been in years because she is comfortable, well cared for, and close to me I tell everyone about how easy A Place for Mom made my mom's move and how grateful I am as well as they should contact your services if ever the need arises.

They are nice and it was close family. I would recommend to others.

For each category I would give a 5 But for the administration I would give a 3. I have had some reservations about how the managing of memory care is run - the lead director [name removed] is wonderful He has always been very accommodating but I feel [name removed] who runs memory care can be very rude! Snippy when asked about certain procedures . I feel my husband is safe and well cared for- hope this helps!

My father moved into this community last year. He moved from another local community. We have been very pleased with communication, activities and the dining experience. He has lived in both the assisted living community and now the memory care area. The group here has been very helpful during this transition. Great team. Great residents.

The staff has been excellent. We are still working through some communication issues, but overall we are pleased with the care our family members are receiving.

It's very new so the facility is very clean and the apartments are spacious with high end fixtures. Staff is very friendly and caring. Residents who have lived other places say the Trevi is better by far. This is our first senior living experience with my mother in law and we hope she will live there a long time!

The facility is always clean and the staff are very warm and friendly with the residents. My mother has been there for a year and has been very happy. She has met many new friends. Her favorite activity is bingo. I would highly recommend The Colonnade to anyone looking for a nice place for their loved ones to be well taken care of.

What we like the most about The Beacon is that it has good highway access and shopping nearby. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families as my wife has lived there in Memory Care more than a year & is comfortable & contented.

I would rate everything a 5. My brother is a bit of a curmudgeon and loves to complain but he is very happy there so the place must be very good. However, it has recently been sold to a company that runs other senior living places and has dubious reviews.

What I like the most about Creekside at Three Rivers is the cleanliness & friendliness of staff

Activities every day, more during the week than weekends. Have not received any complaints about the food, even from conversations with other residents. Staff is helpful when we call and ask for some assistance. Most are studio apartments, a few shared with separate bedroom/bathroom. Mom is in one of those and it is working nicely. All nice sized.

my husband has never really been out of connecticut. we couldn’t afford the assisting living there. [name removed] at creekside was a gift from heaven. I flew out from westchester and toured both properties decided on creekside.

I knew from the moment [name removed] toured me this would be place for mom. The care staff do a great job, and the activities in memory care keep everybody engaged throughout the day. Any questions I have are answered right away by [names removed].

The facility is lovely!! It's new and very well designed and maintained. As our mother was adjusting to Indigo, everyone was very attentive to our questions and needs. The staff seems to genuinely care about the residents. The activities are vast and diverse. Our mother enjoys the Bible study, church service and bingo!

We love it!!! The facility is beautiful and the staff are fantastic! The residents are also very welcoming and friendly. They provide 3 meals a day and the food is delicious! I believe it's under new ownership and isn't quite as good as it used to be. That's what we're hearing from some residents. They seem to be short staffed in the kitchen and dining room and the medical help and assisted living. The food isn't quite as good as it could be. But it's nice that you can order anything you want and don't have to order the special of the day.

We have had a wonderful experience with The Villas at Canterfield. The staff knows all the residents by name and are very friendly and helpful. We have been very pleased with the care our mother is getting. My friend who is a hospice nurse and had patients at VAC spoke very highly of the facility and staff.

Without his help and caring I don't know what I would/could do. Every issue I have had he has solved and always to my satisfaction. I would say to residents of this facility if you have issues, see [name removed]. He will be available to you.
