Searching for a place was a good experience. Your staff was very helpful both regarding Ky assisted living and Indiana places. I was able to choose a reasonable place based on the info.

Honestly, this place is PHENOMENAL. 5+in EVERY category. It exceeds all of my expectations!!! [name removed] at the front desk is a delight! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about having patients with dementia. They are forever kind and understanding. The nursing staff as a whole is very patient and kind. They throw the most fabulous events once a month that include families. For instance, they had a Mother's Day tea and had everything decorated to the nines. The fact that physical therapy is housed within the facility is very convenient and allows it to truly be personable. My mom looks forward to having her therapy each day. The grounds are beautiful. The building is immaculate and well-designed. It is the only memory care facility of its kind in the area.

The building is beautiful and clean. The food was very good and they make sure to offer residents their favorite foods when they have low appetite. There was a variety of well- attended activities. Staff were responsive and kind.

I am not sure about the activities. I am out of state and I haven't been able to find out from anybody activities. It really nice and clean. The food is good. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and yes I would recommend this community to others

My Step Mom and Dad are both at the Beacon at Gulf Breeze. The facility smelled clean and the staff seemed happy. Most of the MC facilities that I toured smelled like urine and the staff seemed tired. After getting to know the staff at the Beacon, they truly care about the residents.

Friendly, competent, and efficient. 100% without reservation we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Overall a clean facility. Staff was caring. Food and the selection of it was excellent, very accommodating To patients with regards to time and quality as well.

Absolutely the best!! My mom and my father-in-law are there and absolutely love it. The residents are super friendly and have ambassadors to help new residents. Get to know their way around and all the different fun activities that they have planned. The food is also amazing. They both tell me about that every time I visit. The management is also excellent and are able to answer any questions at any time. The management also has fast turnaround time when you have a question within the same day and likely within an hour of discussing whatever needs to be discussed.

The people there are very nice they did the best they possibly could with the amount of staff they had. The hospice people that came in Crescent they were very very nice very helpful very apathetic. The pharmacy that you got didn't do as well they double charged me they sent me a bill in the mail I got it I sent him a check and then they figured out that I had a credit card with you so they charged me on the credit card also. I took the bills in and showed them to [name removed] one of your sales staff and she said that she would make sure they took care of that never did to my knowledge. Not to mention they also charged me last month for a $[removed] what that was for I'll never know is it overall for Memory Center it was very very nice the accommodations were nice the food was nice it's a very depressing place to begin with and it made it a little bit more acceptable

We are so grateful that [name removed] and [name removed] worked so hard with us to get my mother settled in and feeling comfortable. They are both kind and patient - extremely important during a transition of an elderly parent. We know she is safe there!

It's a nice, clean facility. They are attentive to my mom and getting her care and out and about so she is not sitting in her room.

Neat, clean, friendly staff. Modern décor elegant look. I would recommend to others but tends to be more expensive

Close to our house. Had great reviews. We knew a number of others that have their parents there. . It's been great.

I don't know how they do it but within days everyone is calling you by your first name. The apartments or a nice size? I have a full kitchen A. Washer dryer one and half bathroom. Maintenance people are here seven days a week.If you need them. The cleaning woman comes every other week and does a fantastic job. Cleans all the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also vacuums And mop's floors. You can get something to eat from 7 to 7. You can get breakfast all day long, and they have lunch and dinner menus. The price It's just about the same as I was paying for a very small one bedroom and only a kitchenette.

This was a very difficult decision to move our 94 year old mother out of her home but she could not live by herself any longer . From the first visit we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. We feel satisfied that our mother is safe and taken care of. I visit 2 to 3 times a week and I am always greeted friendly by everyone. It has so far been a great place for Mom.

My mom is in their memory care unit, so our experience may be different than that of someone in Assisted Living. The entire memory care staff is excellent and very hands on. They really seem to care about my mom and her well-being. The administrative staff aren't very involved and I haven't had much interaction with them, at all.

5 on every category! This is a wonderful experience. Staff is wonderful! Food is good! Lots of activities for everyone at all levels of abilities.

I think it's important to know the staff takes great care of the residents. The transition is hard on the family and residents and the entire staff was very helpful.
