The staff are attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel comfortable, respected, and engaged. What I appreciate most is how they actively encourage participation while still respecting each resident’s comfort level. My mother has been more engaged and positive since moving in, which speaks volumes about the atmosphere they’ve cultivated. Communication with families is another area where they truly excel. They provide regular updates, including photos and videos of activities, which gives me peace of mind and helps me feel connected to my mother’s daily life even when I can’t be there in person. The nursing staff are especially proactive, sending text updates about her condition, progress, and care plan goals, along with thoughtful guidance when needed. That level of transparency and accessibility is incredibly reassuring. Overall, Caring for Loved Ones II offers a safe, nurturing, and well-managed environment where residents are treated with dignity and kindness. I’m very grateful for the dedication of the staff and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

They don't really communicate to the families of the residents. I have never received a call or seen the owner personally

They are very welcoming and supportive with the residence and the family's. A couple things that stood out was the amount of care professionals on site. I do think they could be overcrowded. There are 10 residence in the house and I also have never met or been called by the owner of the establishment. Aside from those criticisms they do a phenomenal job.

Ownership changed shortly after I moved mom in, and the staff changed. That was somewhat disappointing as the owner and staff was one of the reasons I selected the place. The new owner and staff have been good though...was just an unexpected change. Meals don't seem as nice, not that mom has complained.

We are very pleased with the level of support and care that they provide. Very kind helpful, understanding and respectful staff. Delicious home cooked meals, snacks and special treats that made my Mom say, “I feel like a queen”.

I would rate all a 5. I was so lucky to find this place and I recommend it to everyone. They made my mother's final days warm and loved. Just i would recommend it to everyone as the best place to put a loved one.

After wading through several ‘communities’ that start out sounding good but are in the business of nickel and diming you to quick poverty, we found [name removed] and Caring for Loved Ones. They are exactly what we were looking for, a place that would dote on our family member. They take her for her regular walks, they deal with her complex medical issues, they allow her to have a glass of wine when she likes and they treat her like family. Flat rate, no ‘extra care’ charges, no annual increases and amazing care.

Very kind people. Very attentive. Grateful for their care. Fantastic food. My mom's quote "they treat me like a queen!" They made my mom's last days very pleasant. Also a beautiful yard that allowed my mom to enjoy flowers and some gardening.

The caregivers are very attentive, friendly and constant. Everyone there has different needs and everyone seems to happy and taken care of. My mom gets 3 meals a day and they give her showers. My mom is happy there.

My father had very specific needs and they found for us a place where he was safe and cared for during his final days.

The staff was fantastic! Treated Mom like she was their mom. Just an overall wonderful family atmosphere!

My mom could not say enough good news for how well they cared and treated her there. They did everything they could to make Mom's last few months comfortable and companionable. I will never forget their kindness.
