Staff was excellent as was the care from the aides on her floor. The food was ok but my sister hated it. Everything was clean on our wing but there was one floor and wing that smelled of urine. We fortunately were assigned far from that area. The apartment was decent size for a full bed and other small furniture. As I said my sister moved in early July and we lost her mid September. Hospice helped us through.

Our mom has been living at Pruitt Place (previously, Scenic View) for 7 months We visit frequently and often unannounced. We also get insight to staff care when our mom calls to complain "they are being mean to me" when they are waking her for breakfast. When her dementia or confusion cause her to act angry or panicked, everyone is kind in the way they redirect and help her. There are many activities she enjoys like hymn singings and Bingo. She has even successfully been on a couple of group outings to restaurants. We are able to join her for meals or any activities as often as we like. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable in managing her medications and assisting with hygiene. Her 2 rooms plus bathroom situation is always clean and safe. It was a difficult decision moving mama in to assisted living but it has been 100% the right decision for her.

The staff is super nice and welcoming. The community was recently remodeled and looks great, and the updates have really made a difference. The city is also currently installing sidewalks out front, which will make the nearby Atlanta city park next door even more accessible. There are tons of activities and things to do, and residents are encouraged to get out, socialize, and stay active. There's a nice variety of opportunities to stay engaged and connected. The food may not be everyone's favorite, but the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, which is convenient for keeping favorite snacks and additional food on hand. Overall, it's a nice community with friendly staff and a lot to offer.

I'm very pleased with the experience overall. The staff are caring, attentive, and welcoming, and the community is kept clean. The food is good, although it took my mom some time to adjust since it is less formal and extensive than what she was accustomed to previously. Her room is a perfect fit for her. She doesn't participate in many activities at this time, but she really enjoys the theme parties and music. We also recently celebrated her 94th birthday there, which made it an especially meaningful occasion. I appreciate the follow-up and the opportunity to share our experience. It's nice to know that someone took the time to check in with us.

[name removed](Director) was wonderful. She helped from start to finish getting us in. I saw her a lot during the first couple of weeks, as she was always chatting with the residents. Sadly [name removed] is no longer there. (Not sure if chose to leave the community, or the company, or if she was let go) Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. Food is 7-9 on a 1 - 10 scale. Cleanliness a 10. Mom lives in 1 side of a 2 person Studio apartment. Room size and view are great. Excellent value for the money.

The facility is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and the feedback I heard on the food was always positive. They have a great variety of activities and encourage residents to participate. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept. There are places out front, in the beautiful backyard, and on a balcony, where residents can sit outside. For me, the best part about Pruitt Place is it feels like true apartment living, and nothing felt "clinical." Each time I'd visit, the staff was kind and professional. I'd recommend Pruitt Place for sure. The only negative is around the payments. For some reason, it didn't work to set up automatic rent payments, and onsite staff nor corporate was able to assist. Pharmacy bills are handled separately and are delivered directly to the resident, so we would find them in her room or she would give them to us. At least one rent check was lost in the mail, and we had to rush to issue another to ensure all was paid on time. It was a little bit of unnecessary chaos that could have been avoided if the automated system worked. But other than that, I think this place is great!

Staff have been AVAILABLE & ACCOMMODATING. They've reassured us that they will take care of my husband's mom & put our mind at ease. Very pleasant staff from [Name Removed] on down to housekeeping

Caregivers are friendly, helpful, professional. They seem to have a lot of patience and good attitudes. New management has been expanding staff and positions so they are not being asked to share some responsibilities (previously, sometimes caregivers would assist in the cafeteria). They call me if mom doesn't seem normal like once when they suspected a possible stroke and called for an ambulance to check her out thoroughly. Sometimes they will call me if she feels Sad or lonely (in the evenings, mostly). There is a real sense of community and caring here. The residents as well are kind and thoughtful, looking out for each other. They have a variety of room sizes available. The single room apartment with a hospital bed and room for two reclines and side tables as well as walk-in closet, linen closet and bathroom is perfect for my mom with her mobility issues. They have plenty of daily activities and weekly events that help keep a watchful eye on the residents as well as entertain and keep their minds active.

What stood out most was the staff’s genuine warmth and friendliness, which made the entire experience very positive.

They were excellent mom wasn't there very long so I can't report much beyond that the staff was always nice and genuinely seemed to care. Oh absolutely would recommend

My sister's needs were a bit more than just assisted living but not enough for the full time care, but the aides went up and above to help her and give us peace of mind when we left her. They did have employee turnover which was definitely a problem but we were able to work through it. I'd say 85% of the staff were excellent but we still felt the need to go there every day. It was a clean environment and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately my sister passed away 3 months after moving in, so our experience was brief.

The room size was very large. The activity director was awesome. [name removed] the chef very accommodating.

This place is the best. The employees are so nice and professional. They take good care of my mom and treat her with kindness and dignity. My sister and I are thankful we found a place that we know our mom is safe and her needs are being addressed.

Wonderful facility and caring staff. They offer an abundance of engaging structured activities such as games & puzzles, flower arranging & crafts, social enrichment & interaction opportunities with other residents, and community sponsored activities in the facility and field trips. They are very attentive to my mom's care. She seems happy and satisfied with her experience. She says the meals are very good. The physical therapy has really helped her mobility improve quickly. I think that 4 of the places we visited would have been lovely! Pruitt 's pricing and willingness to work with my mom to improve her mobility as well as their friendly and helpful admissions people made all the difference.

Every staff member I run into says hello! I am welcome to see my mom anytime and even eat with her if I want. The food is good and they have a great snack selection. My mom loves the games like bingo and dominoes. She doesn't enjoy the exercises but she goes. But most of all, I think my mom is happier. She talks to people, participates in activities and she's safe.

They have been very kind. Kerry the activity director is so sweet. She always bring something fun in to do.

Pruitt is a beautiful place and the staff is excellent. My brother wanted to return but his circumstances wouldn't allow him to. I made great friends there and so did he.

I will start by saying I visited three centers before making a decision on where to place my mom. [name removed] , at the Oaks made the decision very easy. She was very helpful. She answered all of my questions. She made me feel like my mom was not just another number. The facility is very clean and pleasant. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I have a relative at Pruitt and she is so well taken care of! Everyone in the building is so helpful, from the directors and administrators to the concierge at the front desk, to the activities director…always happy and accommodating! The caregivers have been wonderful! They are so caring and show dignity and compassion. A wonderful place!
