Communication has been fantastic. About events going on. Keeping us apprised of Mom's involvement and participation or when she needs extra encouragement. Sends us photos etc. makes us feel better about not being with her all of the time.

They are doing some great improvements. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families given all the recent changes and plans

They welcomed mom and made her feel at home. Food is good. They are very responsive to our questions, and to my mother when she needs help. They have fun activities that include the residents as well as the families. The in house contracted doctors are super convenient and we don't worry about mom getting the care she needs and deserves.

The Oaks Scenic View is a wonderful facility. Loving and caring staff committed to caring for you loved one. Great administration and very dedicated to the well being of their residents. A lifestyle that your loved one can definitely enjoy,

I rated everything except for Care Services/Quality of Care at a 5 (great). As for the Care Services/Quality of Care, sometimes it is difficult to get ahold of someone there and follow through with appointments can be difficult.

The Oaks is great. I have a loved one here and it was the best decision I ever made. It’s not too expensive and the staff are great with her. They also have a new Executive Director Robert Day that really listens to the family over any concerns we might have and actually gets it resolved. Best decision I have ever made

I have recommended it already to friends. Great value for the money. My dad is loving it so far.

The staff members are Legacy Ridge at Peachtree are very engaged. they communicate with the family in a timely manner. They are great at resident engagement.

I found the sales dir very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. All staff that I encountered were cheerful. The residents looked happy and well taken care off. The outside quiet spaces are very nice, as well as, the inside. It is not extravagant, but beautiful. The menu looked delicious. It is a great place for the price. I’ve toured other facilities and this is my #1 choice.

Legacy Ridge offers a menu at meals so residents can choose what they want to eat. There are many activities that residents can participate in. The staff encourages the residents to be a part of the activities. They offer golf cart rides and scenic bus tours, and have many groups come in to provide entertainment to the residents. The staff has all been very friendly, and actually shows up when call buttons are pushed. The items listed are what the previous place mom was in did not offer.

Attentive care, great food and nice rooms. We chose it for the small size and pleasant staff.

I have been to this facility many times in the last few years and have found it to be very clean and the employees very caring and loving to the residents. The food lacks a little, but sometimes looks good! It has improved in the last few months! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a family member.

Out of three different places we visited today Forest Heights was the best fit for my sister in law’s needs. The facility is sparkling clean with very friendly residents and employees offering a five star dining, extensive activities program, four levels of care and on-site rehabilitation center. Before finishing our tour we knew we had found the right place. [name removed] is the sales director who gave us the tour and answered all our questions, very helpful, friendly and professional.

I chose Legacy Ridge at Brookstone over other places that I looked into because I saw the staff interacting with the residents and I just felt more comfortable here than anywhere else. The friendly and present staff takes great care of my mother in law.

With any facility you have to be present and be an advocate for your family member . You can't just dropped them off an hope for the best Although I understand the limitations of memory care . I would hope for more activities.

Legacy Ridge Peachtree became my home away from home when I needed to recuperate from total hip replacement surgery. [name removed], the Director of Legacy Ridge was able to offer me a month’s Respite Stay at Legacy Ridge. In two days, the room was furnished and set up for my arrival on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. No small feat. Thanks [name removed]. [name removed] checked in on me to ensure my move-in went smoothly. All the staff at Legacy including the Nursing Director, [name removed], the Activities Director, [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] at the Front Desk, the Dining Room staff, ([name removed]), the 24x7 staff were very attentive and supportive. The residents were all very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the meals, conversations & activities that I shared with them. I highly recommend Legacy Ridge to those seeking Assisted Living Care for themselves or a family member.

The Colonnade was a godsend for us. My mother was well cared for by the staff and happy to be there. Mom had a beautiful end in hospice after only 8 days of enrollment. The Colonnade nurse, [name removed], helped guide me in choosing a hospice, something I am grateful for. We choose Accent and were pleased with Mom's final days in their care.
