My sister is in this facility it is absolutely the best. At first I was sepital of her going to a home but after I visited her there it's no other place I would rather for her to be! It's AWESOME!!!!!!! She love it!!!! No more crying or worrying that she's there!!! The staff the workers they are so nice..... THANK YALL SO MUCH FOR WHAT YALL DO.......

Staff - The staff are very attentive and reach out to me with results & concerns from her visits with the on site physician as well as anything else that may be of concern to me. Food - the dining staff is very accommodating and they hold a food forum once a month with the residents and family if they choose to attend. At the food forum, they want to know what the residents like and dislike and anything new they would like to be added. I have eaten with them on occasion and the food is very flavorful. Activities - they have a variety of activities & staff makes sure to go to the residents' rooms to invite them to come join in. They even have a Resident Council once a month where they ask how things are going in each department - Administration, Laundry, Housekeeping, Dining Room, Maintenance, Staff (CNAs/ Med Techs) praises and concerns. Also, I have found the majority of the staff to be very friendly with the residents as well as the families that come to visit. My Mom really loves it here and feels like her room is her very own apartment.

My mother-in-law loves it. The staff is so caring, and there are a variety of activities for the residents. They are also doing some updating in the building itself, which is nice to see. Her apartment is a great size and very manageable for her. The residents really care for each other. She has made some wonderful friends and truly feels like it’s home.

Everybody is extremely nice and friendly, the food is delicious. I’ve been able to try it when I was visiting my mom. They’re very accommodating to help you with choices and if you’re not able to come to the dining hall, bring it to your room. The staff has been very friendly and have met several of the other residents with my mother and can’t wait for her to get settled in for her to start participating in the activities. She is very active in PT right now building her body back up after being ill for a while and thinks they’re just the best for helping her immensely. She loves spending time on her back patio and reading when she can. The place is kept spotless and all you have to do is ask if you need something and they’re willing to help. Come check it out for yourself and see if you’re a fit!

The staff has been more than helpful, she receives great care as they are attentive to her needs/concerns as well as ours, activities keep her busy and entertained. Her room is small but sufficient. The cost is high almost unaffordable, a struggle but we make it by the grace of God.

The Phoenix at Tucker definitely rates as 5 stars. Every one I've met on staff has been kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I visit my mother in memory care twice a week so I have ample opportunity to observe how the staff interacts with the residents. The attentiveness and patience of everyone who works there is exemplary. The residents can participate in a variety of activities on a regular basis, including dancing, crafts and games. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The food is not only savory, but it's plentiful. I was very hesitant about placing my mother in any kind of facility. But as the stress of caring for an elderly person with dementia began to take a toll on me, I decided to at least try it for a while. It was the best decision for me and surprisingly for my mother too. She is happier and much more upbeat than when she lived with me. The Phoenix at Tucker is an exceptional assisted living facility which certainly merits a 5-star rating.

I'd rate The Bungalows 5 stars. The fact that we were able to get my mom in without signing up for Medicaid was great. The location is perfect for both me and my sister. Common areas are always very clean. But the best thing is the staff. They treat he very well.

The young lady who gave me the tour was very helpful. I thought that the facility looked very nice. If we do need an assisted living we will consider the Phoenix.

We love the Bungalows at Branson Meadows! The staff is always friendly and helpful, from our first vist to everyday needs. The facility is very clean and inviting. We had planned on getting a one bedroom, but the large studio was so inviting my parents decided on it. A large bathroom and a great walk in closet. The food is delicious! Like the rest of the staff you can tell they truly care for the residents!

I had an appointment to tour The Retreat at Loganville and cancelled because I thought I had found another place I liked. That other place fell through and I was very disappointed. Then syncronicity stopped by and tapped me on the shoulder. My housemate needed a ride to a surgery appointment the next day and it was surprisingly in Loganville so while he was in surgery I took a drive over to The Retreat. It was practically around the corner! I met with the lovely [name removed] and she graciously took me on the tour previously planned. I fell in love with the place. Our meeting was interrupted when the doctor called for me to pick up my friend. I did, took him home and then drive right back to Loganville to put a deposit on one of their lovely little villas. The cottages are even more spectacular and I hope to upgrade one day if all goes well. First a place for my mom years ago, and now a place for me! Thank you to my friend [name removed] for the reminder.

I have known about the facility many years but never inside...it was nice to see the interior...location is convenient

Everyone was kind and helpful. The facilities were were clean and cheerful. I was given helpful information. My questions were answered to my satisfaction

Communication is great. Extremely clean and structured environment. Everything is scheduled out so there's no confusion. The food is actually ???? and the living space is plenty big. She also has her own patio to sit outside. Everyone is Extremely nice and they make each individual feel like their at home.

I give The Neighborhood 5 stars. The tour was so professionally done. The center smelled sooo good, and it so clean. Everyone was so nice, every patients look like they enjoyed being there. The apartments that I saw were beautiful, and all the areas all around the center were very inviting.

I was acknowledge on entering the building. The staff was very polite and helpful. The vacility was very clean and organized.

Definitely 5 stars. My mom was very reluctant about leaving our family home but it was time. I spoke to a lot of people and toured almost every place in the area. I wasn't in a hurry. I was looking for a perfect fit. After meeting with the administrators, nurses other staff there I knew this was the place for my mom. She made friends immediately. The food was excellent and staff cared about her as an individual. I lived two states away and I never felt out of the loop. I would often get text from staff members letting me know how mom was doing and telling me stories about her day. Sometimes I would drop by and I was ALWAYS met with warm friendly smiles. Eventually I had to move mom to my state but I have lots of friends and family still living in the area and I always recommend them first. It was a great experience.

I would say 5 on all of the above. The Bungalows really went out of their way to make Mum feel welcome. The facility is so clean and the staff very friendly. Mum really enjoyed herself and made friends quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.

This looks like a beautiful place. It was very lively. It felt like a vacation resort. The price was a little out of our price range but for someone that can afford it, it was great.

My mother is in memory care! Recently there has been a problem with getting in & out of the doors! We had a security key to get in & out! But someone did not let the door completely close & one of the residents got out of memory into assisted living ! Now we depend on someone who works @ the desk to let us in & when leaving depending on staff to let us out! These girls's do not have the time to walk up & let someone put. They need to be looking after the residents not opening doors! Maybe a door code could be considered . I am happy with the care my mother receives from staff, but this is not what I feel they need to be doing! I hope management can come up with a resolution to this issue!

We have placed our loved one there and have been very pleased! The staff is kind and caring. Our loved one seems content there.
