The staff know all the residents personally and cater to every need you may have. I cannot think of a better place to be in my age, I’m no spring chicken. I even got to bring my cat. Would highly recommend this facility. My mom even lived here.

The overall atmosphere at Lafayette is genuinely helpful and courteous. Little things count and are usually attended to quickly. I am glad I am here and hope to be here for a long time. . . .and the food is good.

Whenever I want or need something, no one tells me no. It’s always a yes or let’s figure it out. The therapy offered within the building is exceptional, all three of the therapists have met all my needs.

Living here gives me a smashing sense of security and community like I have never had before. It helps me to combat my Geoff Deaton Syndrome which was caused by being at a certain child daycare which no longer exists.

Very friendly and caring staff. The staff watch over and keep their residents safe. There are a number of activities for the residents to choose from daily. The facility is impeccably clean and smells nice.

The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. I've seen many residents interacting with them and they are always eager to help them. They always have activities that are going on all the time to keep the residents engaged. The restaurant provides chef specials everyday along with standard menu items to select from. I've eaten at this place multiple times and the food has always been good with a nice portion size. I've come by at least a dozen times in the last few months. And I've never seen any issues or problems during each visit. I've already told my children that when the time comes this is the place that I would like to stay myself.

My grandma moved here so she could be closer to family. So I found this place by hearing about it/finding this place on the internet. Ever since she moved here she loves it with friendly staff, and residents. I’ve never seen her happier.

The staff was extremely friendly and took good care of my mother in law. The food was always well prepared and served hot. We would have kept her there, but she moved to Florida to be with her daughter.

I stopped by during their open house to tour. The cozy environment and welcoming staff were great. The refreshments were nice. I really enjoyed everything about the building. It was great to walk in and see resident photos immediately on the wall. It really emphasizes that the residents are their priority. Check them out if you are looking for assisted living

My mom has been at the Bungalows for 2 years. She feels very comfortable there and all of the staff are very kind and caring. The facility and her room are kept very clean. Would highly recommend The Bungalows!

All my experiences have been good. I would choose this facility if I was unable to stay in my home. The staff seem to genuinely care about residents . I have had several meals and the food has always been good.

The staff of the Bungalows treat the residents with compassion, kindness and dignity. There are a variety of activities to help fill their days and to create community. They often plan off site activities to give the residents a change of environment and have many local groups come in to entertain the residents. They also like to include families and often plan special events, such as Thanksgiving dinner that families are invited to attend. The staff communicates by sending emails updating families on what is happening at The Bungalows. I also always feel like I can talk to the staff when I am visiting and that they truly care about my Dad. The Bungalows of Bowling Green has become a home for my Dad. It is a safe place for him to live and be cared for while still feeling like he has his independence. He is happy to be there.

There’s no place like home, it’s true. At the Bungalows the staff does a wonderful job of making you feel at home and cared for like family. A community of residents who care for one another and are surrounded by staff members who want to ensure your safety and comfort as the top priority.

My parents are residents at Lafayette. [name removed] went above and beyond to assist the whole family with understanding all aspects of independent living. The services including cleaning and meals have been wonderful. The manager [name removed]has gone out of his way to assist them settle in. Thank you!

We mom 4 years ago after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. After touring several facilities, we moved mom into an Assisted Living facility very close to our home. Initially, the quality of care was okay but went downhill over time. We then moved mom to Phoenix at Milton; after our tour, my husband and I both thought it felt like family, and it is. Mom’s outlook improved immediately, noticeable to even her neurologist. We visit mom almost daily and she is always out of her room and participates in many activities. The staff is incredible and very caring. When Mom recently had appetite issues, dining staff and management worked closely with us and her weight is now stable. Mom is 92 now and while she has physically declined due to her age, mentally she is as sharp as she was 4 years ago. Family members visit her frequently and we all agree that the move to Phoenix is why she is still alive. We are truly blessed with the care mom receives and highly recommend Phoenix at Milton!

We placed my 92 year old mother in law at the Phoenix at Milton 2 1/2 years ago moving from another assisted living facility. Within months the improvements were night and day in her mentally and physically. She went from doing nothing at the prior facility to participating in 19 activities a week. Participated in exercises, yoga, playing cards, watching movie, attending happy hour and even some crafting. She has also taken some of the outing trips for shopping and meals. All this is a true blessing in how the staff at Phoenix has encouraged and engaged with her to get her involved. Each member is more like a part of the family that cares and wants her to be as mobile an active. They have worked with us to develop a care plan that is a perfect fit for mom. From the aides to the dining staff, to the onsite therapy staff have each helped mom transition when there have been physical or mental challenges due to her dementia. I am so glad we found them and appreciate them all.

I have lived at the Lafayette for almost 3.5 years. When I visited /toured The Lafayette, after doing the same at three other communities, I felt a sense of excitement and peace at the same time, as I realized this could be my new home. My son was with me, and we came back with my daughter-in-law for another tour. The folks at the front desk were so welcoming, and I talked with one friendly resident & employee after another, after another.......happy faces & inviting words? The facility felt safe to me. My apartment is perfect, though a little lean on closet space. I was informed about housekeeping, maintenance, dining, &. activities; It became apparent to me that I have the chance to make new friends, socialize, even help others be happy here at the LAFAYETTE. I am never bored here. While food is good most of the time & I do get annoyed at times about things, I know I have good friends to care for & share my time with. I actually LOVE calling this my home!!!!

The PSL Milton community has been a place for my parents to experience diligent care and genuine affection. The activities are engaging and the yummy food is abundant. The staff know our names and share in this journey. When I visit, I am able to just be a daughter and not a primary caregiver.

I have visited there many times and I have been around many of the residents and staff. It’s a very welcoming community and all the staff are very friendly! There’s always a fun activity going on too!

The Bungalow’s of Bowling Green is an absolutely outstanding assisted living community. The facility itself is beautiful, and feels just like a home away from home. What truly makes this place five stars, however, is the dedicated and attentive team. They are always responsive to their residents needs and have created a positive community environment where residents are engaged and happy. The great care they provide is second to none., and I am so grateful we have this wonderful place as an option of AFL in Bowling Green.
