The staff was awesome and took excellent care of my mom. Unfortunately her dementia had progressed and I was unable to afford to keep her there. I Unfortunately had to move her in December. I would recommend Oaks at Dalton to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

What they could improve on would be to tidy up building and have more activities for residents.

I would rate them a 5. The food was very good, my loved one could pick choices for every meal daily, menu changed every day but also had a few standard options. My loved ones room size was good, plenty of space for a double bed, recliner, small table and 2 chairs and a counter/kitchenette with cupboards, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was good size for a wheelchair with a walk in shower and drop down shower seat. The staff were very friendly and supportive. There were plenty of activities and outings for my loved one to attend.

I moved my mother here after her previous facility closed, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. The staff is exceptional, treating each resident with love, respect, and constant positive reinforcement. Director [name removed] hands-on approach ensures a vibrant and attentive community. A variety of engaging activities are offered daily, keeping residents active and fulfilled. The beautiful, hotel-style accommodations have made my mom feel like she's on a luxurious vacation. I am particularly impressed by the staff's expertise in managing cognitive issues, which is maintained through continuous education and training. The availability of a caregiver support group is an additional comfort. This facility is truly a wonderful place, and I look forward to every visit.

The care was for my brother that [community removed] was holding against his will.., the only way I could get him out of [community removed]jail was to put him in an approved home.., Chesterfield had an immediate opening & I checked him in & he stayed a few days & I took him home & he has recovered terrifically at home & he's now doing fine... Chesterfield was very helpful & did a great job the few days he was there...

That it is a lovely environment, and truly feels like a big family. We are very happy there. Thanks.

It would s a great place. They have a hair salon pool crafts, dance happy hour with wine and beer. My mother in law loves it. The staff is great and very helpful.

Our loved one is in an independent living villa and does not participate, therefore I can't rate the activities with any direct knowledge. I have already recommended it to two different friends whose parents are in similar situations to my father. I'll continue recommending it.

My MIL has adjusted very well the staff is wonderful and keep the residents busy . Th facility is beautiful and extra clean always ??my husband and I couldn't be happier with the choice we made going with summit place of kings mountain.!!

Truly, the staff is just outstanding. They truly love the residents. I think that's what stands out the most.

My mother spent two years at the bungalows. She saw it as the best times of her life. They took care of my mother and they always took care of the family members. We were so blessed to have my mother be here. They went the extra mile as well in her passing. The food was great the staff was great and the overall atmosphere was amazing. They provided all sorts of programs including spiritual programs bingo and many musical entertainments. There is no place better to be for a loved one.

The staff at the Pearl is outstanding, from the front desk thru to the caretakers. Everyone was so compassionate & caring. The care my mother received was great. She was well taken care of as well as loved on immensely.

We are very pleased with the staff and facility. The price is a bit high, probably due to lack of competition.

We have love The Pearl from the moment we found them. We had other friends who had used them for their loved ones and loved them as well. Management and really any of the staff is always available and easy to get in touch with. Honestly, they are all saints for putting up with some of the things they do. Some residents are more demanding and rude than others, and the staff always handles it with such grace. This is the best place for your loved ones if they have advanced dementia or Alzheimer's. They know us by name when we walk in, the staff always knows where our loved one is, they all know her by name and all appear to love her. I even witnessed this while sneaking in to see if they are as polite when I'm not there. They take them out on supervised outings and take pictures for Facebook so that we can see them getting out and about to remind them that "they don't just sit around and do nothing". There are always activities. I have nothing but good things to say about them and the facility.

Recommendation from a friend who has a family member there. I absolutely would recommend & I have. I mean it isn't perfect but they have taken great care of my mom.

[name removed], the Director, was a true gift from the Lord. She walked with us through every stage- even transitioning out of Morningside into a a new facility. We also had the sweetest relationship with his nurse, [name removed]. She provided excellent, personal care and communicated so well. We actually enjoyed every member of the staff. The facility was clean and well run, the food was delicious. We will always be grateful that Sammi and Morningside were our first experience with assisted living.

The Phoenix at Milton was the first community we visited. They were patient and kind with our ignorance of even what questions to ask. After touring multiple communities, we went back for a second look. We knew in five minutes of our second visit we had found the right community for Mom. Everyone who works there is loving, find, and patient.

Employees were very friendly and informative. The facility is clean and very pretty with many options for socializing and entertainment. We ate a meal at the facility and the food was okay. Our friends decided to rent an independent living apartment.

Always good communication with everyone involved with your loved one's care! If any issues just let the staff know your concerns
