The people are friendly. The accommodations are much like a home feel. Nice views from windows. Lots of outdoor spaces. Extra help is provided in a flexible program which is a plus The food is very well prepared and balanced.

I am an outside caregiver that comes in to help some of the residents. As I am going through the halls and talking with people I am really liking what I’m seeing and hearing. I have actually said more than a few times that when I get older if I need a place to go I would come here to live. It is always clean and well ran, even when mishaps happen within an hour they have a solution and all of the residents are aware. Any resident I talk to talks highly of this place as well, it runs really good. The kitchen also always smells amazing and gives their residents a lot of great choices, sometimes I’m tempted to ask for some. Overall I would recommend this place to work at, with, and live at as well.

Needing to move my mom to be closer to me after a stroke and rehab. From the minute I met with [removed name] and had the tour of Legacy Heights, I knew we had found the right place! I am so looking forward to the activities and social engagements that my mom will have access to. The facility itself is light, bright, cheery, and truly feels like “home.” Mom is EXCITED and ready to move in next week! Thanks to everyone at Legacy Heights. I know I am leaving Mom in great hands!

This is not a new facility so it's not full of glamor. But it is well kept and comfortable. My sister and I had lunch there on our tour, just testing the food. It was really good. I would say served with love but I would say that about everything they do. The receptionist and maintenance workers are warm and extra helpful. The nursing staff really cares about the residents. I was in and out a lot and never heard any grumbling. This place feels like a real community. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

After much research into several other Senior Living Communities, it was easy to choose Legacy! [removed name] is the Assistance Dir. and she and [removed name], Dir. are phenomenal. The tour [removed name] gave and all the detail was so helpful. We love visiting my stepmom who has now been at Legacy for two months and she is doing much better. She has dementia and being at Legacy we have witnessed her come out of her shell, she is happy, well fed, even put on some much-needed weight, and she has made friends and she herself tells us how much she loves living at Legacy. She loves the Friday pianists and all of the other activities that take place regularly. She was recently in a cooking class. My stepmom now has a chance at a happy life while living with dementia. My family is grateful for [removed name]and the Care Staff, [removed name] and [removed name] at the Front Desk to name a couple. I recommend Legacy to others looking to find a reputable care facility with caring staff and well-equipped licensed doctors.

They would all be 5 except maybe a 4 for management. Overall very good. The apartments are spacious, walls are concrete so no sound issues, 10 ft ceilings. Follow through is sometimes lacking. I have met several newcomers and they are still coming.

We have spacious rooms with kitchens, bathrooms and walk in closets. We are allowed to keep our pets at the facility, dogs, cats birds. We are surrounded by beautiful, well cared for grounds. Our food, All 3 meals , are provided for us. Our food is delicious. We have options to dine alone in our apartment or dine with other residents. We have guest entertainment provided for us. We live in a beautiful building. The building is designed to be comfortable and home like. Everyone on staff and residents alike are considerate and polite. We have cleaning and laundry staff available. We also have laundry rooms with washing machines and driers if we prefer. If we have need of anything our supervisor and events coordinator are always available. I am very happy here! Try us, you’ll love it here!

We felt legacy was very clean and bright. Great location. We were impressed that [name removed], who met with us and gave us the tour, knew the residents names! She was caring and friendly. Legacy is our top choice when the time comes we need to make a change for our loved one.

I physically toured and interviewed seven facilities. After a comparative analyst, The Lafayette was clearly the best value. After move in, I was surprised with numerous intangibles: the genuine caring and energy of the management/leadership group; welcoming interaction and support of the residents; daily opportunities for planned activities and socialization; safe, clean and comfortable apartments and common areas. Don’t pass on this opportunity!

My 100 year old mother moved into The Lafayette in[date removed]. Up to that point she was living in her own apartment by herself. The Lafayette has been a wonderful next step in independent living. Mom loves the social aspect of the dining room and activities. I love that there are more eyes on her and I don’t worry if I can’t be there. Everyone at The Lafayette has been so nice and welcoming. Mom loves living there.

[name removed]and [name removed] presented us an overview of The Lafayette and gave us an outstanding tour. The facility is very clean and super impressive. All residents seemed extremely happy. The food looked great and my father has been very happy since moving in this week. [name removed] and [name removed] were great—thank you guys!

I would rate The Bungalows at Branson Meadows a 5 on all categories. The staff and facility have exceeded my expectations. I feel truly blessed that my mother is happy with her residence and care at The Bungalows at Branson Meadows.

From the grand expansive layout when we dove up and the many chairs lined up at the entrance, we were impressed with the attention given to provide for their guests. The large fireplace and many high back chairs in the common area was quite impressive. The monthly schedule on the wall, posted menu, large eating area with individual table settings, were clean, inviting, and welcoming. We didn't have the opportunity to view an empty room, because there were no vacancies, but were able to see the activities room which was very well stocked with art and craft supplies. The staff was attentive and showed us around the beautiful grounds. Our only disappointment was the prospect of being on a waiting list. A good sign that this is a highly desirable facility. A staff person was to call us the following day to discuss finances, but we didn't hear from them until several days later and after we had already made arrangements at another facility in Chattanooga.

It's self pay, but it's more reasonable than many facilities because it's older. They are amazing with care, and activities for my brother, and he loves the meals and the view of the intercoastal waterway. It's beautiful in the back. They also do a smores night which is so nostalgic...

We feel the staff meets my mother-in-law where she is physically and emotionally and respond accordingly. They accommodate her and what her needs, desires and wants are. Our first impression of seeing residents sitting outside of the facility like a welcoming committee. They knew we were obviously touring and gave us the "thumbs up".

I'm very happy with both the staff and the team at The Phoenix at Lake Lanier. They have activities and family times arranged for the seniors. I highly recommend living at The Phoenix at Lake Lanier. I would give them a 6, they are number 1 in my opinion. I visited several places before choosing The Phoenix and from the minute I walked into the lobby, I felt the warmth of the employees and saw the seniors with smiles, then I knew that was the place I had been looking for.

My mom has passed, but while she was there, they took wonderful care of her. [name removed] and the rest did their absolute best for her. They answered all my questions and did everything we asked to keep mom comfortable

The staff is wonderful but stretched. The atmosphere of the facility is amazing. I grew up in Montana and from the first moment after coming through the front entrance - I thought I was home in Montana again.. Rooms are small but I have a double companion room. One side is my TV/sitting room and the other room is my bedroom. The two rooms are joined with 2 closets and a nice sized bath.

5 on all of them. We are very happy. What we like the most about The Bungalows at Springfield East community is the cleanliness, the décor, the friendliness of staff and residents. Everyone seems happy.

The Bungalows has a very clean and open reception area. It makes you feel good to come in. [name removed], the head of the Bungalows, is tremendous. She makes you feel so comfortable and answers all your questions. She is a very caring person and will help you any way she can. The room my sister-in-law is in is a studio. It was very clean and offered all that is needed for assisted living. I met several of the workers there. They are all so friendly and helpful. The food looks good and it is served in a cafe like atmosphere. It is a very accommodating place for a loved one that needs assistance.
