Touring The Pearl at Dallas left a lasting impression on my heart. From the very beginning, I felt truly heard and understood, and every question I had was met with patience and care. As I walked through the community, the warmth was undeniable. Care team members greeted residents with genuine smiles and affectionate hugs that spoke volumes about the love and compassion they bring to their work. It was clear that this is a place where residents are deeply cared for and treated like family. The community is clean and welcoming, the food is wonderful, and the activities program truly stood out to me. Not only is there a wide variety of engaging activities offered, but residents are also given the opportunity to enjoy outings that keep them connected to the world around them. Above all, what impressed me most was the dignity and respect shown to every resident. The Pearl at Dallas is truly a special place.

I recently was able to tour The Pearl of Dallas, and was extremely impressed with the warm, and inviting environment they have been able to curate. [removed date] the Sales Director was attentive, and so knowledgeable for any accommodations, or other questions we had. Will definitely be recommending for any one in my life in need of memory care for their loved ones.

I recently toured The Bungalows with my parents. They both have been contemplating Independent Living. We were all extremely impressed with the entire complex and administrative staff. They go above and beyond to make the transition seamless. The entire staff is very welcoming and accommodating. They do their best to address each individual circumstance. The property is very clean with many updates. They also offer a nice array of perks and benefits. Please give give them an opportunity - you'll be impressed!

This place was beautiful. So clean, smelt like a 5 star hotel. Everyone smiled, and was so friendly. I would absolutely bring a loved one here for care. Good family friendly caregivers are VERY hard to find. This place blew it out of the water!

The Phoenix at Milton truly feels like home. The community is beautifully maintained, and the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and respected. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a senior living community that combines professionalism with heartfelt care.

I am a nurse practitioner, and I visit The Bungalows every other week and sometimes weekly. I absolutely love this place, it has such a cozy, friendly, family atmosphere. I feel right at home when I am seeing the residents that live there. The staff has been so kind to me, they make me feel like a part of their family. Everyone goes above and beyond to help the people that live there from the housekeeping all the way to the executive Director, I cannot say enough good things about The Bungalows of Bowling Green.

I found this community very quaint and peaceful. It's tucked in a very quiet woody corner of Milton in the heart of a charming neighborhood. The facility was small and manageable compared to other huge facilities that have been difficult to handle. The sales director and staff were kind and friendly. [removed name] was filled of warmth, joy and insight, which helped me feel calm and secure in choosing my future direction. The facility was beautifully decorated in natural pleasing tones with a rustic traditional vibe. The activities and food were comparable to other communities.

I can’t say enough positive things about [removed name] and the incredible work she does at the facility. She consistently goes above and beyond what is expected, showing genuine compassion, patience, and respect to every resident that she comes in contact with. It’s clear this is more than just a job to her- it’s a calling. Hailey takes the time to truly understand each family’s needs, which makes a meaningful difference for residents. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to handle challenging situations with kindness and professionalism is truly admirable.

I was very impressed with the quality and condition of the building. The staff was very professional and friendly. The food looked great but I did not get to try the food. I also was impressed with the affordable prices of the home.

My aunt lives at the Phoenix at Hammond. Although she is pleasantly confused, she is always happy, clean, and well cared for. The staff is very open to making anything happen when we have a request. There isn't a better place for your loved one(s).

Your was great! [removed name] is very knowledgeable and helpful! I viewed the model room and got to speak with some of the residents. Staff greeted us as we toured the facility. There were activities going on. Overall liked the facility!

I can not say enough about the pearl! They have been absolutely wonderful! I have never had the first complaint. They have became like family. The entire staff is wonderful and caring. I could name names of who is so good but I would have to list the entire staff.

The facility is a 5 on cleanliness, but our loved ones apartment is 3. The activities receive a 4 because our loved one does not attend. What we do like about the community is that it is small and everyone works together as a team. Yes, we would recommend The Retreat at Jasper

I had a great experience. My sister passed away there on [date removed]. They couldn't have been any kinder.

Overall great. The dining room is fantastic, but everything has been very good. My mother looks forward to meals for the first time in many months.

We recently moved our mother from another facility to Legacy Heights Memory Care and we couldn't be happier. The Sales Director is an exceptional communicator and guided us through the process. The Executive Director is very friendly and hands on, the care team are seasoned pros. Mom is very happy with the meals and has made many friends.

Everyone at The Retreat has been most thoughtful from the first visit. This includes the reception desk, dining room help, people who arrive after a resident pushes a button, recreation director, nurses, physical therapy and housekeeping. I hope that I have not forgotten anyone. My friend made an excellent choice when she chose The Retreat.

Wonderful facility. Clean . Employees so nice and supportive. Lot of activities for residents. Caring and Helpful. Have a great routine schedule for residents. Medical staff very efficient and informative. Love the administrative staff. Great place for mom!
