Summit Place has a very friendly atmosphere. There is lots of smiles and laughter as you walk down the halls. The staff is universally welcoming to the residents and visitors. They know all the residents and have the residents well being at heart. I recommend this place without reservation.

Our sister in law lives there. Good food, lots of activities. She likes it. We would recommend it.

They are wonderful. They are very attentive to the residents. They have lots of activities to keep the residents active and engaged.

5 to all categories. We have been very pleased with all aspects of care and living conditions at The Terrace. We feel we are getting a good value for the money. The staff is great! Everything is convenient for the residents. Plenty of activities.

A 5 for all of them but in the last month they have had some staff turn over so not sure about 5. The staff know them by name and even knows what they drink with their meals ,so usually before mom is seated, her drink is ready. Little things like that mean a lot.

We would rate the friendliness and care services a 10! Morningside has the best medical staff care and concerns. It was my experience with Morningside of Auburn, to find caring and friendly staff. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The facility is brand new and beautiful. The activities are fun and wonderful. Art classes weekly. Guess musicians, church is offered on site. There is a beauty salon (hair and nails) on property. Every holiday and Birthday is celebrated ??. The food is good with a salad bar offered for lunch and dinner.

My mother has been living at The Neighborhood of Sheffield for almost 10 years. Under [name removed] leadership, the facility has grown into a top-notch, caring home for her. I enjoy visiting and am happy that my mom is well cared for. The facility is always clean and smells fresh. There are numerous activities Mom enjoys. Bingo and movie time in the small theatre, complete with popcorn, are two of her favorites. They have a van to transport residents to shopping venues and an on-site beauty shop for hair styling and manicures. The Neighborhood staff has been exceptional at keeping me informed of any changes in my mother’s health that require a doctor’s visit or additional care. Most of all, I am so pleased with the true caring and kindness of [name removed] and her staff. They interact with her daily and notice small things that may take me longer to pick up on, as I don’t get to see her every day. [name removed] knows the residents and their families personally. We know we can reach her

One thing that stood out the most is the quick maintenance response. The apartment size is great. Have not participated in any activities, but I see all the flyers for outing and activities, so I guess it's great.

The staff at The Terrace go above and beyond to take care of your love one. It is very clean and they have the friendliess staff. My dad was worried about being put into an asssisted living facility but he loves it there. If you want someone to look after you or a love one this is definitly the place to be.

The atmosphere is similar to a small hotel-welcoming entrance with high ceilings and a friendly staff ready to greet you! The support personnel from housekeeping, meal service to medical staff are available and ready to anticipate and address the needs of the residents. Management serves in many capacities wherever needed ranging from general duties( problem solving/ enhancement) to rolling up their sleeves as situations arise. The grounds and outdoor spaces are attractive and inviting. The Trace is the place to blossom-small but well tended gardens reflect the overall spirit of a caring, supportive community!

We have been here just a few weeks but we have had an excellent experience. Staff is very helpful. Food is very good. Building is clean. They take care of our laundry. Make sure everything's going good. They clean the rooms for us. Things like that. Overall, it's a fantastic experience here.

They are friendly yet professional. Maintenance responds quickly when needed. The facility is attractive and provides several rooms for activities. There is a very nice restaurant. The grounds are well maintained and the main entrance area is beautiful and inviting.

This is a 5 Star facility as far as I am concerned, the staff is top notch. I looked at several facilities and I believe my choice was an excellent one. There are a variety of apartments from studio to 2 bedrooms in size ... And very well maintained. All menus have options available for all meals. The dining room is large and well lit and airy.

It's a lovely setting with salt of the earth country folk on staff. I would recommend to others!!

Activities calendar looked great- my mother is a recluse, however, and does not engage. I have dealt minimally with staff- I visited only one time, and most seemed very friendly and helpful. My scores, unfortunately, are based on very limited information due to me being out of state and only the one visit.

For me... -mom always clean and dressed daily. Her feeding & incontinent needs are very well managed -Safe & secure environment for seniors -individualized care plans that are routinely updated -Hoyer lifts allowed -frequent family events -caring, experienced, permanent staff (it's not a revolving door of agency caregivers) -optional services available (hair, mani/pedi, podiatrist, dentist, PT/OT/ST, etc) -pet friendly -outside areas & walking path -daily activities -evening activities -close to grocery store, CVS, and restaurants -WiFi TV & internet access -easy application & move-in process -well maintained property: always looks and smells nice! -no hidden monthly fees

The faculty/staff is VERY friendly and willing to assist. That has been our experience. The room sizes suffice. Not too big and not too small. They're good.

The place was perfect for her. My family signed real quick She has a wonderful room Or but she's just not the type, but there's so many things to do. She just does not participate. It is such a wonderful resource. There are drivers to take her to the salon, it's so nice.
