[name removed] and team were wonderful to work with. We were unfortunately working in a rushed/condensed timeframe to find a facility for my mom. [name removed] made time on our schedule, gave us multiple options, and made our experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

My Mother recently made the Legacy Heights Memory Care her new home. All of the staff are professional, kind , caring and patient and treat her as they would their own family member and have been so supportive of me, as well. Legacy Heights is bright , cheery, and clean and offers the residents lots of fun and enriching activities. Would highly recommend Legacy Heights Memory Care for your loved one and am so at peace knowing that my Mother is safe, comfortable , and well-cared for when I am away.

It was a great experience. I wish my mom could have stayed longer. The staff was WONDERFUL with her. The only reason she left is because we decided it was better for her to be in the same state as me, her only child. She was too far away.

This facility came highly recommended and we were not disappointed from the moment we got there. We immediately felt at home and, as we went through the tour, we were greeted warmly by every employee we encountered, some even with hugs! I love that they are devoted solely to memory care in this particular facility, so they know exactly how to handle each resident and their respective needs. My father signed a contract on the spot. More importantly, since he’s been living there, the level of care and service has not dropped at all. I am most impressed that they don’t impose visiting hours which tells me they are so confident in their staff that I could come up in the middle of the night and still see the residents treated with world class service. We are so grateful!

I would give 5 for all. The staff is great, facility is clean and neat. My son's father has moved to memory care a month ago and the staff was great to deal with! Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff is great, it's with any where you go you have turnover. It really does feel like one big family.

We luv the Lafayette ! My mom is still there and my mother in law. There we a few hiccups when they tried to turn the restaurant into a pay per meal and keep rent the same BUT that did not happen. only other thing I want to say is that the staff is very attentive and treat residents like family. Shoot out to [name removed] she's the best! My mom and mother in law very happy there and not interested in going anywhere else. New director very aware of residents and goes extra mile to keep everyone safe and happy

We selected this place for my grandmother because it was a priced fairly for the accommodations and services. The staff is fantastic and the members there are really happy! My grandmother had a studio which overlooked a gazebo and was across the hall from the activities room. The room wasn’t large but it also encouraged my grandmother to leave the room and go make friends. The food was not my style but knowing how the elderly like to eat, it was good enough for her to put on 5 lbs in a week! Again for the price, The Retreat is wonderful!

The facility is run extremely well, and every caregiver was top-notch. The price was very reasonable, compared with all the others I looked at. It was always clean, the food was good, and I felt it was a tremendous value. I am very pleased with my choice to come to the Retreat at Sandy Springs

Myrtle Beach Manor was very good. They were extremely helpful while my brother was there. Unfortunately it was only a few weeks but they did everything in their power to help him.

My experience at Seasons at Southpoint began with [name removed] when I called for a tour and info. She was so caring and helpful. My father was not an easy resident but the team there accepted him readily and did everything they could to help him adjust. There is a caring atmosphere there from the receptionist to the nurses, etc. I would definitely have other family members become residents if ever the need arises.

The fact that if she needs to move to memory care, she won't have to change facilities! Her room is close to dining room. Mother said she would tell them the food isn't good! Medicine ladies are very nice! Mother says dining room floor needs to be mopped!

Everyone is very kind and they go out of their way to be helpful. To take care of the needs of their families. They consider everyone that is living there. Whether it be independent, assisted or memory care family. Am very glad that we moved mom into independent living. She is extremely happy. She's safe, she's warm and she gets 2 meals a day. They also clean every 2 weeks side to side. Top to bottom every cottage and every inside apartment.

I would rate each category as a 5. My overall experience with the Staff and Management was very positive. I chose The Pearl at Five Forks because there was an opening.

Highly recommend. [name removed]so enjoyed staying at Morningside. They do everything right. His room was great. He enjoyed the means and talking to other residents. [name removed] does an excellent job with that facility. She is super in every way

They have all been very helpful and friendly and made her and us feel at home and cared about. Great. That was one of the reasons we picked it was she has two rooms vice one. The amenities are great also for what she wants. She likes that it isn't a very large place with way more people. She knows all the staff and she gets a lot of one on one attention.

We were VERY happy! It's a stunning facility, absolutely gorgeous & always clean! It feels like you are at a resort! The staff are very communicative & kind. There are soooo many activities & something for everyone to do every single day. I especially appreciated the care team & how they would call me whenever they had a concern or question.

The facility is always clean. The staff professional and friendly. My Aunt loves being at Morningside and that's the key. The rooms are big and spacious. They include microwave and refrigerator along with cabinets and counter space.

The staff here from new management through house keepers and maintenance are all very friendly and here to help in any way. There was a tentative plan to begin charging for meals. It received such back lash that the plan was thrown out. Life has settled into a nice routine for us. Our apartment is very nice.

The staff is great. My brother felt so welcomed. They have always been pleasant and helpful when I have interacted with them. The residents are also so very friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable. They always seem to have plenty of activities going on so the residents can socialize and be entertained.
