The nursing supervisors are awesome very attentive to the needs of the residents. The nurses are very detailed and do an excellent job with the residents. All meds are giving on time and they are so nice to the residents. The residents aids are very helpful and care for each of they residents! The food is very good but could be improved to help the needs of dementia patients. The grounds are very neat and well groomed.

If I had known of The Pearl earlier, Mom would have been there sooner. Dimentia patient care is very individual and The Pearl's staff, every worker, was welcoming and always ready to attend to the residences. The design of the building and services offered are well thought out.

The nurses are great, they care about the residents and their care. The resident aides have very difficult job and do very well. the residents are well taken care of, food, clothed, and bathed. The rental business offices do great job, it is amazing how well they keep up the facility near full capacity and billing up to date. the kitchen staff do a great job and activities director is amazing.

Getting her throughphase 1. My mom would call the police. Call me to come get jet. The staff shared many tips if moms journey. They were on mark. Very clean. Activities. Mom mom living life with all the care I would want, and care I did not expect. From top staff to cleaning, nurses, kitchen staffers. The all know mom. I pop in to get a coffee, the set me up. When I would be overwhelmed, they were there for me. Clean from you to bottom I would encourage everyone to view and visit.

Sweet staff and charming accommodations. Beautiful community for anyone needing memory care. Everyone is so welcoming and dedicated to the residents. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Community is spacious and welcoming, with plenty of space for safe wandering.

The nurses are the best very nice and attentive. Thee RA's are hardworking and very sociable. The activities director keeps the residents active and has great ideas. The rental agent is the hardiest worker worker I have ever meet. The kitchen staff is very good, but could use some improvement. The salon workers are awesome. The maintenance staff keep the facility looking good.

Thrilled with this community! My family visits my sister for events and most recently the Christmas festivities. We enjoy the staff and residents so much. The sister feels her friends at Legacy are more like a close knit family.

Moved my Dad here about a month ago. Staff was great in helping with all the paperwork and details. They welcomed my Dad warmly and have taken great care to make sure he has settled in. The staff is warm and caring. The facility is well cared for. Glad to find such a wonderful place for my dad.

If you are looking for a memory care for your loved one, save a lot of time and visit Legacy Heights. The staff is friendly and the facility smells good too! I’ve visited a lot of facilities while searching for my aunt. It is overwhelming but in the end I know that we have made the right decision.

I recently toured legacy heights memory care and I was pleasantly surprised. I toured on Election Day and they had set up a ballot box and were having an election watch party. It was a great activity for the residents keeping with their Montessori approach to memory care. The facility is well maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly.

I had the opportunity to come for an event here at Legacy Heights and I must say, it was top notch. Not only was the food fantastic, the music and hospitality were amazing. I am thrilled that my aunt is surrounded by love, friendship, and such a beautiful atmosphere. The staff was wonderfully inviting and I am at peace knowing my aunt is home where she belongs. Legacy Heights memory care is such a gem. The facility is kept clean. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and decor. My aunt is given a lot attention and she attends a lot activities. They have musical performances and a great activity calendar. We visit her often and we have always had a good experience there.

Legacy Heights is a wonderful facility. It’s clean and smells good! The staff was friendly and the activity calendar was packed. They have a variety of floorplans and comfortable amenity spaces. We will bring mom back to check it out at their Friday happy hour.

Top notch your experience at Legacy Heights. From the moment we walked in the door until we left. There were happy faces greeting us and many residents socializing in their “parlor”. I especially like their layout, it feels homey and not clinical. Legacy Heights is our top choice!

The dining room could be cleaner and swept between meals or at least at the end of the day. You will come in for lunch and shreds of dinner will be on the floor from the night before. It makes me wonder if the kitchen is clean and the dishes are clean too.

After touring over a dozen assisted living places around Charlotte we chose Legacy Heights for our brother. My family is very picky and I was excited to finally find a place they would like. Legacy Heights is charming and clean. The atmosphere is relaxed but fun. We especially like the smaller dining rooms rather than a huge dorm-like cafeteria. Everyone was really helpful and made us feel very special. They had a beautiful personalized welcome sign at the desk for us.

The small size of this facility was an attractive characteristic. My mother felt immediately comfortable in the environment as soon as we walked through the door the first time. In fact, she noted the wreaths on the other resident’s doors and asked if she could have a wreath on her door as well. The secure outdoor courtyard was also a big benefit, as my mother loves to spend time outside. She feels pampered by the salon and mani/pedi services and overall we feel like this was a perfect fit for our family!

We were looking for an independent home that including some amenities but was not a full assisted living situation. We found exactly what Dad needed in the Retreat at Loganville. He has his independence yet still has folks checking in with him regularly, a cleaning service, social events, and meals when he doesn’t feel like cooking. He, and we, are ecstatic with the service and the home he has been able to build in less than two months.

Activities are scheduled for the community and she has been welcomed with open arms and enthusiasm! So happy we found Lakeview Estates. The move in was easy.
