It was very good. I have recommended to several people I know. We were able to be with her more since she was close. The director there in 2022 was the sweetest lady. She was a registered nurse and I felt like I could call her anytime.

My father is a resident of the bungalows of bowling green. He loves it there. He has made friends and has become very active since being there. The food is good and his apartment is spacious. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home away from home for their aging parent.

I would give the retreat at Conyers a 5 in all areas. My mom's overall experience was pleasant. She missed being able to just go outside was her only complaint. The Retreat was clean and the staff was very attentive. I applaud their personal interactions with their guests. Quality of her care and her meals also earned a 5. I think for my mom personally activities were limited but not due to staff. I thought the cost of her stay was expensive but I really have no comparison. Thank you for your service. If asked I would recommend The Retreat at Conyers.

If you're searching for exceptional senior living and memory care, The Pearl of Dallas should definitely be on your short list. As a senior care professional, I visit a lot of facilities, and I was thoroughly impressed during my tour here. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every staff member I encountered was pleasant and thoughtful. You can immediately tell they genuinely care about their residents, which is reflected in their outstanding client-to-staff ratio. A special shoutout to [name removed] for the phenomenal food. Dining is often an overlooked part of senior living, but The Pearl of Dallas truly takes it to the next level. The meals are well-balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It's a comforting aspect that not only nourishes residents but adds to the overall home-like feeling of the place. If you're considering options for your loved one, I can't recommend The Pearl of Dallas enough.

The Retreat is a very clean community, the food is pretty good and they have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

We had my mother at the Bungalows at Bowling Green until her level of care changed. Before she went into the bungalows, she lived alone and rarely left her house. You might would even call her a shut in. After about three weeks of living at the bungalows, she was a different person. She made friends, and her depression was practically gone. She became very active. She was always doing something from baking cookies with the activities director to sitting on the front porch with her new friends waiting for bingo to start. The staff are amazing! They spend quality time with the people that live there and treat them like family. I highly recommend The Bungalows at Bowling Green Assisted Living! I saw the difference it made in my mother‘s life.

It is always clean and the staff is wonderful. Mom is content so the quality of care is good. Mom says the food is good and they offer her a soft dining menu. The staff have daily activities - they try to get all to participate in but don't force anyone. There is also once a week or a bigger monthly type activity for residents to participate in. So far the cost is reasonable for the area and services.

The Lafayette is an awesome place for independent living. Friendly staff, beautiful facilities, good food and happy hour

The Bungalows at Bowling Green does a great job keeping their seniors active and involved in the community. They participate in making crafts multiple times a week, have card games and play bingo with WKU students a couple times a month. The people their interact with one another very well and are welcoming to newcomers. The rooms are clean and spacious. The dining area is beautiful, and the menu has many options to choose from. I had a wonderful time when I stayed there. I only left because I wanted to be closer to my daughter in Georgia.

Legacy Heights was very accommodating to our needs. They usually do a 30 day minimum for respite stays, but they agreed to do only 2 weeks for us. I don't know about a maximum.

My daughter & I met with [name removed] who answered all our questions regarding our needs and concerns. After a lovely lunch we began the tour We needed two rooms as my needs were very different from my husband. [name removed] quickly picked up on the fact that she had two very different tasks! She was patient & very understanding. This is a small older community with a homey touch. Extremely clean with a variety of great room choices!

They are great. Very attentive. We picked this community because of the feeling that you're with family, cleanliness, and comfortable rooms.

Resident care is advertised and practiced. My sister feels very safe and well cared for. I highly recommend The Terrace at Grove Park to others looking.

[name removed] (the director) really sold me on the place! The facility is always very clean and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. I have no regrets moving my loved one here and would highly recommend Legacy Heights to others!

My mother came to The Pearl when she was very ill. She had been in a lower skilled facility because she higher functioning. The Pearl came to the hospital and evaluated her, and walked me through a detailed process of admissions. I will disclose, that there is a lot of paperwork, and guidelines to learn and follow, but they were there for each step. Patience and understanding was always exercised, even though there are many insurance and state rules and regulations to follow. The assistance in assembling and managing a care team is also of great value. Each time my mom was hospitalized, they were available and always rooting for her recovery. Dementia is hard for everyone involved, but the The Pearl will help you navigate it with grace. I 100% recommend their services.

The Retreat at Conyers is so clean and well kept. Staff was pretty good at responding to requests and both [name removed] at the front desk and the maintenance department were excellent.

I have zero complaints. The staff try really hard to have activities that work for everyone! That is the best!! Yes, I sure would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Phoenix Assisted Living at Union Hill Road is a 5/5. So glad we made this move. My mom is much happier and living the independent life she wanted. They are prompt to fix any issues or concerns. The facility is peaceful, quiet and clean. Food is excellent and lots of activities are offered and residents can go to any or not at all. Very reasonably priced.

I score all points a 5. We toured and compared 5 other places before choosing Lakeview and we are still pleased with Lakeview after 1 year. It is a much smaller community but with higher ratio of caregivers than other places. It is an older facility but extremely well updated and clean. They just put in all new vinyl plank flooring so no carpet in public areas. We really love that there is a beautiful totally enclosed outdoor patio area that residents can go outside any time they want during the day and don't have to be accompanied. The building is in a beautiful wooded setting on a small lake. Not at all like a traditional 'facility' setting. The nurses are all very competent and know and are attentive each patient's needs. I review my mom's meds periodically with the nurses and am confident everything is being administered correctly and on time. Mom's doctors are all pleased with her care there. The nurse aids are all so attentive and patient and personable. Every concern we have ever had has always been taken care of. The whole staff is friendly and caring and respectful to all patients and ensure to preserve their dignity. They are so well trained on how to deal with difficult situations that always arise with dementia patients. Everyone is treated with respect and true loving care. I've never heard a raised voice or cross word from any caregiver and I or another family member are there quite often. There are hourly engaging activities offered every day - residents are free to choose what they want to do or not do. The activity director is an exceptional energetic person who always brings smiles and joy to work every day. She's creative about planning engaging simple cooking classes, arts and crafts, music programs, and games as well as Bible studies and outdoor activities like ice cream socials. The food is good with usually a well balanced meal plus dessert - Mom has gained weight since moving in. She would prefer more soup options because she doesn't like hamburgers or hotdogs which I'm sure they would do for her but she can't remember to ask for those. The resident's rooms are always kept clean and tidy plus laundry. We were able to put up family pictures in Moms room to help assure her that she was in the right place and of being in a familiar room with her own possessions. Dementia is such difficult journey in life that never improves but I feel Lakeview Estates community is THE best place we could have chosen for the quality and quantity of care for Mom.

Wonderful & helpful community & staff. The love & support shown to the residents goes beyond anything! From looking at the facebook page, I can tell the activities given by the new Activity Director have changed the residents energy in a tremendously positive way, very superb outcome! I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a memory care facility. Much respect & gratitude to all staff & faculty.
