5 stars for all. Grandpa enjoyed his stay there. The Facility was clean. He enjoyed the food and Staff was very friendly. We will definitely use them again in the future, should we need Respite care for Grandpa.

When caregiving they say you have to put the oxygen mask on yourself first. But sometimes you’re spread so thin it doesn’t seem possible. Meeting with [name removed] and all the staff at The Retreat at Sandy Springs has given me hope, flexibility, and the space I need to be a better caregiver and a more fun daughter to my dad. I’m so thankful for this opportunity to provide a safe and caring living situation that allows him to thrive and continue to connect with the community. For the first time in months, I’m feeling supported and secure in knowing we have an excellent home going forward for him.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. It's a very nice facility. Clean smelling. Loved the rehab area and therapists.

Before my mom passed away, [name removed] from Seasons continued to check in with me every few weeks, always offering her support and kindness. I kept telling her that mom was doing great—but the truth was, we were slowly losing her. We had placed my mom in another facility, and looking back, I wish so much that we had chosen Seasons instead. The love, compassion, and genuine care they show for their residents is something truly special. [name removed] continued follow-up, even when we weren’t part of the Seasons community yet, showed me just how deeply they care. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with true dignity and warmth, don’t overlook Seasons. They have a heart for this work, and it shows. If you're searching for a place that truly cares, don’t overlook Seasons. They are amazing.

My mother-in-law is in one of the cottages. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She has met a lot of nice people and enjoys participating in many of the activities they offer. They offered lunch 5 days a week when she moved in but they changed the meals to an outside caterer. They have to order and pay separately for their meals now. The meal they originally offered were not always to their liking. The catered meals are usually good.

I took a tour of the property today, led by [name removed]. [name removed] was warm, welcoming, and very personable. It felt like I was talking to a friend. There was no pressure, and he patiently explained all of the information I will need to make an informed decision. The facility itself is simply amazing. It has a very open floor plan and really nothing like I've ever seen. The rooms truly are spacious apartments - giving residents a since of independence and dignity, while the ample amenities give a since of community. I highly recommend you check it out!

The facility is kept very clean and there is never a smell. The facility is beautiful all around. I love that table mates are assigned so that residents have a group to eat with daily and get to know. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I am able to text the Director about any potential issues and she takes care of them right away. The new activities director makes it a point to go and get mom out of her room for all activities. It took a while to get the aids to understand that, even though mom seemed like a normal functioning person, she still needed reminders and supervision while doing things like showering. But that seems to be taken care of now.

I love how clean it is. My mom's room is cleaned daily which is a huge difference from her last place The Terraces at Via Verde. The staff really understands her condition and doesn't blow anything out of proportion. They know how to redirect and are able to calm my mom down when she gets agitated which is going to happen with her condition . The activities director [name removed] is wonderful. She texts me regularly and will send me pictures of my mom doing activities or out on field trips. Now that it's warmer they spend time outside on their beautiful patio or field trips for ice cream or to visit the fire department. Oh and they have a local school that visits on all the holidays and the residents love that.

All of them are 5's. My dad was so well taken care of there. He ate for them and they kept him active better than I could at home. I never worried about him being unwell. My husband and I even did surprise visits at different times and never saw anything untoward. The Phoenix is a wonderful place for anyone needing help with a family member. My dad had dementia and they were a blessing. I found them all to be very attentive to everyone. We never had an issue with anyone being rude or mean. They were always working when we visited and would take the time to answer any questions we had about my dad's care.

Facility is located on the Intercoastal waterway in Myrtle Beach with a lovely view and walkable property. The facility is clean, bright and comfortable. Rooms vary in size and price. Staff is amazing ?? Respectful of residents and welcoming to family members. They really work hard to know the residents and treat them with love and compassion. A variety of stimulating activities every day of the week. Meals are varied with a great substitution menu if a resident wants something other than the meal on the schedule. Snacks too! Room cleaning and laundry service is available. I think it's a wonderful option when a loved one can't safely stay on their own but can still maintain a level of independence.

My mom was in the memory care area. The staff was very caring and friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained. The food was very good (except the veggie burgers). I would recommend this facility to anyone. I feel like my mom was treated very well at [community removed].

The food not it's strong point , but the activities and sense of community it by far the best I've experienced. Most memory care facilities have few activities by comparison. Faculty and staff are comparable to most. In that it is hard to find dedicated workers at the wage paid. Keeping the good ones is hard when other places are always trying to woo the best to move to their facilities, and generally the best caregivers are moved up and away from the residents....where they are needed most

The staff has been extremely supportive and caring. They provided the guidance I needed to navigate the adjustments we've had to make to accommodate my grandmother's needs. I really appreciate how attentive the staff has been to my grandmother's changing medical needs. Every time I visit, my grandmother is happily engaged in an activity and looks comfortable in her "home away from home" as she describes it. Morningside helps to take away many of the worries I've had with becoming my grandmother's caregiver.

5 for each of them the last one my husband was happy and I felt he was safe. The place is really clean the people are nice and there is a turn over line all places. The food is delicious there are real nurses 24/7. They have a fab activity director and they call all their community by first name or give the person a nickname. My husband was in memory lock down area and I felt he was safe and loved.

The community is very supportive of the staff and vice versa. The community meals assure that over time we get to know one another so it feels like being with friends. The food here is quite tasty as well as varied. If you don't want the features on the menu, the kitchen will prepare sandwiches, cheeseburgers, salads to your liking.

The Bungalows at Springfield East is a great place. They are kind and caring and yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

[name removed] was extremely helpful in giving me information for the family of [name removed]. She was a joy to work with! The family was then able to make the best decision as to where their mother needed to be placed. [name removed]is living there now and is enjoying the care she is receiving.
