The staff has been truly helpful. Day or night. I would recommend to others. My mother in law has settled in & is healthy & content.

I would highly recommend The Kensington to others. The facility is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The other residents are also very welcoming to newcomers.

The staff are very good with the people they care for. Plus, they are very pleasant with visitors. The allow me to bring my husband's dog to visit. I would recommend them.

Staff is excellent. Attentive, caring, they really get to know the residents. The facility looks like a resort hotel. New furnishings in the rooms and new paint, carpet, etc. bathrooms in rooms are spacious. Many activities for residents of all abilities. Staff will prompt residents and encourage to attend.

My two daughters and I toured the Kensington on a Saturday. We had a sweet guide who willingly and positively stepped up and guided our tour. She was knowledgeable about the workings of the assisted living facility and showed us living areas, client social areas, the cafeteria, craft area, and the therapy area. She was very helpful answering our questions and we asked her many!! I was very pleased with our tour and had a very good feeling about the Kensington and it's staff!

The head nurse was very much personally involved in the care of my mom, as was the staff. They included me in the care plan and kept me regularly updated. I had an incredibly good experience with symphony pointe

My mother was in the secured unit, where she had a private room. It was wonderful how she was able to bring in her own furnishings, with the electric bed furnished by the facility. We were so pleased with the extraordinary staff. There was such friendly staff, Greeting her and meeting her needs as if she was their Mother. She tried to be very independent, but the staff and their expertise, gently persuaded her to let them help her. She began to love all the attention and love. She finally had the nutrition she needed, with such wonderful meals. Nutrition and food was neglected when she tried to live in her own home. We had no idea, when The Terraces at Via Verde , prepared these wonderful meals, that her appetite would soar , and she would feel healthy once again. The staff and client ratio was absolutely perfect. No one lacked for attention, and each need met in a personal way. They made such an effort to have the clients participate in activities, and what was so beautiful, they included our family at all times. Welcoming each of us and inviting us to special activities. When my Mother was declining, they were the most compassionate staff, I could have ever imagined. They informed us step-by-step as she was presented with hospice. The staff calling family through every stage, was so warm and thoughtful. As family was by her side before she passed, the staff was so engaging and kept us informed , with every final portion of her journey before she passed. All of the professional staff prepared every step for the best family experience ever. Their professionalism, started with the interview , as she was going to be moving from her home, to enter her new residence with The Terraces at Via Verde . Thank you, from the bottom of our heart. I would recommend , The Terrace at Via Verde , to everyone that will be dealing with transition of family members.

The Terraces is a clean and beautiful facility. Oscar greeted me with such warmth. He is a bright light in the middle of navigating a dark tunnel for your loved one. He was so kind, compassionate, and interested in hearing about my Mom, who needs placement. We are praying that Mom will be able to become a resident there. Thank you.

[name removed] took us on the tour. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and said she would get back with us in a couple of months to see how things are going. The rooms were clean and it did not have a hospital feel like a nursing home would. Felt like you were staying in a hotel. I only put a 4-star review on the appearance of the building because of its age. That cannot be helped, and it did not bother me. I would feel very comfortable having my dad live there.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, both with residents and their families. They're also very good about communicating with residents and family. The building is kept very clean, even the stairwells, which has not always been our experience! My mother-in-law has a one-bedroom apartment that is a very nice size. They have a good variety of options in the dining room, as well as in activities and social opportunities available on campus.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean at all times. The laundry service and cleaning of the apartment is very helpful. The apartment size is good. There are regular gatherings and seasonal events. I also forgot to mention the sun rooms at the end of each hall. They are great when it's cool outside. They also have a huge covered deck on the second floor which is good for getting outside without going downstairs.

I would give them a 5 for all. They have been so helpful with the transition. They respond quickly. Keep us updated to date. And are able to navigate difficult family dynamics

I was unsure if I should even visit without advanced approval, but I was welcomed with open arms. I was given a tour, financial information, & made to feel this would be the perfect place for us. I like the fact that Country House is flexible. Being able to utilize short term stays will help my husband become comfortable with his surroundings.

The facility is well run and has some very nice features, though you can tell the staff are very busy. I would like some more regular updates from the staff regarding my family member, but if I reach out first then they are very responsive.

When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a smile and attention. [name removed] was a fantastic and informative director (tour guide) and provided all the information I needed for the initial visit. [name removed] follow up has been fantastic and his offer to be flexible given the situation with my mom was refreshing.

Alot of awes,wows came from our mouth. The place is beyond of our expectations. This place felt warm throughout our tour, different scenery , we. Felt at home, knowing there are places for our loves and at a. month to month ,ease our mind. Thank you so very much for allowing us to tour your home.

Recommendation. Willingness to bring in new client. General location. These are the main reasons we chose CountryHouse Kearney. Respectful treatment. Our plan keeps us informed.
