The staff and directors have gone above and beyond with the transition of my dad to this facility. The residents are always friendly and they have adequate activities to keep them entertained daily. I feel relieved knowing he is in good hands everyday.

Moving to The Terraces was the best decision I could ever make for my dad with his Alzheimer's disease. The staff are kind, empathetic, caring, attentive, responsive, helpful, thoughtful, actively involved daily with the residence, supportive, and innovative in their approach to daily activities and living with memory care issues. Elizabeth runs their daily activities and she has gotten my dad from gazing mindlessly in a chair all day, to dancing, tapping his fingers and feet while listening to music, he's now participating in table-top activities, he's engaged, alive, and has made a complete 180 degree positive change in alllllll his behavior and interactions. Their targeted programs really bring out the best in each resident, and it brings great comfort to the families knowing that they are truly in a hands of individuals who are experts in dealing with memory care issues. My wife suffers from alzheimer's disease and after many months of being her caretaker my health was beginning to decline. I investigated several memory care facilities and finally found the perfect place for her -- Serra Sol in San Juan Capistrano. The staff is very well trained both for compassionate care as well as the proper psychology needed to care for those with dementia. My wife found it difficult to adjust leaving home, but the experienced staff worked with her and now she is very happy living there. Great food, great staff, and a very pleasant facility!

CountryHouse at Elkhorn looks like a country club and doesn't smell like a typical care center. Like the courtyard and activities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My mom was previously a resident at CountryHouse Lincoln 3 and the experience was great. I felt like all was wonderful there. My mom was safe and well liked. They interacted with her in a positive way every time that I was there. They always communicated her needs or any issues like illness or falls.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sunol Creek Memory care and the overall experience was great. The staff and care services were great. The cleanliness and friendliness was also great. The meals and activities were good. I would recommend Sunol Creek to others.

I moved my 83 year old mother to Sate Mountain two months ago. She and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The facility is beautiful, the staff care, and my Mom feels safe and lucky to be there. I am so relieved and pleasantly impressed so far.

I truly believe that if we hadn't found Country House for my mom, she wouldn't be with us anymore. The prior facility she was living in didn't give her the attention and care she needed and I honestly believe she was given up. Her attitude and her overall daily function has shown a complete 360* turnaround in what she showed before. I can't express enough how appreciative we are to everyone at Country House.

My sister moved into Kingston Bay two months ago. She is enjoying meeting new people and making friends. Kingston Bay provides many opportunities to get together with neighbors and share new experiences. They have provided a safe place for my aging sister. Staff has a wonderful repor with residents and always greets visitors with a smile. They assisted with the logistics of moving in. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The facility looks clean. The staff there are friendly and doing their best to attend to the residents' needs. The move-in process was quite easy and smooth. I can't comment on quality of the meals as I have not tasted any myself. I would, in general, recommend this place to others.

It is a newer place and quiet location and I am still learning, amazed all the activities they for the my mom and family activities. The facility has easy access from highway 99.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how the staff at Kingston Bay has rolled the red carpet out in getting my mom placed. They went over and above of making sure she would be comfortable and happy in her new home. My mother can’t believe how friendly the staff is and that everyone knows her name. I would not put my mom in a place where I wouldn’t live. This place exceeded my expectations as well as her’s. Thank you to the staff at Kingston Bay.

Sage is in my community where I live. I've heard a lot of negative things said about this place especially during the pandemic. They have new owners now and we have been very pleased so far especially with the good people that work there. It is a beautiful facility atop a mountain over looking the Conejo Valley. Food is good and activities are good too.

My dad is a resident at Astoria at Oakdale and they are perfect! The staff are all very friendly and they have been helpful with anything that my dad has needed. I would choose Astoria if I needed a place to go! I would definitely recommend Astoria at Oakdale to others looking for Assisted Living for their loved ones.

The services they offered and the team work together with me in sharing the goals to assist in the care these elderly needed. To improve and help maintain their independence, welcoming holistic and or natural approaches if possible. The staff always look for ways to "spark" their brains to awake or remind them what they can do or could do. We also like they have OT/Pt on site and available.

I have to say I give everything a 5 so far. I am extremely pleased with them and the only issue is they need to hire a driver to take the residents places since their old one quit. Based on the experience we have had so far with Sage Mountain Senior Living, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

It was all very positive. The staff from top to bottom were very helpful. I will recommend it to family and friends who might need these services. In fact, I have a father-in-law who may need them in the future. We picked this community because of the quiet location, nice room, and fair price. Also, they had an on site medical through Pine Park Health, it was close to my home, good food, and friendly staff.

We toured CountryHouse Cedar Rapids when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. They were super nice at this facility! The facility is new and super clean. It has nice rooms. This facility is beautiful! We were impressed.

The staff members at the community are super friendly and the residents love them. When it comes to the meals, I have eaten several meals on the assisted-living side and it was very good cleaned my plates. The activities for memory care are outstanding. They have something going on all the time. Flower arranging pet therapy, karaoke exercise, Zumba I love particularly that they load the patience in the bus most weekdays at 3 PM and take them sightseeing. They just drive around sometimes to see the lakes the mountains, the parks, and most recently, Kearney mansion. I visited probably 10 memory care facilities, and chose this Kingston Bay as the highest rated by me. I recommend it.
