Caring staff, fun activities, nice apartments, safe place for my loved one.

My husband was here for a year. We couldn't have picked a better place for him. The staff was wonderful and took such good care of him.

My mother moved into CountryHouse from a lifetime lived in Kansas City. After a few months transition she is more content, relaxed, and sincerely happy then she has been in several years. The weekly opportunities to get outside and participate in variety of activities has simulated her emotionally and new and healthy ways. I love CountryHouse

My wife had participated in the Day-stay program prior to becoming a full-time resident. Both of us were treated with respect, kindness, and love, throughout our entire association with this organization. Management and staff members were always available to listen to and address any of our questions, comments, and concerns. I give this facility and program a solid five star review.

The community is very close to us which is huge for visiting and anytime we have questions no matter what it is regarding they are always responsive. Serra Sol does not look or feel like a memory care center - there are no odors and it just feels very welcoming. We have already recommend this community to other families and we most definitely will continue to do so.

Last summer, [date removed], I found CountryHouse while looking for respite care. I moved my husband in for a 2 week stay. His huge smiles in pictures, videos of him singing/dancing, and online reports with activity details all made it painfully clear that the love of my life had a more active life at CH. At home he sat, watching NASA all day while I worked. It had become dangerous as well. So he became a resident. The kindness and compassion from the staff as he declines has been so heartwarming. During some of the COVID months, they set up ZOOM to maintain contact with our loved ones. What I thought was perfect has since been elevated with the new executive director; the new senior consultant, and the new RN. The activities and service coordinators are amazing. The Chef spoils them with freshly made cuisine and delicious desserts. He even has cooking sessions with the residents. CH Coffee Chats, Support Group, and extra activities help us process and try to understand this tragic disease.

The Country House is the perfect place for my mom. The staff is wonderful. You can tell they truly care about her. Thank you very much!

In an excellent facility with many excellent staff! Our loved one gets wonderful care.

Our Dad has lived at this wonderful community for 1 year. They provide outstanding, individualized care. We feel comfortable knowing our dad is entrusted to their caring hands. There is a sign posted in the community that is a place where friends become family and this is evident with our experience.

They do a very good with my loved ones care. They keep him very busy with activities. It seems like they have a good variety of meals served. It is expensive but totally worth it for what they provide. I would definitely recommend CountryHouse Residents for those looking for memory care for their loved ones.

I thought CountryHouse Residence was very nice. The facility was very clean and had really cheerful lighting. It was a good atmosphere for a first impression. But it was too expensive.

The staff at Sage Glendale are super friendly and they offer great amenities for the residents. The common areas are also very beautiful.

TreVista is a place you can trust your love ones with. Staff and care services are friendly.

They have very good socialization opportunities. The staff did a great job getting her out of her room for the activities.

I have a family member who has been a resident of Country House, Granite Bay for over 2 years now. Several months ago, my daughter & I made the decision to relocate our family member to a smaller Board and Care facility. We felt that our loved one would receive more one on one care and stimulation. This was about the same time that the facility welcomed [name removed] as the new Director and [name removed] as the RN, a real RN! The positive change and effect that these two individuals brought to the residents and the care staff have been astounding! I have seen smiles on residents' faces that I had never seen before and the energy and fun that [name removed] and [name removed] radiate comes so naturally to both of them. Needless to say, we changed our mind about moving our family member and have not regretted it. I highly recommend Country House, Granite Bay to anyone who is facing the decision of where they should place a loved one for Memory Care. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed] for keeping it real!

My loved one is thriving here. My loved one was able to blend right in with the other residents. The communication with the staff has been okay. Medication management, bathing, and hygiene assistance is some of the care the community is able to provide.

This was good, it was more expensive than the other communities that I have seen. The communication with the communities was well and went great.

When it came time to make the excruciating decision to place mom in a memory care facility my 5 siblings and I were incredibly stressed about where to place our beloved mother. Thank God we found CountryHouse!! I had spent several decades in a career that took me into many nursing care facilities including memory care facilities. I was very skeptical of being able to find a place that would be "good enough" for mom. CountryHouse cured my skepticism and they proved to be the most caring home and staff that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I cannot say enough for the way they cared for not only our mother but it was readily apparent that all residents were cared for incredibly well. The activities and interactions I know added a great deal of happy time to my mothers life! The best led and managed home I have seen!!! Thank You CountryHouse staff!!!!

They just hired a new activities director and they actually had a prom last week. This was the best decision I ever made to move my mother closer to be right here near me at Country House. They have activities like decorations for all of the holidays and celebrations. My mother is out cooking, bowling, cutting fruit and more to stay busy in the community. This community is fantastic they take them outside in the patio area on nice days and the residents love this. They also have a shuttle bus that takes the residents on drives every afternoon if they want to go and they just love to be out.
