My dad has been here for over a year. When COVID happened they didn’t get it until January and worked hard to Keep it out. Everywhere had COVID. It is a pandemic. I thank the care staff who do their best to care for my dad and make sure he is safe. They’ve had management turnover but the heart of the community is their staff. I read the other reviews and felt like I had to say how wonderful the staff are. This isn’t an easy time and they are doing their best. Thank you Sage Mountain staff.

We really liked Astoria at Oakdale. The lady I was speaking with was very nice and sent me a lot of information about the facility by email. She was great with her follow up. We did not choose them just because it was more expensive and the location was further than what we would have liked.

Overall the community is great. The staff is very good, kind, and friendly. They offer transportation to shopping and dr. appointments. The medical staff is good and medication management. Communication is good and they take care of any issues. I recommend this community to others.

I want to thank all the wonderful staff (especially [names removed]) for all the care taken to make for very smooth transition for my mom's move-in to Sage Mountain. Sage Mtn is a beautifully kept property, wonderful setting, peaceful, and very calming. This was my mom's favorite choice after visiting other AL locations in the area. She felt the good energy and, after 4 days of living there, she is very happy and, I am VERY happy too !!

We chose CountryHouse Kearney because we wanted somewhere close to North Platte that could handle dementia residents. I know that she is satisfied with her care here and that is all that matters to me. I would recommend them.

We chose Astoria Gardens because of the activities that they provided. We visited a lot of places and people were sitting in their rooms. When we visited this facility, people were in common rooms, eating meals together, doing crafts so there was much more activity. They have been great with communication, they call and text. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of them at the front desk, but I do have the directors cell so that has been helpful. For the residents, the ease of getting around here is nice. It is a giant circle so memory care residents cannot get lost. They also have a lot of different areas outside and rooms they can go to. I would recommend. They are allowing weekly visits right now so that has been nice as well.

As far as I know it is a good place if you need those services. Our experience was prior to COVID, and we were able to see our loved one.

They were absolutely great here at Astoria at Oakdale. The staff members here went above and beyond for their residents. We had looked at another facility and they referred us to this one due to covid and it worked out perfectly. It is a nice a small community and they have 3 nurses to 1 resident, so ratios are great. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

We were quite happy with the community, and the cleanliness of the place was excellent. The meals we were able to eat there were pretty good, and the activities were appropriate there was always something going on. While our loved one was passing, the staff members were there with us and they were very sympathetic and understanding. They were more than capable dealing with the multiple personalities of all the residents, they were so gentle and kind.

New community with a beautiful view (at the top of a hill). They addressed my concerns about brush fires and evacuation protocol very well. I think residents are very safe in this facility. Seem to have an excellent care system, activities and dining menu. The few residents I saw seem very happy.

From our understanding they have had no positive cases of COVID. When we were able visit and eat their with our loved the meals and dining services was very good. We would absolutely recommend this community to others.

We chose Kingstson Bay because we liked the location as well as what it looked like. During the tour we thought it was very clean and they worked with us on the price. He was in a private room with a shared bathroom and it was very spacious. We ate here a few times before COVID and the food was really, really good. They were fresh meals and plated very nicely. I would absolutely recommend.

The size of the rooms this community offered really stood out to us as well as the people there. It felt like home. We were able to eat some meals with our loved one before COVID and we thought they had a good menu, and the residents has different options to choose from.

We chose the Kensington Senior Living at Cumberland because my dad is from this area and he had always said he wanted to go to a facility close by. After looking at some close to where I live, this was a far better situation. The room sizes here were very nice. The food here was also very good, they were good, home cooked meals. He absolutely loved it. My favorite part about the community was that they were all very friendly, it was like a big family. They got great care and attention. I would recommend to anybody.

The community is always clean and well kept. They are making sure to keep all the residents safe from the Covid-19 pandemic and have done a good job protecting everyone. Given the situation with the pandemic and community lock down, they do have activities available for the residents to participate in that are at a safe distance.

I am a hospice nurse and I am impressed with the compassion and clinical expertise exhibited by all staff at this facility. I love to collaborate with all staff members, as everyone has the patient's/residents' best interest in mind. I recommend this facility highly.

Really enjoyed speaking with [name removed]. The residence sounds very nice, and [name removed] is very caring.

It's wonderful! We toured many places and this was the best hands down. My mom has been here 5+ years and its always pleasant to visit her. Activities, music, games - she is very happy. Also yummy food and it smells nice, kind of looks like a high end resort.

Caring, attentive, and aware of Dad's needs both physically and emotionally. Excellent facility.

Nice place. Super accommodating. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Met a few residents who were inviting us to come join them. (First time tour)
