The food was good the care was better my mom didn't want to get out of her room, so one of the nurses was having a cups of coffee with her in the morning that was nice of her, it's a very nice place. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Everything was great . Staff is so caring and compassionate.

My loved one has been at this place for over a year now. It’s always clean, the staff are always friendly, management is always available! I visit often the people there are happy and well cared for. Thank you all for the care and love you have shown my father! You are all appreciated!

My loved one has been here for over a year now . I recently came to visit. I live out of town, my loved one room was kept very nice The facility very clean and smelled wonderful. All the staff are very friendly. I met all of the managers and some of the people taking care of my loved one all nice people. Great place!!

Staff/care was good for the most part. Activities were good. Our Dad was on a liquid diet, but the staff in the kitchen worked with Dad & us to make sure he ate as well as he could. Facility was pretty clean & size of our Dad's suite was great, especially to accommodate our family members at the last of Dad's life.

We like the quality of their staff but they could improve on bingo and other games to play. Based on the experience we have had we would recommend The Heritage at Twin Creeks to other families.

Very friendly, caring employees...a better understanding of what responsibilities are designated to what employees...sometimes 'the ball is dropped' in regards to who's responsible it is. There needs to be a more advanced training of aides...when new aides are hired, they are not informed/trained in the the individual needs of a resident. My husband was sent invoices for bills due that he never received. A piece of mail was given to me in regards to a bill due that was already delinquent...I changed the address from the facility to my home to alleviate any past due notice to my husband. Still working on getting a hospital bed for my husband that was initiated April 3 & was sent on April 10 by KHS by their nurse practitioner. No results so far.

[Name removed] has been great from the very beginning. She has been very helpful. And everyone else there has also been so nice and inviting.

The staff was very friendly, very informative on what's happening. They paid a lot of attention to my mom because she didn't want to leave the room. So a nurses would talked her into coming out having a cup of coffee with her. My mom did not complain about the food. It's a nice and clean place. They have a lot of activities happening month. Great location to right by the hospital

Management here really knows how to run a care facility.

I suppose I would give it a five due to what the staff has to deal with daily. Being a caregiver is a very difficult job, especially if your loved one has dementia or Alzheimer's. I know this because I alone took care of my mother 24/7 for over five years through the VA caregiver. The experience chewed me up and left me physically and mentally broken.

The Heritage is so amazing! [name removed] the Director is so caring and always available. The staff work hard to care for their patients.

Parkside is a very clean place it's less than 10 years old, the staff at the front desk when you first walk in very friendly people very easy to talk to. They understand what you're going through, the staff that takes care of the patience are very nice to you, they tell you what they're doing for your mother or father, my mother didn't leave her room staff members had to bribe her to get out of her room with a cup of coffee. very nice people excellent place and affordable.

5 for all. Not sure about the food. I think seeing her in videos during activities on Facebook and that we can come see her whenever and we would recommend The Ivy of McKinney to other families based on the experience

It's been a five considering how difficult it is to taking care of memory issue patients. I was a caregiver for 4 1/2 years 24/7 with no help. I'll be honest about how I don't like how my mothers personal property (shoes, hats, some clothes have disappeared) I know with Alzheimer's the ward will want to carry around personal property and probably just leave it laying around and others will grab it and take to their rooms. I don't think her room is being straightened up like it should be but I know it's hard to do all the time. I am very happy with all of the staff. Food looks great and my mom seems to enjoy it.

Very comfortable and inviting atmosphere... with excellent nursing care. My mother stayed at this facility while on hospice. We were able to bring in furniture and hang her things on the walls to make her feel at home. The nursing staff was patient and kind while dealing with different personalities within our immediate family and that alone was very appreciated. The NP/DON was often there late in the day and was never too busy to talk to family. They all worked well with the Amedisys Hospice team to help provide comfort to my mom during her final days. Thank you to everyone! Please disregard the review from [name removed] I am the youngest daughter of [name removed] and a registered nurse in a skilled facility. I'm very aware of what a bad environment and bad nursing care looks like and this was never evident during my mother's stay.

What we like the most about The Heritage is the attentive care provider help staff and involved Management. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Needed to move close to family in Tri-cities from Wisconsin and maintain independence. Asbury Place provides excellent independent facilities with extensive services that will cater to the remaining aging services that I may need over the next few years. Having not been in this situation before, the most rewarding experience that I had not anticipated are the extensive activities, including activities I had not been involved in previously (physical, educational, motivational, spiritual, entertaining). This has also led to many new friendships with common interests at this stage of life. And I’m now close to my family that is a real bonus for a person living on my own but in a “common interest family”. The service, attitude and encouragement from the dedicated and well trained staff has been far beyond my expectations. I am in my home away from home that is now my home. And I live positively every day and continue to learn more every day.

Moved here a little over a year and half ago. One of our best decisions, the staff is very professional and efficient. The activities are varied and you can be involved as much as you would like. We live in one of the Villas and it is very comfortable winter and summer. We have lovely views of the mountains and the surrounding area. Recommend Asbury Place highly.

Having recently moved to Asbury, I am so pleased. [name removed] was so helpful from the beginning. The staff are friendly and caring. There are enough activities to keep you busy. [name removed] is great. Everything is clean , and well taken care of. [name removed] is a good director. [name removed] does a great job taking care of maintenance. I am glad that I moved here.
