I have spent most of my days at The Heritage at Twin Creeks. From what I can tell I love it.

I like everything about this community. I believe my family and friends live here.

He would like/tell his family and friends to live here. Very friendly.

I felt like i should have went with this community due to the better rating at this community. I was for sure more interested in this community however, there was something about the other community that made me want to go with them instead.

We had a great tour with Parkside Assisted Living and thought it seemed like a wonderful facility to be in. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Love park side everyone is friendly and loving. We know mom is safe and well taken care of.

Staff is very caring. Answer any questions that I might have. All rooms and common areas kept very clean. Very satisfied.

Parkside does a really nice job taking care of my mom. The facility is always clean and welcoming, and the staff is wonderful. Not only do they take care of physical needs, but they take the time to sit down and visit with the residents. They truly care! They have activities designed for residents with memory issues and accommodate them beautifully. Love this place!!

Extremely pleases with the compassionate, individual care provided too out mother. The facility is clean, newer and spacious. Staff is attentive and caring. I can't say enough positive things about this facility.

They're friendly. They're polite. My husband is always nice and clean. When you go into some of these places, it smells and is yucky. That is not the case at Parkside. It is very neat, and I really like it.

We are very pleased with the community. The level of care for my loved one stands out to me. Some of the activities available include games and more in memory care. I'm very pleased the community works well with hospice.

Very clean and home like setting! Love seeing management and caregivers going above and beyond to see that loved ones are cared for! Meals are prepared and dining is “at home” setting . Room and facility is great home setting! Activities are very involved has residents always smiling and motivated ! They soon adding restorative so excited to see it grow and offer so much to residents 5++ stars

It is a good place. I am real satisfied. The people are caring. If the staff don't have an answer to your question, they will find one for you. The food is good for my loved one.

I have been very happy with The Addington and the care they have provided. The personal care they give to their residents is outstanding. They are hands on with their care. The staff respond quickly to the family with any concerns or questions you may have.

I like the community. The people were nice. Good for an older person. The layout was nice with nice sized rooms.

The community is taking great care of my loved one and made sure we were able to communicate with her. The community is neat and clean and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The staff at Parkside are very pleasant to be around, they actually interact with the residents and you can tell that they truly care. My mother is getting much better care here than she was at her previous facility. The staff members are all extremely friendly even down to the maintenance man. I would recommend them to others who are looking.
