This is a wonderful place for my mother. She has late stage dementia. They take really good care of her. The staff is friendly and caring. The food is good, the apartments are nice and the overall feeling of the facility is calm and peaceful. I especially like that the faculty has security codes to get in and out. I highly recommend Sommerset.

Villagio is a greal place with terrific staff!

We recently moved our mom into The Ivy of McKinney and could not be happier. The staff is wonderful-very caring and professional. The apartments are very comfortable and accommodating. Everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. Our mom loves it and she is a hard sell! We now have peace of mind!

I always have a great experience at The Ivy. The environment has a fantastic vibe. The staff is amazing. They keep the residents busy with many brain stimulating activities. [Removed] are the queens of customer service.

Very friendly and pro-active staff. Beautiful community on one floor. Mom can garden from her wheelchair. Larger rooms, but not extremely expensive. Laundry done by staff or residents. Wi-if throughout building. Patch units in rooms, but could have shelf unit put over top.

Villagio staff really cares about the residents. Really a nice place with great staff, food and activities.

Came to tour this facility on the weekend and when i first walked in the activity director was doing an activity in the lobby and it looked like everyone was having fun, especially her. I immediately felt at ease and I hated to interrupt the activity but she was just finishing up and seemed excited to tour us and made us feel welcome. Place is a little older than some I've seen but had a feel like home not like a lot of the others that feel like hotels, nice common areas and nice grounds. Rooms are nice and have washers & dryers. I was looking for my mom who really isn't ready to move, but if she was, this place would be on my list. Just felt comfortable and inviting.

This is home to me. A loving place to be. I believe most people know my name and I know most everyone's name, residents and staff. There is plenty to do and enjoy here, good food and entertainment. A place where you are cared about and you know it.

My mother had a lovely respite stay experience here in this community. She thought she was on vacation. I did feel comfortable with her staying at this community while we were away. I know she was safe, and in good hands. The staff took good care her, and her needs. Everything went very well, and I would recommend this community.

We toured this community for care. The staff are very nice and were able to answer the questions that we had. The offer healthy meals. The community is beautiful inside and out. They do offer a good range of activities. Families might consider this community for the care of a loved one.

I like this community for my father. The staff is outstanding and very helpful in every way. We like the food is appealing. and he happy with meals. They do not participate in the activities, but they are offered to those who want to join in. We like the cleanliness and atmosphere. We would recommend the care and the value.

I highly recommend this community because of the staff. They are wonderful, they take very good care of my mother, make sure she eats, and make her feel at home. This place has been a very good fit for her. I can not say enough good things about them. The place as well as her room are very clean. The food is excellent. They have parties all of the time right now for the holidays. In her apartment, she has enough space. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower that she really likes. Overall, it's a great place!

Very Nice facility, and knowledgeable Director of Sales & marketing. Current Staff is caring and warm. Will be scheduling a second visit to evaluate room size and Monthly rent and fee schedules in comparison of other local facilities and services.

I do not interact with the staff much, however I do feel comfortable going to them if I need any assistance with anything. The food is good and they do have some different choices available. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer daily activities and trips out.

I am really pleased with the community for trying to make it right for us. It has been difficult with the change and the staff are willing to make it a pleasant experience for my dad and the family. I like that he is able to get one on one care because there is not a lot residents. The place is brand new and they keep everything clean. My dad has tried some activities and they are working on getting more available in the memory care. He is eating well with the help of staff who monitor his eating habits and he gets variety to choose from. I would recommend them!

We toured this community and the main reason we did not choose this place for my dad is that they only had 2 bedrooms available. The first one was a one bedroom that faced the street and the other was a small 2 bedroom that did not look like it would house his furniture. The staff during the tour were great. The setup was nice and they even have a bar and offered a happy hour.

Things are going fine. Everyone has been very helpful. We go to visit my Dad regularly. We are also getting attached to the other residents here. The facility is really clean and they are doing a great job.

We really appreciate their friendliness and their ability to get my loved one involved in social activities and the care they are taking of her. The staff at Orchard Park are more like a family than caretakers. We are very blessed and excited to have found this awesome facility!
