Extremely pleases with the compassionate, individual care provided too out mother. The facility is clean, newer and spacious. Staff is attentive and caring. I can't say enough positive things about this facility.

They're friendly. They're polite. My husband is always nice and clean. When you go into some of these places, it smells and is yucky. That is not the case at Parkside. It is very neat, and I really like it.

We are very pleased with the community. The level of care for my loved one stands out to me. Some of the activities available include games and more in memory care. I'm very pleased the community works well with hospice.

Very clean and home like setting! Love seeing management and caregivers going above and beyond to see that loved ones are cared for! Meals are prepared and dining is “at home” setting . Room and facility is great home setting! Activities are very involved has residents always smiling and motivated ! It is a good place. I am real satisfied. The people are caring. If the staff don't have an answer to your question, they will find one for you. The food is good for my loved one.

I have been very happy with The Addington and the care they have provided. The personal care they give to their residents is outstanding. They are hands on with their care. The staff respond quickly to the family with any concerns or questions you may have.

I like the community. The people were nice. Good for an older person. The layout was nice with nice sized rooms.

The staff at Parkside are very pleasant to be around, they actually interact with the residents and you can tell that they truly care. My mother is getting much better care here than she was at her previous facility. The staff members are all extremely friendly even down to the maintenance man. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The staff was great and they check our loved on 24 hours a day. Communication was great between the staff and our family. They would always contact us before we contacted them and the value we felt was better than other communities. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience and already have

Our loved one enjoys life in Addington Place of Clear Lake. They cooperate with staff. They appear to feel at home and safe. Staff all seem to be constantly aware of how to best care for this Memory Care patient. The staff develop a sense of community and family. Have been helping this resident with special needs and obtaining the medical care our family member needs. The food is delicious and thoughtfully served in appropriate dishware to make dining a pleasant experience for our family member. The staff reach out to learn about the resident and always seem to promote engagement.

Thankfully someone recommended Sommerset to my brother and I when we realized our dad needed assisted living. We visited a few facilities and frankly it was scary. However, [name removed] was so personable and professional she calmed our fears. I am grateful to the staff at Sommerset who took care of our dad. I know it wasn't easy at times. I realize looking back that it was the best place for him. I now would recommend Sommerset to anyone trying to find a new home for their loved one.

I have to say, the employees here are doing a lot right now for the residents. It's a tough time for everyone, but they're doing so much to make everyone comfortable and safe!

Our first impression of Sommerset Neighborhood was that everyone there was very friendly towards us, and the community was really clean. From our understanding we believe they offer a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The rooms they provide are nice and we would highly recommend this community.

I’d like to start by stating how grateful we are for all the help, service, love, and sacrifice that you and your staff put forth when it came to my father’s transition to your facility. Of course we would have much preferred for him to be there at The Heritage at Twin Creeks for months or even years…but that was not God’s plan for him. You certainly have thankless responsibilities that are rarely recognized until a family needs your assistance. We understand there must be a balance between the business side of running a profitable organization along with the caring side of wanting to take care of your residents as best as you can. It’s important for me to let you know…never once did I feel like my father nor our family represented just another filled room…and I truly appreciate it!! We are confident that dad is home with our mom, rejoicing with old friends, and waiting anxiously for us to join them when HE calls us home, as well. Maybe too wordy, now…but THANK YOU!!

Very knowledgeable in memory care. Nice that they specialize in this area. Lots of resources available here. Good nutrition and balance of physical and mental/emotional care. Activities to keep patients engaged.
