My parents were in Villagio and they really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful and the food was very good. I don't know why anyone would give a negative review because this place is very well kept and they do everything possible to take care of people during a difficult time in their life.

We have nothing but great things to say about Villagio! The staff has been so helpful. I would highly suggest this place. Perfect location. The food is above & beyond. The coffee bar is an extra bonus for residents.

This facility is large, but very organized and clean. The staff is dressed professionally and clean. They're very friendly. Everything is decorated and nice, no clutter or anything. They provide the residents with a Daily Chronicle newsletter that keeps them informed and also gives them the opportunity to give feedback, if they choose. Their visitor check-in process is very secure and organized. Communication with the family was outstanding during the move in process, also. Overall, I'm pleased with everything here- the facility, staff, meals, activities. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I toured this facility and it was very nice! Everyone was friendly and things were very clean. However, their communication about availability was not good. I put a deposit down on an available room (they said it was fully refundable). The room ended up becoming not available and I'm still trying to get my deposit back.

The care services is excellent. They have plenty of activities. The care, friendliness, and response time has been excellent. My loved one loves the breakfast. We picked this community, because they reached out to me and had avalability for my loved one. I would recommend this community.

cant say enough about the staff, especially RN [name removed], mom has been a resident of parkside going on two years , the personel care brandi has given mom ha s bin comforting knowing she is in confident , caring hands! brandi & the rest of the staff are truely caregiving angles, very professional yet getting personal with each resident making them feel at home , would like too give a huge kuttos too [name removed]and her staff again for all they do, day in and day out!! god bless you ALL, THANK YOU, !!!!

I had a tour of the facility last month and was very impressed with the staff and knowledge I was given. My mother is not ready for memory care at the moment. I will definitely look at moving my mom here when she is ready.

We liked that it was a dedidicated memory care facility vs a independent facility. There focus was just on memory care. The staff were dedicated to that kind of care. We picked this community because of the convience in location, it was reasonably priced. The lead nurse was also, very on top of things-, and is a great communicator.The food was pretty standard, which was like cafeteria food. It would be nice if they had active monitoring in the rooms of the patients, such as cameras for safety purposes.

The staff are amazing! My dad has come a long way since he moved in. He loves the food and fun activities they do. The staff are patient with my dad and communicate well with our family. My children love visiting him and interacting with other Residents.

They are just wonderful. Everyone seems to enjoy their job, and they are not just there for a paycheck. They work really well with the family. My loved loves the breakfast very well. The price is very good. We picked because, the place smelled wonderful, the residents were sitting in an open area, and seemed to be enjoying themselves/interacting with each other. It reminded me of a big family. They want you to know what's going, to see what's going on and feel invlolved. I would recommend this place.

Right away we really liked the quality of the facility and everything they have to offer, but our biggest frustration and complaint would be with their billing and accounting process to the point where we would move our loved one out.

We really like that our loved one and come and go anytime she pleases, there are no time constraints which is great. The management there listens to everything we have to say and is very receptive - they try their best to be as accommodating as possible. They have a ton of great activities for the residents to do and based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend The Heritage of Clearlake to other families.

My husband has been there over a year and a half, and they have not let us down. If you think there's anything that needs attention, they've already solved it before you can even come to them about it. They are just fabulous. They have him talking in sentences, which amazes me. He was not anywhere close to doing that before he got there. When he left the hospital before arriving at The Heritage, I didn't think he would live through the week. To my surprise and delight, he is still alive and kicking and just so happy. He gives me hugs and kisses, and I still get to hear him laugh. He loves their food. The entertainment director has such heart and does everything she can for the residents. [name removed] is so compassionate. The new nurse is wonderful. The med tech [name removed] told me today that he's standing to transfer, which again he wasn't doing. He has a good life there, and he deserves it. They work well in conjunction with hospice care. I'm grateful that I'm able to afford The Heritage due to our hard work and savings. They are just terrific.

I have a dear brother in need of care and Parkside has become home to him. He is helped when he needs it and left to himself when he likes to have peace and quiet. The administration, staff, and all the "helpers" have been so kind, warm, and gracious to us on our three day visit. We really appreciate the attention to detail that Parkside gives: cleanliness, kindness, readiness to help, and friendliness. And, we had a delicious meal with my brother. It was evident to us that A Place for Mom had found just the right spot for my family member.

[Name removed] and [Name removed]were wonderful to work with with and they really cared for my loved one. The staff were able to get my loved one to eat, when the family wasn't able to get our loved one to eat, and this was really great. We had no problems with the staff. The community was clean, and they were compliant with the CDC guidelines for COVID. The community is very secure for memory care. I was very pleased with our experience. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We had a very nice tour experience with Parkside. The reason we did not choose this facility was because to us it felt too institutional and sterile. Also they were in the middle of pricing changes and they were unable to tell us the rate that we would be paying.

Our experience has been great with Sommerset. We were at another community prior to this, and Sommerset is night and day better than the previous community. The staff communication with the family has been wonderful. They will call the family if something comes up with our loved one that it might be concerning. The staff are very attentive to my loved one's needs and they have gotten to know the individual needs of my loved one, as well. The community has been able to provide medication management, dressing, hygiene, and housekeeping as some of the care they provide. My loved one seems to enjoy the meals provided. They are able to provide three meals a day to the residents in the dining room. They are willing to work with dietary restrictions for the resident, as well.

The Heritage at Twin Creeks is a very nice facility. We found that there were not as many residents out and about and it did not seem as active as another we were looking at. There are also no washer and dryer in the apartments.

We chose The Ivy at McKinney because the food served is more like my moms home cooking and she fit in well with the crowd here. The value for the money is excellent especially for everything we get. Every apartment has their own washer and dryer which has been a big plus and the staff will come help her with laundry when needed. It is more like apartment style living, they offer more independence if you want it but also have care available. The atmosphere is very friendly especially the residents, it is more middle class and there are always people out and about. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.
