The staff are amazing! My dad has come a long way since he moved in. He loves the food and fun activities they do. The staff are patient with my dad and communicate well with our family. My children love visiting him and interacting with other Residents.

They are just wonderful. Everyone seems to enjoy their job, and they are not just there for a paycheck. They work really well with the family. My loved loves the breakfast very well. The price is very good. We picked because, the place smelled wonderful, the residents were sitting in an open area, and seemed to be enjoying themselves/interacting with each other. It reminded me of a big family. They want you to know what's going, to see what's going on and feel invlolved. I would recommend this place.

Right away we really liked the quality of the facility and everything they have to offer, but our biggest frustration and complaint would be with their billing and accounting process to the point where we would move our loved one out.

We really like that our loved one and come and go anytime she pleases, there are no time constraints which is great. The management there listens to everything we have to say and is very receptive - they try their best to be as accommodating as possible. They have a ton of great activities for the residents to do and based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend The Heritage of Clearlake to other families.

My husband has been there over a year and a half, and they have not let us down. If you think there's anything that needs attention, they've already solved it before you can even come to them about it. They are just fabulous. They have him talking in sentences, which amazes me. He was not anywhere close to doing that before he got there. When he left the hospital before arriving at The Heritage, I didn't think he would live through the week. To my surprise and delight, he is still alive and kicking and just so happy. He gives me hugs and kisses, and I still get to hear him laugh. He loves their food. The entertainment director has such heart and does everything she can for the residents. [name removed] is so compassionate. The new nurse is wonderful. The med tech [name removed] told me today that he's standing to transfer, which again he wasn't doing. He has a good life there, and he deserves it. They work well in conjunction with hospice care. I'm grateful that I'm able to afford The Heritage due to our hard work and savings. They are just terrific.

I have a dear brother in need of care and Parkside has become home to him. He is helped when he needs it and left to himself when he likes to have peace and quiet. The administration, staff, and all the "helpers" have been so kind, warm, and gracious to us on our three day visit. We really appreciate the attention to detail that Parkside gives: cleanliness, kindness, readiness to help, and friendliness. And, we had a delicious meal with my brother. It was evident to us that A Place for Mom had found just the right spot for my family member.

[Name removed] and [Name removed]were wonderful to work with with and they really cared for my loved one. The staff were able to get my loved one to eat, when the family wasn't able to get our loved one to eat, and this was really great. We had no problems with the staff. The community was clean, and they were compliant with the CDC guidelines for COVID. The community is very secure for memory care. I was very pleased with our experience. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We had a very nice tour experience with Parkside. The reason we did not choose this facility was because to us it felt too institutional and sterile. Also they were in the middle of pricing changes and they were unable to tell us the rate that we would be paying.

Our experience has been great with Sommerset. We were at another community prior to this, and Sommerset is night and day better than the previous community. The staff communication with the family has been wonderful. They will call the family if something comes up with our loved one that it might be concerning. The staff are very attentive to my loved one's needs and they have gotten to know the individual needs of my loved one, as well. The community has been able to provide medication management, dressing, hygiene, and housekeeping as some of the care they provide. My loved one seems to enjoy the meals provided. They are able to provide three meals a day to the residents in the dining room. They are willing to work with dietary restrictions for the resident, as well.

The Heritage at Twin Creeks is a very nice facility. We found that there were not as many residents out and about and it did not seem as active as another we were looking at. There are also no washer and dryer in the apartments.

We chose The Ivy at McKinney because the food served is more like my moms home cooking and she fit in well with the crowd here. The value for the money is excellent especially for everything we get. Every apartment has their own washer and dryer which has been a big plus and the staff will come help her with laundry when needed. It is more like apartment style living, they offer more independence if you want it but also have care available. The atmosphere is very friendly especially the residents, it is more middle class and there are always people out and about. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

Parkside is a very clean place. They provide good care and were very responsive to my mother's needs. There is ample room in the residents' rooms, and the bathrooms are large. The facility is about 4 years old and pretty modern. Really the only problem I had was with billing. They kept trying to bill us at a higher price than our original contract. But the cost itself is reasonable, and the location is good.

We have had a good experience so far, our loved one really seems to be doing very well here. We chose The Heritage because of all the activities they offer. On Tuesday's they have grocery days, on Friday's they go out to lunch at different spots. They have different outings all throughout the weeks. The staff are very accommodating and if our loved one is really needed to go to the store one day, they will take her there. We appreciate that they go get our loved one for activities since sometimes she may forget. They are very communicative with our family and send us pictures all the time. Our loved one also says the food is great.

It's amazing how many of the staff who are currently working there have been there for 5-10 years, including the management, some of which have been there for 10-20 years. I think they're very attentive with my loved one's care. Immediately as soon I text or call, they get back with me. They're with it and take care of business. And the facility has always been clean whenever I go in to visit.

I think that the staff work really hard at this community and that it is a good environment. They work really hard to make the care individual for each resident and their needs. The meals are great and the chef is very accommodating to the residents and their needs. This is a place I would put my loved one.

I believe this is one of the best communities in the area. One of the reasons I picked this place is that the residents were talking, laughing, and enjoying themselves. The staff are great to work with. Anything the family needs they are willing to assist the family and residents. There is an hourly listing of activities for the residents to choose from. There are some activities that the residents will sign up for and others they can just show up for. The memory care activities are able to keep the residents actively engaged. There is a monthly family night, and there is a newsletter sent to family. There is transportation for the residents to use for field trips.

I have been here since [date removed]. The people that work here knew my name from day one. Everywhere you look going down the hallway you see interesting things to look at. Everything is always very clean. I have been on the bus many times and everything is very busy. My son wanted me to come. He has lived for 50 years nearby.

The Heritage at Twin Creeks is a great place for seniors. The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring the comfort and respect that the residents deserve. The building is always clean and there is a lot of activities for residents to engage in. I will 100% recommend this place.
