I thought that Parkside was a great place! I would definitely consider them again if we needed the services.

Very friendly staff and administration staff. Only complaint would be that it was difficult to check on mom after hours without having to bother an administrator. However, they were always willing to help!

Excellent service and very good care.They have a great activities staff. My mom is in memory care and is busier than she has been in 15 yrs. They make an incredible effort to keep everyone active and engaged. My mom loves it.

We have found everyone very helpful and seem to really love what they do. We have zero complaints. All Admin have been there for over 10 years, which makes a big statement. I would highly recommend this facility to others, they have been amazing!

I love the care both my dad and mother in law receives at Somerset. They do an excellent job. I chose this place based on recommendations from family members of former residents that our family knows. I never heard a bad word about Somerset from them. I can see why after seeing them in action.

I would say that I wished I would have moved her there sooner. Picked Heritage because it was smaller, the workers were all extremely friendly to everyone and they the manager worked within our budget.

If you are looking for a caring facility for your loved one, I highly recommend this memory care facility. My dad was transferred here because his wife didn’t want him to pass at home. Through the respite care service via Hospice, my dad was moved to this location within 18 hours after coordinating with [name removed], Director of Sales and Marketing. [name removed] was absolutely an angel and a God send. Based on her years of experience, she didn’t think my dad is transitioning after my dad arrived. My dad’s vital signs improved within 24 hours after getting oxygen and antibiotic to treat his aspiration pneumonia. We are keeping my dad at Heritage of Clear Lake because the caring staff and the close location to their home. The cost of staying in this location is comparable to other locations. Come give this facility a consideration.

I would recommend. They aren't quick to up their care level area to make more money. But they still provide all the care the residents deserve. My mom loves it! It's like a family. We picked this community, because of the price, referrals from church families, and the longevity of the staff.

My loved one was a resident at Sommerset Neighborhood Assisted Living and Memory Care. I found this facility to be as good for the money as some of the more expensive facilities in the area. I would recommend this facility to others.

The Heritage was a wonderful experience.The staff were excellent and the facility was so very well maintained. I loved all the activities especially the music. The food was awesome also. I really wish I could have stayed longer, and I am looking forward to my next stay. I highly recommend this place.

We couldn't envision one of us living in residential care. We had no idea they would care so attentively to our cleanliness, medical needs, medications, diet, entertainment, mobility issues, stability, sleep, comfort, strengthening, safety, family relationships, and special adaptations for Memory Care. The residence is beautiful. The meals are delicious and well planned. Our family member always smells like they're ready to go out on the town. They smile a lot.

Every single worker there that we have encountered and deal with treat every single person as if they were apart of a family which makes a big different. All of the employees no matter their position will step in to help - if the Executive Director is walking around and sees a residents needing assistance they will stop immediately and help them out. They have a ton of activities and different games for the residents - there is something going on 5 out of the 7 days. Once a month they have a family night where you can RSVP and be apart of a dinner and activity. You also can come on any regular night, just giving them a heads up so they can set up their separate room for you. We appreciate their accommodation's and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My parents were in Villagio and they really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful and the food was very good. I don't know why anyone would give a negative review because this place is very well kept and they do everything possible to take care of people during a difficult time in their life.

We have nothing but great things to say about Villagio! The staff has been so helpful. I would highly suggest this place. Perfect location. The food is above & beyond. The coffee bar is an extra bonus for residents.

This facility is large, but very organized and clean. The staff is dressed professionally and clean. They're very friendly. Everything is decorated and nice, no clutter or anything. They provide the residents with a Daily Chronicle newsletter that keeps them informed and also gives them the opportunity to give feedback, if they choose. Their visitor check-in process is very secure and organized. Communication with the family was outstanding during the move in process, also. Overall, I'm pleased with everything here- the facility, staff, meals, activities. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I toured this facility and it was very nice! Everyone was friendly and things were very clean. However, their communication about availability was not good. I put a deposit down on an available room (they said it was fully refundable). The room ended up becoming not available and I'm still trying to get my deposit back.

The care services is excellent. They have plenty of activities. The care, friendliness, and response time has been excellent. My loved one loves the breakfast. We picked this community, because they reached out to me and had avalability for my loved one. I would recommend this community.

cant say enough about the staff, especially RN [name removed], mom has been a resident of parkside going on two years , the personel care brandi has given mom ha s bin comforting knowing she is in confident , caring hands! brandi & the rest of the staff are truely caregiving angles, very professional yet getting personal with each resident making them feel at home , would like too give a huge kuttos too [name removed]and her staff again for all they do, day in and day out!! god bless you ALL, THANK YOU, !!!!

I had a tour of the facility last month and was very impressed with the staff and knowledge I was given. My mother is not ready for memory care at the moment. I will definitely look at moving my mom here when she is ready.

We liked that it was a dedidicated memory care facility vs a independent facility. There focus was just on memory care. The staff were dedicated to that kind of care. We picked this community because of the convience in location, it was reasonably priced. The lead nurse was also, very on top of things-, and is a great communicator.The food was pretty standard, which was like cafeteria food. It would be nice if they had active monitoring in the rooms of the patients, such as cameras for safety purposes.
