Staff is doing an excellent job, they seem very skilled and patient with my mom.

We LOVE Autumn Leaves. We had such a hard time finding a place that would accept my Dad because he is further along in his dementia and like at one point we felt we had hit a dead end. But when we got a hold of the folks at Memorial City they immediately were attentive where other facilties in the area wouldn't even call back. We can honestly say we couldn't be happier because everyone there is so kind and making my Dad and us feel so appreciated.

My husband was there for a four day respite stay and they were fine. The staff were good and took care of him. They administered his medications. He seemed to enjoy his stay there. The food was good. The appearance of the community was good and the rooms was fine. It was close to our home, family, and friends. The other residents that lived there seemed happy and pleased.

Hello I took a tour with [name removed] and she was able to show me the community over the internet. Since this whole Covid stuff I had to sit on the patio and tour the community from there. However I was able to meet all the management team and ask lots of questions. They were very kind and helpful I am thinking about moving my mother in their once she gets done with rehab. They even let me sample what the residents had for lunch. It was really good. I met one of the residents who talked to me over the video chat while the tour was going on. I am looking forward to getting to see the inside of the community once it opens. They still have lots of activities going and spend time with the residents. I spent a long time with [name removed]. Even the phone lady was really helpful.

Villagio was a beautiful community. When I toured there was a lot of activities going on. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The lunch smelled wonderful.

[Name removed] has been in Traditions about a year. We are extremely pleased. The food is great. The staff is caring and compassionate. [Name removed] is incredible.

This is a wonderful place for my mother. She has late stage dementia. They take really good care of her. The staff is friendly and caring. The food is good, the apartments are nice and the overall feeling of the facility is calm and peaceful. I especially like that the faculty has security codes to get in and out. I highly recommend Sommerset.

I am guardian for my brother-in-law, and he has lived at Autumn Leaves since July 2016. The family has been extremely pleased with the facility, the staff, the dinenities, the activities, and the care of our family member. The director has gone beyond expectations with he communications with us, with her concern and care. We are delighted with his care and his surroundings.

We recently moved our mom into The Ivy of McKinney and could not be happier. The staff is wonderful-very caring and professional. The apartments are very comfortable and accommodating. Everyone we have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. Our mom loves it and she is a hard sell! We now have peace of mind!

I always have a great experience at The Ivy. The environment has a fantastic vibe. The staff is amazing. They keep the residents busy with many brain stimulating activities. [Removed] are the queens of customer service.

This is a very small community and it is a memory care facility. I like how they keep me well informed of my friend’s health and I feel like they have her best interest in mind. For activities, they offer things like games, movies, and someone also reads the paper too them. The facility itself is very nice and clean. My friend’s room is also very spacious with her own closet. I would recommend this facility to other families.

My Mother-in-law lives here and, so far, it’s been great. The staff is made up of caregivers that are assigned to everyone (I think they have 1 caregiver for every 3 or 4 residents). They always seem to notice where she is and you can tell they pay attention. She seems to love the food and they always provide a great variety. She’s from Honduras and the very first day she was there they made fried plantains. It feels like they really try to cater to the residents a little more than a lot of other places. If the residents have certain likes or dislikes, they tend to go with that instead of just handing them a plate from a set menu. The facility is really clean and doesn’t smell like a nursing home at all. Housekeeping comes by the room to empty the trash every day and does the laundry 3 times a week. This place has been wonderful, I recommend them.

This community is strictly a memory care unit. It isn’t as nice as other places when it comes to amenities and it isn’t in the best part of town. However, we felt comfortable here. The price is better at this facility and the communication is great. If my Father-In-Law cannot get into another place, this is our runner-up. I would recommend other families to tour this facility.

Very friendly and pro-active staff. Beautiful community on one floor. Mom can garden from her wheelchair. Larger rooms, but not extremely expensive. Laundry done by staff or residents. Wi-if throughout building. Patch units in rooms, but could have shelf unit put over top.

Villagio staff really cares about the residents. Really a nice place with great staff, food and activities.

Came to tour this facility on the weekend and when i first walked in the activity director was doing an activity in the lobby and it looked like everyone was having fun, especially her. I immediately felt at ease and I hated to interrupt the activity but she was just finishing up and seemed excited to tour us and made us feel welcome. Place is a little older than some I've seen but had a feel like home not like a lot of the others that feel like hotels, nice common areas and nice grounds. Rooms are nice and have washers & dryers. I was looking for my mom who really isn't ready to move, but if she was, this place would be on my list. Just felt comfortable and inviting.

This is home to me. A loving place to be. I believe most people know my name and I know most everyone's name, residents and staff. There is plenty to do and enjoy here, good food and entertainment. A place where you are cared about and you know it.

Autumn Leaves of Memorial City is a lovely facility. They go out of their way to make our loved one feel a part of the group and community. The facilities are lovely. It is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. It is very clean and it smells fresh and clean. They try to encourage all of the residents to participate. They have a lot of activities that are also therapeutic to fit the needs of the residents. They have numerous nicely landscaped secured courtyards where they have BBQ's and walking paths. They can walk out anytime and enjoy the fresh air. Their security is excellent. We don't worry about them wandering off. There are hotels nearby for the family members who come from out of town to visit within five minutes to Autumn Leaves. We can take him out to nearby parks and restaurants. He has a made a buddy and it's great to see him socialize. His mobility is better, he has lost weight and he looks better than he has in four years, and I think it is because he is getting proper care. It's located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. I also have to say what a wonderful job A Place For Mom did in helping us find a place when no one else would. We were passed from social worker to social worker with no help at all. It was unbelievable all the support and guidance that A Place For Mom provided for us, Thank you!

This place is amazing. Everyone is so happy here. The staff and the clients have a great rapport and are always smiling. What time is lunch?
