I'am very satisfied with my mothers move to this community. She is in great hands, and receiving good care. The staff is great, they are taking very good care of her. and her needs. When I come to visit her the facility, and her room is very well-kept. They do a great job with the cleanliness around the community. They provide excellent meals, and they have plenty of activities available for the residents. I'am pleased with all they have done for our family. This is a community I would 100 % recommend to my family, and friends. The experience is going very well for us here.

We are very happy with the care of this community. The community is always clean and a nice environment. The menu is nice and they have a good variety. My father wants little more spice. The activities are offer for him to participate, but not at this time. We would recommend the care and the value of this nice community for the care of a loved one.

My mother had a lovely respite stay experience here in this community. She thought she was on vacation. I did feel comfortable with her staying at this community while we were away. I know she was safe, and in good hands. The staff took good care her, and her needs. Everything went very well, and I would recommend this community.

My mom is doing fine, she has been living here for many weeks. The staff are doing good with her care and the communication with me. I picked this one because they had memory care and the facility looked good. The residents looked good and the price was good. This was close in distance to my house. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

We toured this community for care. The staff are very nice and were able to answer the questions that we had. The offer healthy meals. The community is beautiful inside and out. They do offer a good range of activities. Families might consider this community for the care of a loved one.

For what these facilities are, this is hands down the best choice in Houston, Texas.

This is the nice community. The community is nice and very clean. He seems to like the meals. This community has been amazing and has everything we have wanted for his care. They do offer a lot of good activities for the residents who want to participate. We highly recommend this care and value to other families.

I like this community for my father. The staff is outstanding and very helpful in every way. We like the food is appealing. and he happy with meals. They do not participate in the activities, but they are offered to those who want to join in. We like the cleanliness and atmosphere. We would recommend the care and the value.

I contacted Senior Advisor and I swear that before I hit "enter," they called me -- I mean it was really almost instantaneously after I submitted the online form. They were very helpful in a time of great stress. They pointed me to 5 different senior homes I could visit that SAME day and find a place for my dad to live. He had suddenly (I mean suddenly) gotten to the point with his Alzheimers that he needed placement soon, plus I was in the process of moving. So, I visited 3 of the 5 and really liked Autumn Leaves in Memorial City in Houston, Tx. We moved him in, a process which took just a few days, maybe a week, and he was settled. Of course then my mom had to go to the hospital via life flight for an aortic aneurysm...wow a lot happened in just a few days! She recovered, and now my dad lives in Autumn Leaves, just a few blocks away from my mom in Eagles Trace. He is in what they call a memory care unit which is what he needed and he is adjusting and doing well. I could NOT have accomplished all of this in such a short time without Senior Advisor's help. Not to mention the staff at Autumn Leaves.

I highly recommend this community because of the staff. They are wonderful, they take very good care of my mother, make sure she eats, and make her feel at home. This place has been a very good fit for her. I can not say enough good things about them. The place as well as her room are very clean. The food is excellent. They have parties all of the time right now for the holidays. In her apartment, she has enough space. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower that she really likes. Overall, it's a great place!

Very Nice facility, and knowledgeable Director of Sales & marketing. Current Staff is caring and warm. Will be scheduling a second visit to evaluate room size and Monthly rent and fee schedules in comparison of other local facilities and services.

We are happy with the care here. The staff is very helpful and patient. The community is clean. The have a great amount of activities that are available. We would recommend this for good care.

I do not interact with the staff much, however I do feel comfortable going to them if I need any assistance with anything. The food is good and they do have some different choices available. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer daily activities and trips out.

My mom has been living there for almost a year and this facility is amazing. The staff care so much as if the residents were their own family. They are all so personable and have been amazing during this difficult transition for our entire family. I highly recommend Autumn Leaves in the Woodlands!

The director went above and beyond in giving us very helpful information of the community during our tour. The bedrooms where big with spacious bathroom. The dinning room and lobby where well decorated with lots of natural light throughout the complex. I would absolutely recommend this place to any family members or friends.

We were very impressed with this facility. They have a very modern forward thinking attitude about how to care for people with this disease. They actaully treat them like people! We absolutely LOVED the Executive Director [Removed]. She is wonderful! She knew every single resident's name, what they needed in terms of care/level of care , and what they had done in their career's /lives prior to this awful disease taking over. She includes the residents in everyday activites and finds a purpose for each person. She is truely amazing! The residents were all very happy, content , and active. The facility was amazing. It was clean,designed well, and very aesthetically pleasing. We loved the layout of the rooms,common areas, and every part of the facility. We were amazed to find such an awsome place for Dad! We will be making an appointment for next Saturday to make the deposit and put Dad on the waiting list. I feel so much better about his going to a facitlity, since we found this place. I am very thankful to Carol Kalmanoff from 'A Place for Mom' for listening to my needs and concerns for Dad and for recomending this facility. It's perfect!!

Our loved one went for respite care at Autumn Leaves of Clear Lake. The staff are very helpful and provided great care for mom. They were very interactive with her and the family. Mom says that she had a real good time at Autumn Leaves.

I am really pleased with the community for trying to make it right for us. It has been difficult with the change and the staff are willing to make it a pleasant experience for my dad and the family. I like that he is able to get one on one care because there is not a lot residents. The place is brand new and they keep everything clean. My dad has tried some activities and they are working on getting more available in the memory care. He is eating well with the help of staff who monitor his eating habits and he gets variety to choose from. I would recommend them!

Very nice facility. Impressed with Abby and the Eldridge facility. I would feel very comfortable having my mother live there.
