I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care and support my mother receives at Sassie. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming, with spacious rooms. The caregivers are exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of the residents. They take the time to get to know each individual, and I can see how much they care about my mom’s comfort and happiness. The staff is always available to answer any questions. Another standout feature is the food! The meals are homecooked, nutritious and delicious, with a variety of meal choices. My mom has specific dietary needs, and the staff is always willing to accommodate her requests. Overall, choosing Sassie was the best decision for our family. The staff are incredibly compassionate, attentive and professional. The always ensuring my mom has the proper medication, and they’re quick to respond to any calls or concerns. They make sure that my mom is comfortable and well taken care of. I have also witnessed the staff members interacting with the other residents with great kindness, which speaks volumes about the atmosphere they’ve cultivated there. The Sassie home is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and light-filled, offering plenty of comfort. The communal areas, like the dining room and lounge, are cozy, and the outdoor space is nice for a stroll or just enjoying fresh air. The furniture is comfortable, and the overall aesthetic of the place is welcoming and modern. Communication with the family is another highlight of this nursing home. The staff sends out if I have any questions or concerns. The staff also ensures. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care my mom receives at Sassie.

Home is very clean. Residents seem very happy and the staff is very friendly and supportive.. The meals served are home cooked meals and the residents socialize with the staff members like family. Very warm environment for the residents

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a warm, home-like atmosphere that truly sets it apart. The communication from the [name removed] at the management team is excellent, and she always been quick to address any concerns or questions I may have. It’s clear that the staff at SASSE genuinely care about the residents. I can’t thank them enough for their help with my mother.

The home was very clean when i stopped by without appointment. Staff on duty was very friendly The residents were all very comfortable and they looked happy. Dinner was cooking and you can smell a home cooked meal being prepared

SASE house provides the best care my mom has ever had. During Covid, they arranged to receive vaccinations automatically - I didn’t have to take my mom to the hospital or do anything. They take residents out to dinner and celebrate holidays, among other things. They are very responsible, ensuring you know if your loved one has injured themselves or gets sick. This is a fantastic AFC.

Sasse homes has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The residents are treated like family. Home-cooked meals are prepared everyday. That's one of the things the residents love about Sasse.

[name removed] at SASSIE is excellent at what she does. She is patient, caring, easy to talk to regarding any issues with my mom. Her quality of care is like no other. House is super clean, residents get home cooked meals daily, and she updates me on any issues regarding my mom immediately which is something that I can appreciate. Highly recommend SASSIE for anyone looking.

My loved one has spent 2 years in this facility. She is very happy and well cared for! I am always well informed of any new concerns or health issues. I have 100% trust in her caregiver. If I’ve ever had a concern, it was addressed in a very timely manner. The atmosphere is perfect for her…small, loving and comfortable. Could not be happier with the dietary offerings! Would I place her here agin? Absolutely!!

My father has been a resident with Sasse AFC for over two years, and I could not be happier with the way they treat him. It is a small community of staff who provide one-on-one care to each resident, cook meals directly in the home, appropriately handle medications, and provide assistance as needed per each resident's physical and mental capabilities. The owner, [name removed], is a wonderful person to work with. She herself lives at one of the residences and oversees everything, and regularly visits her second location to have direct contact with staff and residents to ensure they have their needs met. I am able to visit with my father regularly, take him out for for doctors appointments and haircuts, and feel comfortable that he is in a safe place. I would recommend Sasse AFC to any family looking for a comfortable, accessible long-term residence for a parent or family member who needs live-in living assistance.

The Sasse homes are both very clean and friendly. Their home cooked meals are very appealing,. My loved one is very happy and the owner is hands on.

My mother has lived at SASSE for a year and 8 months. Finding this place has truly been a gift. The home owner/ main caregiver is such a compassionate and intuitive person. She goes out of her way to make the place a real home for the residents. My mom is doing great. She is happy and content. Even her lab work from her last doctor visits were all within range for the first time in years due to the good home cooked meals that are offered. I hope that my mother’s situation never changes , so that she can remain there always. She is in very good hands. Its so nice to never have to worry about that.

My mother moved in to the Sasse house in the [date removed]. Our family could not be happier with the care and attention she is given. The culture is engaging and friendly and [name removed]leaves no stones unturned. She is very well organized as well. The women are on a schedule that leads to ease of mind amongst the women. We are completely satisfied with our decision to have my mother there and we have zero regrets.

The home is as close to being in your own home as available. [name removed]does a splendid job of keeping the ladies happy and content. God bless her.

My mom has been a resident of SASE house for around five years. She has been treated wonderfully. Despite a complex and difficult condition, she has improved directly due to Susan’s care and attention. The location too is excellent, providing walkability, safety, and more stable power than anywhere else in AA or Ypsi that I know of.

The care was very good. It's a residential home, which is one thing you should be aware of if you're expecting bingo or exercise rooms. You wouldn't have that there. But they were very friendly and accommodating They let me set up a TV and cable box for my my loved one. If you're looking for an active place, this is probably not for you. But if you're less mobile and not wanting to pay for some of the amenities you wouldn't be using at a larger facility, then this is a great, friendly place, and it's very clean.

The staff was so kind and caring and your cant put a dollar amount on the caring mother-in-law received. I would highly recommend this community to others.

My mother had the best care, and company that she needed at her age. She loved it there, ate well and always had the best things to say about the owner. Loved it
