Staff is upbeat, activity staff is extremely creative! The front desk concierge is always helpful. So far everything has been well coordinated and my family member is settling in well. Shout out to the chef, [name removed], I have joined my family member for meals several times and each time it was restaurant quality with nearly restaurant service.

The Oaks is a top notch facility. It is clean, up to date and seems to offer full care for seniors. [name removed] was very helpful in understanding the situation.

Very nice community. Kind people who care about their residents. I will seriously consider this facility for my mother. I appreciate the variety of activities, support, and resources that are available to residents and their families. Thank you so much, it’s never an easy decision but I felt comfortable and confident that this facility would be a safe and comfortable place for my loved one.

The place is spotless. We saw residents eating, playing games, and sitting around talking. The apartments are nice and include kitchenettes, living space, a bedroom, and bathroom. I was very impressed.

The apartment size is quite ample. The staff has been very kind and helpful from the housekeepers to the executive Director Deb! I've eaten meals there with my elderly lady friend and they've been delicious. So far it has been a positive experience for her!

When my mom and I visited Lake Morton Plaza we knew immediately it was the place for her. The staff from the administrator to the building maintenance to the nursing staff and kitchen crew were about as good as one could expect. The apartments were spacious and the food was good if one chose to eat in the dining area. The only complaint is that the common area around the mail boxes and the 2 elevators got very congested particularly during dining hours. A beautiful place otherwise.

The food is good, all kinds of activities, and being right on the water in downtown Clearwater, unprecedented views of Clearwater Bay to the Gulf of America. I highly recommend it. If you have to live in a place like this, this is the place to live.

I had a good experience on my tour. Still have questions, but need to find out more about how the payments would work, medicines, doctor visits, etc...

I would give them 5 stars. We are pleased with everything. Staff has been great and all areas are clean and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Lots of activities and very friendly staff.

My mother loves her apartment, she says the staff is always checking on her, and she has no complaints and loves playing bingo.

The staff is very responsive when I have questions or concerns and they are always addressed in a timely manner, Room size is very large. Amenities are great also. Lots of events weekly/monthly. Staff all know the residents by name. They supply several toiletries and have a boutique inside that is all donated items available to the residents which is really neat. PT, OT and ST are all available in house as well as a primary care Dr, laundry and housekeeping.

I don't know what stands out. He's well taken care of. His room and clothes are clean. His medical needs are met. He's comfortable. They are really great. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Love it it's extremely clean there and the staff is so nice and easy to get along with and they have three meals a day that are healthy and highly Recommend Bayside Terrace, Assisted Living Facility.

The staff have been wonderful in making the transition for my loved one very smooth. I am very impressed with the facility, support staff and the administrative staff of Venice Palms.

Staff were all very nice as we toured and moved her things in. The apt size was very nice for the price. Closet was small but we were going to use some of the extra space in the bathroom storage area. Overall we were very pleased with the size and layout and thought it would work very well for her. The facility is newly remodeled and very warm and welcoming. I don't think you could find a better place for the price but even that aside, we felt it was the perfect fit for her. It was the only place she toured and said she didn't need to see any more. She was very excited to move in and told all her friends about it.

My grandfather recently is transitioning into Spring Haven. They have made the experience very easy and delightful. Everyone is very warm and welcoming. We are very appreciative of them all. The facility in the grounds are very well kept and it’s such a beautiful place.
