My mother lived at Spring Haven for several years. She started in Independent Living. She had to move to Memory Care. She had a favorite housekeeper and she really enjoyed talking to her. She called one of our care staff her big teddy bear. She had been an introvert her entire live, and I was surprised and so happy to see her come out of her shell and do things that she wouldn't normally do. This is a wonderful place, and you wouldn't regret placing your loved one here!

I've lived at Spring Haven for over 3 years. I've lived at another community in Winter Haven, but I didn't like it there. Spring Haven gives that warm, welcoming, home feeling. The staff is amazing, and everyone is so friendly here! I have made a lot of friends and we enjoy the outings and the parties.

Our monthly calendar is rich with enjoyable daily activities. The elegant decor entrance and lobby are showstoppers year round, but especially at Christmas. I toured this community with my in laws and what a spectacular community. The décor is gorgeous as soon as you step in the lobby it is like a 1920's feel! The apts are modern and spacious and the building is great! roof top pool, amazing dining room that I have not seen anywhere else and a great location in the heart of downtown St. Pete . The staff at The Princess Martha were all SO friendly everyone greeted us with a smile and warm hello. My in laws loved it all and see this as their future home!

I toured The Princess Martha and could not believe my eyes! The place itself was absolutely beautiful however the thing that stuck with me and made me chose The Princess Martha was the amount of smiling faces I seen! I did not see anyone without a smile from the minute I walked in and met the receptionist and through out my tour with the Marketing Director everyone was smiling and happy to be there! The staff members were engaged and you felt the love they had for their residents as well as their coworkers! I would suggest other communities reach out and find out where The Princess Martha recruited their employees!! Kudos to The Princess Martha for your outstanding employees!!

I came here because I brought my mother here in 2000. She was in memory care. They were so good to her, and I loved the community. That's what made me want to come here. I have lived at Spring Haven for 4 years. I don't have any complaints. The trips are great. If I ever give up my car, I am sure they will get me to my appointments.

I had a great tour at Spring Haven today! I walked in and had the opportunity to meet the ED [name removed]. He was very hospitable and toured us around the community. The facility is looking nice due to recent renovations. [name removed] informed us that TJM properties purchased the community on [date removed] and you can tell they truly care about the property. They have renovated the front lobby and multiple common area hallways. When I came today they were in the process of adding new landscaping and redoing the parking lot. This community is going to be a gem for the Winter Haven community!

I took my mother to tour The Princess Martha. She was greeted by the friendliest individuals from Staff Member to the residents that reside there. My mother stated that The Princess Martha is where she wanted to be. They all made her feel at home! Needless to say my mother will be a new family member at The Princess Martha!! Thank you to every staff member and resident that made my mother feel so loved!

I had a wonderful tour here! I was looking for a place for my mother and wanted to see it before bringing her to see it. I came back for a second tour and mom loved it and put a deposit down. The transition was very easy and the staff and residents were very nice and welcoming. I Highly recommend this community for you or your loved one!!

Looking for a wonderful place for you or your loved one? The Princess Martha is the place! The staff and residents are one of a kind! They are amazing, friendly, and loving! I walked in for a tour and was greeted with open arms by both staff and residents before they even knew I was looking! I chose an apartment and signed the rental agreement that same day!! Thank you Princess Martha for making my experience unforgettable!

Nice facility. A little old but still secure. Friendly staff - they will go the extra step if needed. [name removed] the director and [name removed] RN very helpful, knowledgeable, and do play by the rules. They offer activities that residents participate in. My Father likes the meals, and the staff likes him.

Although Lake Morton Plaza is a smaller facility, the staff and other residents are so welcoming that you feel right at home. The rooms are a great price for the size, and some even come with a beautiful lake view.

The Grande is clean and well kept. The staff is in a company change, but have been very helpful and caring to my loved one. The residents are very friendly and all seem to be happy. They were very welcoming to my loved one. The staff was extremely helpful at move-in time. I was on a time crunch with taking off work and having movers move my loved one in. The doctor's office did not have her paperwork filled out in time. [name removed] was great getting everything done. The staff keeps in contact with my wife. My loved one is a very picky eater and enjoys the meals. The facility and the care is well worth the cost. We would recommend The Grande to anyone.

I had a virtual tour with Truewood by Merrill Venice. It seemed like a great place, but the main reasons I did not choose this facility was because they only had one floor plan for the apartments in independent living. It was smaller than I wanted.

My grandfather has been a resident at The Princess Martha for a few years now. My parent could not have picked a better place for him. He is in his 90’s and still very active. The Life Enrichment Director is amazing. She does exactly what her title states. She enriches the life’s of every resident at The Princess Martha. She has a monthly meeting with the residents to insure that activities they are interested in make it on the calendar. Her and the other team members go above and beyond for their residents. The treat them like residents as if they were their loved one.

The Princess Martha is a unique independent living community that offers a ton of services, activities, with family oriented residents. The Princess Martha is more than an Independent community, it is like being on a cruise ship with you family!! I could not have picked a more perfect place for my grandmother to be! So many activities throughout the day that she has to pick from! Thank you Princess Martha for your fabulous staff.

[name removed] is so helpful, events are great and well attended. Apartments are nice, food is fine I would recommend princess Martha for anyone looking for independent living. All staff is friendly helpful and joining the fun is great

I have been here for 31/2 years and couldn't be happier. Is it perfect, No but very close to it. The staff is very helpful, caring, and professional. The residents are amazing! Everyone is different but yet we all get along nicely. The activities are many and you have a choice as to what is on the calendar next month. It's like living on a cruise ship, I wish I had know about The Princess Martha earlier. I get three meals a day and my apartment cleaned every two weeks, what more could you ask for, Oh, how about happy hour every week and an awesome pool :) The Princess Martha is large enough but small enough to feel like family. Our own little neighborhood. Plus the building is awesome, come for a visit, meet us and see for yourself.

Princess Martha is so welcoming and has everything I need. Food is good. Love my apartment and maintenance staff is very efficient. Everyone is friendly and activities are fun. I would recommend to anyone.
