I would rate 5 in all categories. My family member passed a couple of months ago, but I was always pleased with her care. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

They are a tight knit community - both staff and residents - which gives it a warm feeling. There is a lot of live music entertainment; and staff is very responsive to calls and questions.

This community is a special place. Their management team is absolutely incredible. Each one of their directors treat me like I am family. I highly recommend this community. The improvements they have done are incredible!

Facility is clean, good activities, our family member calls it "home" and is happy there. The staff is very nice.

As soon as I walked in, I knew this was the right place to move my Mom. The staff is friendly and helpful, the meals are great, and lots of activities. My Mom has lived here for almost three months. She has made friends, plays bingo three times a week, and has adjusted extremely well. I have peace of mind with her living here.

My mom who is living at The Oaks loves it there. She is in memory care and they keep her clean (no stains on her clothes) and she doesn't smell like urine!! They change her often. The Oaks is the best thing I did for my mom!!!

My loved one was previously a resident at The Princess Martha and the facility and experience were great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, meals and activities were also great. I would recommend The Princess Martha to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Grande and the overall experience was great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The meals and activities were also great. However, the management was changing and the staff was over extended. Overall, I would highly recommend The Grande to others.

I would recommend Spring Haven Senior Living to others. The staff is wonderful. Communication with the family was great, they kept me well informed. Most of the meals my loved one enjoyed, but you can't expect everything to be like home.

I really liked the place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue I can say was there are only two elevators which can mean a crowd at meal times. They came to my dad and picked him up to tour the facility, that did it for him.

Overall best fit. Great physical layout. Great dining. Downtown and walkaable. Also only 1.7 miles from my daughter's house. AND it was the least expensive!? Perfect. Courteous, professional representatives. No pressure. Listened to my needs.

The staff was great. Everyone is eager to help, and they are very knowledgeable. They have made some great updates to the facility. My mom had a one bedroom, so the room size was excellent for her needs. She had everything she needed.

Out of all of the facilities we looked into, we just liked Spring Haven the best. The Staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable. It was everything we were looking for. I would highly recommend. Within budget. Friendly residents.

All of the people here are very caring and kind. The director of nursing, [name removed] is very dedicated to the residents, she goes above and beyond and has made my stay so much better. She helped me through preparing for surgery as well as making sure I was okay when I had an infection in my stroke clenched hand. She is always available early in the morning or in the evening as well as on the weekends. She gave me her cellphone number & email we communicated through text and email in addition to face to face I’m certain her employees are wonderful because of her. Thank you [name removed]!

Staff could not be any better; wonderful staff... friendly and kind... move in process: easy... they will hang all your pictures... cleaning great. Food : variety and fine..... only thing for my mother ( who is extremely active ) not enough going on for her.

I’m a 55 year old attorney who has cerebral palsy. I have a spacious two bedroom apartment that really feels like a small house plus the amenities of assistance when I need it! After two years of living here, I can honestly say there is no better place for me. I have lived in a variety of independent and assisted living facilities and this is by far the best one. The staff goes above and beyond to meet the individual needs of each resident.

During my transition into retirement it was very difficult for me. I was in the Medical field and still have an entertainment business, music. The building is beautiful but the people inside is what made the difference to me. Part of my career I taught leadership training, I am a DDI instructor and what I see now especially the new executive director[name removed] it starts there. She is an hands on leader and leads not with a title from her office but example. We are lucky to have her and as a new resident I am committed to help her in enhancing our community.

I went here to visit and it is literally a piece of history in downtown St. Pete where you can move into and have your own apt. Everything is included in the rent and it is a great location in downtown! Highly considering The Princess Martha as my new home.

Very pretty facility,, open layout, spacious rooms, fun activities, clean and updated...we worked with [name removed] and she was friendly and outgoing... I would definitely recommend Truewood by Merrill, Bradenton to others looking.

We rate all seven categories as a 5. We have been especially impressed by how the staff has shown a genuine interest in our relative's overall care with a personal attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
