The sign-up process was extremely smooth and the people were very helpful. They also were very good about answering questions. Whenever I would call to ask about mom, everybody was very friendly.

I'm impressed overall with Mustang Creek Flower Mound. They care, the food is good, facility is clean. Obviously things aren't perfect because it's a Demential house but in comparison to all other places I'd visited and my parents had stayed, this is significantly better

The staff is exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the residents’ well-being. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Residents receive wonderful care, with plenty of enrichment activities and outings that keep life engaging and fulfilling. Communication with families is clear and reliable, which brings great peace of mind. Most importantly, my mom loves it here—and she’s not easily impressed—so that says everything.

I know that I can call the Administrator any time and she will answer or call me right back (if she's in a meeting) and get back with me on any questions I have. We haven't had any "surprises" in our monthly bill like we did at our last AL facility... every month! Room sizes are small, but we moved from a 1 bedroom to a Studio, so I think it'd just an adjustment to a smaller room.

5s all across...I would say higher if I could. We had difficulty that Mustang creek help my mom and family through before she passed in fall. They were able to adjust the accommodations in her room depending on her state. Also provided support that are at a cost at other facilities. Great communication with me and family. A little better than hospice who I spoke to quite frequently.

My mother has lived at Mustang Creek for 2 years. We've been pleased with the caregivers in House D. They are very kind with our mother. They keep her and her room clean. She has 3 good meals each day. She really enjoys happy hour and various outings. The other residents are very kind as well. For this time in her life, we consider MCE a blessing for her and her children. ??

The staff is great and the facility is very pretty. The apartment size is fine and they have a variety of activities. My Mom especially likes bingo and the Thursday afternoon church service.

They take very good care of my Mom. [name removed] is truly a gem, [name removed] and [name removed] and the rest of the staff are genuinely caring and care for my Mom. Place is clean, food is excellent. Visit as many places as they feel they need to and compare. I think that they will see that there is a true difference.

It is conveniently located to us and we had a friend who was there until she passed away so we were familiar with it. She is happy there.

Everyone outside of and in my mom's house is incredibly helpful and nice. They helped me with what to say to Mom in difficult times. I'm able to text the house manager at anytime. One resident only like PB&J, they always make an effort to be avail to try other things but keeps his food near by. They always try to get Mom involved in activities even when she is not in the mood without undue pressure. I've heard some horror stories about facilities in the same bracket charging more for less with double occupancy and nickel and dining. MCE has all inclusive pricing which is a huge plus. Even cable tv is included and billing is handled by them.

Mustang Creek Keller is a wonderful campus has been for the longest but the problem with this campus is the ED [name removed] she is very rude she doesnt like answering the phone when I call. She says she will call back but doesn't. I've left numerous messages for her. My mom is there, but I will be moving her out and the only way I will keep my mother there is if she not there. Since she has been there, it has been hell. I'm sorry, but I dislike her and I'm also let the other families that I referred up there to speak up. And her right-hand man [name removed], he sits and lies with her. The only thing that is good is the care staff and the supervisor. So the only reason for moving my mom is that we are unhappy with the ED that's there. Get rid of her, and Mustang Creek will be a better place.

They are wonderful, caring people who care for your loved ones. I would 100% recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. There is a warmth that feels like Family at Mustang Creek Estates, out of all the elder care I have had to help find relatives in the last 30 years.

I come to Mustang Creek to take care of my client. And every time I'm there i see this one staff member, she is always a nice and caring lady always back and forth from house to house helping and being really kind to the residents and there family, as well as the caregivers and nurses. This lady is awesome, and a couple of the family members feel she deserves appreciation. Her name is [name removed], and she works at the Mustang Creek in Keller. And we want to give her appreciation.

My Grandfather is at this community he loves it, I visited him recently; he was happy with the care and loves the managers and staff. He was pleased with the activities they offer and couldn't wait to go to the next bingo. I would recommend this community for your loved ones.

From the very beginning, the staff created an environment that felt warm, respectful, and genuinely attentive to the residents and their families. [Name Removed] was consistently kind, supportive, and responsive to our family’s needs during an incredibly stressful season. What stood out most was his honesty and compassion. He was always transparent about what he could and could not do, and that honesty built tremendous trust. Even when something wasn’t possible, he did everything he could to help us feel supported and cared for. I toured this campus and will be joining their waiting list soon! The houses smelled like a delicious dinner and desert was there waiting on us! The staff was warm and welcoming. Management answered every question we had. We will need placement in a few months and we are excited to come back!

My mom is truly enjoying her residency at the Allen, Texas Mustang Creek Estates (MCE) assisted living campus. My wife and I have watched mom "blossom" since she became a resident at MCE. The staff working at her "house" are kind, considerate, and encouraging as they interact with mom. (It is not uncommon, when we visit, to see mom joking with staff, being hugged by staff....) Also, we have found the administration and staff very attentive to any concern we present about mom or the facility. She also, has the opportunity to attend Sunday Morning Services at her "house" and love the weekday bingo games from which she happily wins many prizes. MCE is definitely the right place fore her. We would highly recommend MCCE for consideration to anyone needing AL for a family member. We found MCE through "A Place for Mom."

I cannot stress enough that it feels like home! The staff are all friendly, super nice, and willing to help in any way needed. Its also very VERY clean! Also the fact that they are in town makes the location so convenient for everyone and they allow pets!!!

I recently had to visit with a friend. It’s been in the back of my mind for some time that my parents are eventually gonna need help and I don’t know if I’m capable of giving it myself. Long story short, it feels great knowing that when that time comes, there’s a place I can call that I’m completely comfortable with. Absolutely knocked it out of the park.

We were immediately greeted by happy staff members and they were pleasant the entire tour. The staff members were very knowledgeable if questioned we asked. The place was very clean, neat and orderly, and overall very nice. Even the current residents seemed to be happy and comfortable. The entire experience was pristine in all aspects. Definitely got moved to the top of the list for our needs.
