Mustang Creek Estates

Mustang Creek Keller is a wonderful campus has been for the longest but the problem with this campus is the ED [name removed] she is very rude she doesnt like answering the phone when I call. She says she will call back but doesn't. I've left numerous messages for her. My mom is there, but I will be moving her out and the only way I will keep my mother there is if she not there. Since she has been there, it has been hell. I'm sorry, but I dislike her and I'm also let the other families that I referred up there to speak up. And her right-hand man [name removed], he sits and lies with her. The only thing that is good is the care staff and the supervisor. So the only reason for moving my mom is that we are unhappy with the ED that's there. Get rid of her, and Mustang Creek will be a better place.

They are wonderful, caring people who care for your loved ones. I would 100% recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. There is a warmth that feels like Family at Mustang Creek Estates, out of all the elder care I have had to help find relatives in the last 30 years.

I come to Mustang Creek to take care of my client. And every time I'm there i see this one staff member, she is always a nice and caring lady always back and forth from house to house helping and being really kind to the residents and there family, as well as the caregivers and nurses. This lady is awesome, and a couple of the family members feel she deserves appreciation. Her name is [name removed], and she works at the Mustang Creek in Keller. And we want to give her appreciation.

My Grandfather is at this community he loves it, I visited him recently; he was happy with the care and loves the managers and staff. He was pleased with the activities they offer and couldn't wait to go to the next bingo. I would recommend this community for your loved ones.

He was always transparent about what he could and could not do, and that honesty built tremendous trust. I toured this campus and will be joining their waiting list soon! The houses smelled like a delicious dinner and desert was there waiting on us! The staff was warm and welcoming. Management answered every question we had. We will need placement in a few months and we are excited to come back!

My mom is truly enjoying her residency at the Allen, Texas Mustang Creek Estates (MCE) assisted living campus. My wife and I have watched mom "blossom" since she became a resident at MCE. The staff working at her "house" are kind, considerate, and encouraging as they interact with mom. (It is not uncommon, when we visit, to see mom joking with staff, being hugged by staff....) Also, we have found the administration and staff very attentive to any concern we present about mom or the facility. She also, has the opportunity to attend Sunday Morning Services at her "house" and love the weekday bingo games from which she happily wins many prizes. MCE is definitely the right place fore her. We would highly recommend MCCE for consideration to anyone needing AL for a family member. We found MCE through "A Place for Mom."

I cannot stress enough that it feels like home! The staff are all friendly, super nice, and willing to help in any way needed. Its also very VERY clean! Also the fact that they are in town makes the location so convenient for everyone and they allow pets!!!

I recently had to visit with a friend. It’s been in the back of my mind for some time that my parents are eventually gonna need help and I don’t know if I’m capable of giving it myself. Long story short, it feels great knowing that when that time comes, there’s a place I can call that I’m completely comfortable with. Absolutely knocked it out of the park.

We were immediately greeted by happy staff members and they were pleasant the entire tour. The staff members were very knowledgeable if questioned we asked. The place was very clean, neat and orderly, and overall very nice. Even the current residents seemed to be happy and comfortable. The entire experience was pristine in all aspects. Definitely got moved to the top of the list for our needs.

My mother in law [Name Removed] was a resident at The Keller campus she was welled care for by staff but there was one wonderful an amazing Supervisor there for House B name [Name Removed] she cared for Mom called me or [Name Removed] when Mom needed something. We were able to reach [Name Removed] as needed just want to say thank you She made Mom last days there wonderful..There need to be more of [Name Removed] out here in this world Thank you Mustang Creek Estates Keller for having our mom there and having a wonderful nice lady [Name Removed] taking care of her

I have enjoyed living at Mustang Creek. The staff is kind and the food is wonderful. I have been here since the community opened. The activities are fun and engaging, they offer something for everyone.

I have never been to a long term care community that has shown such enthusiasm and joy in caring for their residents. The campus is beautiful in appearance and the staff is always friendly and eager to help.

They are set up like a small neighborhood. Residents are able to walk outside safely. The meals are cooked in each house for the people. It was cool to see a musical performer entertaining over 20 residents. They were all happy and the house smelled really good.

I have toured all the assisted living communities in Burleson and the surrounding areas, none felt as welcoming and homey as this one. The dinner cooking smelled great! Everyone from the caregivers to management felt caring and genuine. I had decided 4 months ago to move mom here and have not regretted the decision. Mom has made some great friends and is very happy here!

I went to visit my friend and was very impressed with the staff, the inviting home like atmosphere! There was a group of people playing a game at the dining room table with refreshments, laughter of residents and staff. Truly a warm and inviting place! My friend has been living here for a couple of years and loves it!

Beautiful, home like community. Very cozy and inviting! The residents are happy and engaged. The staff are kind and welcoming! I love the small, intimate environment. And, the home cooked meals always smells so good!
