What we like the most about the community is the staff, cost and small size. Yes, we would recommend Mustang Creek Estates Allen to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff is great. All appear to be concerned about their residents. Administrative and programming are very helpful, understanding and easy to communicate with. Doing some difficult situations with mother they have been very considerate and willing to help in anyway they can. Facilities are clean, secure and the meals are appropriate and timely. I appreciate what this facility has done for my mother at this point. I would not hesitate to recommend Mustang Creek Estates.

The caregivers are so sweet to my mom and the other residents there. Means so much to my wife and I.

Overall experience has been very good. The staff has been really good and sweet. Mom can't see enough to participate in many activities. Mom does enjoy most of the food they prepare and if she wants something, they try to get it or fix it for her.

I was helping my mother-n-law find the facility for my husbands' father. I don't have day to say knowledge but I do know that the food is good and the staff is kind.

Mustang Creek is the perfect place for my Mom. The building that she resides in is homey a very clean. The staff and other residents are very warm and friendly. They have a good variety of activities, bingo being my Mom's favorite.

The staff and the aides at Mustang Creek are professional and friendly. My mom has had many health issues and they have been right on top of everything for her. The house and kitchen are always clean and my mom’s room is always maintained. Cannot recommend Mustang Creek enough!

Overall, a very positive transition. Staff if very kind, an attentive and truly care about the residents. Pricing is ok, but since it is all inclusive (level of care) this seemed to be our best choice. On my visits the room - bathroom was clean and tidy. The management was able to assist with the arrangement of Healthcare dental care prescription set up. Occasionally there seems to be a lack of communication between staff and management, otherwise it seems to run smoothly. Overall happy with this choice. [name removed]

I absolutely love mustang Creek it's a five for me I love everyone of the staff members and the kindness and care they gave to my mother. She very well may be returning in the future but we have to give it a go on her living with myself and my husband. She misses it too and I told her if she ever wants to go back we would make that happen I wouldn't have her go anywhere else. I fell in love with the facility the first time I drove up. The concept is perfect and more personable. I can't say enough good things about the community. Anyone should feel confident when choosing mustang Creek. I love it.

The staff has been amazing from the first visit on. The smaller/separate house set up they have has made my mother's transition smooth. I feel like she is being taken care of very well. A Place for Mom was very helpful in getting us connected to Mustang Creek Estates, and I am very grateful.

I would give a 5 in all categories. Peace of mind knowing your loved one is being cared for 24/7. Staff is personable and ready to assist. Home cooking is a big plus!! Based on our family's experience with both of our parents, Mustang Creek would be recommended on many levels. We have peace of mind knowing our mom was cared for 24/7 and our dad continues to have the same experience with staff who are knowledgeable friendly and always willing to assist. Home cooking and outings always makes my dad smile.

There are no words strong enough to fully express how much your kindness, patience and compassion have meant to our family . you weren't just caregivers- you were companions, friends, and extended family. You didn't just tend to her needs: you loved her. You listened to her stories, you made her smile, and you showed up day after day with grace, even when the work was hard. In these final days, as I've watched her slow decline, i have also seen how deeply you care. Your gentle touches , your quiet words, and your presence have not gone unnoticed. They've comforted not only her but me as well. Please know that your work-the way you show up for people at their most vulnerable-matters more that you may ever hear. you helped my mother live her final years with dignity

Salesman was very informative, supportive & kind. Move in was a bit shakey but turned out great. The house my mom is I. Has quite a few I. Hospital beds. Probably would have liked to have her in a more social house but they do work to keep her entertained.

We truly love Mom being at Mustang Creek Estates. She is hardly ever in her room. She's always out doing activities and playing bingo. The food is made right in the house and the aroma's always smells so good. We like that the facility administers her medication's and does her laundry all included in the same price, which we believe is at or below average, which helps her out financially. I would recommend Mustang Creek estates to any of my friends and family.

The whole team here cares deeply for the residents. I truly appreciate all that they do for our mom. They have options for care that fit our needs and were able to transition from assisted living to more involved memory care.

We can rest easy knowing our Mom is in the best place! They take such good care of her! The food s home cooked with love and it feels like a family. The caretakers are top notch and the social worker is the best! We have had so many questions and concerns and they have been so patient with us as we have no experience in assisted living.
