[name removed] (sales director) was so kind and caring. My Mom fell at a different facility. [name removed] was quick to give her an ice pack and he checked on her all that day and the next day! (Even though it had nothing to do with his facility.) He was quick to help us with any questions we had and to facilitate info we needed done. [name removed] was also amazing and helped us do all paperwork etc. that we needed done. We needed placement very quickly and they helped that happen. We had a great experience and were very impressed with the facility.

Staff is great. Mom really loved everyone. Rooms are kept clean. Food always looked good. Mom loved having her own furniture and things in her room. She had a great experience there. Unfortunately, my mom passed a way [date removed]. We're so glad that we found Mustang Creek for her.

My mom is very happy there and feels very safe . She has complained about the food being terrible and that it is always cold whether it is breakfast lunch or dinner . Cottage six is very quiet and so she is a little lonely but the activities help so that she can do some socializing with others . [name removed] is our very favorite aid and makes a point of stopping in to say hello whenever she is there ., we also found [name removed] to be quite helpful and easy to talk to about everything and anything you want to talk about . They seem to genuinely care about the residents. both are great assets to your staff . Overall the grounds are beautiful and the cottage is very clean . We are pleased so far with mustang creek estates and would recommend to anyone in need of a comfortable place for their loved one .

We were told on a Wednesday our Mother was being released from a skilled nursing facility on Monday and would not be able to return her own home without 24 hour care. We were in a state of shock and panic. I remembered the commercials “A place for Mom” so I looked up their phone number and starting with that call I was direct to a wonderful Lady who lived in our area! She made me feel so comfortable! I felt as if she had known my family for years and truly cared! She assisted me in finding financial resources available to us I had no idea she would qualify for. I had resolved to the conclusion there would be no financial help. She immediately set appointments for us to visit several facilities. Still feeling this was too easy to be real we started our journey by visiting the facility closest to our home and minutes from my office. This facility “which insist we call “home” was perfect!! In every way! It truly feels as if she is in a house! Thank you to my family at “A place for Mom”!

My father in law was not in the facility very long but it was an amazing experience. This was a very difficult time for my family and the entire staff were amazing. They were extremely supportive, friendly, and helpful. They treated our loved one with respect, compassion and dignity. I would recommend Mustang Creek to anyone needing Memory care or Hospice!

I found that all of the staff was very kind and were available if my husband needed help from getting showered to getting dressed or needing help getting outside in his wheelchair to sit on the porch for some fresh air. As his health declined and he became less and less mobile and needed much assistance, all of the people who worked in his building were kind and helpful. There wasn't anyone who embarrassed me or made him feel like he was a burden.

I don't care for the director of the facility. The caring staff is the best. Improve the director.

Never met admin-brother deals with them. Dad likes certain cooks, stove broken at moment food coming from another "home" cold. Especially likes going out to eat-when it doesn't get canceled. They worked with us. Yes, we would recommend this community to others. It's convenient for our families need. My father is also assisted by the VA and Hospice

I added NA under quality of care because mom entered the facility under hospice care and there was not much for me to measure against the Mustang Creek staff specifically. The Mustang Creek administration shared great empathy and made the transition from rehab very easy, especially as I was needing to begin hospice care immediately on arrival. The restrictions by this facility to use a specific pharmacy and that they did not allow liquid medications made the process for my mother a bit more challenging. It was well overcome by the hospice service that I had selected.

I’m so thankful we found this place for my mom. From the first call to my mom settling in everyone has been a blessing! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for help with assisted living or memory care

This is the best facility for my mom and our family. Everyone is super nice and does a great job with each resident. Everyone is helpful and willing to go the extra mile. After having my mom at other facilities this is by far the best.

I got to visit this morning and it was wonderful. The residents were around the breakfast table enjoying a hot meal on a cool wet spring morning. It was like home, a family. The care givers were attentive and taking such great care to make sure everyone had what they wanted and were content. I had prepared myself for what I might see when going into a secured memory care but for no reason. It was wonderful and the goodness continued as I walked through the house. I'm so pleased!

The facilities were lovely, welcoming, and very home-like. The staff were completely professional, very kind, and always very caring.

They are the perfect place for mom. Her health has deteriorated in a short time and they have taken great care with her.

Our visits are often too short and not frequent enough but I love every time we get to go. I leave feeling good about the care that is being given. My favorite part might be the way the caregivers know the residents so well. So good!

I liked that it has 15 or less residents per house. It makes it feel very homey. The staff are very helpful and are always ready to answer questions.

My parents are residents at Mustang Creek in Flower Mound. The facility is new and beautifully decorated. The staff is very supportive and accommodating. They are knowledgeable about the changing needs of aging residents in assisted living and memory care.

Staff: So incredibly warm and thoughtful, dedicated. They see each resident as an individual and they have both the desire AND ability (time) to accommodate them individually. They go above and beyond expectations. The low ratio of residents to staff allows the staff to provide personalized care and my mom continues to rave about them after 2+ months. (She was resistant to going and we weren't sure how she would do.... The staff have won her heart!). I am very involved with mom there, and the staff welcome my involvement with her/them. They truly make my mom feel Special! She tells me that every time I see her. Facility: Just gorgeous! Various public areas available for resident use. Colors are cheerful. Lots of natural light. Clean Clean Clean - and smells clean or else like someone just baked something...because they often have! With thoughtful placement and attention to furniture size, mom has more storage than she needs and has turned the window alcove into a laptop/office space by the window with a little ladder desk and chair. Generous private bath with space for additional cabinets if desired. They have allowed mom to place her garden flag in the planting bed outside her window so she can look out and see something she enjoys.

I been working here for almost 7 months i love taking care of my residents there so sweet make me laugh and my coworkers are so nice and i enjoy helping them out the residents always have a smile in there smile in there face and it just makes me feel better im helping them with things they need help with and my day be going by quick with just being with the residents.

The staff has been wonderful very helpful if I had a problem, no matter how minor it was. I discussed it with them and it was corrected immediately. I'm happy where she's at and I think she's getting the care of this properly and needed. I would give them probably a four on the food because I haven't tried it, but it smells good every time I've been in there. I visited her every day almost but the rest of it I would give a five it's a good place a solid place I like it because it's small to a certain degree and it's more personalized to help the patient
