Beautiful, home like community. Very cozy and inviting! The residents are happy and engaged. The staff are kind and welcoming! I love the small, intimate environment. And, the home cooked meals always smells so good!

The facility has an excellent staff and the residents are well cared for. It's clean, inviting, and home-like. My mom loves it and visiting is always a joy.

Mustang Creek Estates in Keller has been all we had hoped for mom. Mom is happy and well cared for. The staff in her house (F) are amazing, attentive, calm, caring and compassionate with the residents. Our family would highly recommend MCE in Keller.

I really liked the way one of the staff was holding my grandma's hand when I visited unannounced. Very nice to see the caring approach. [name removed], the sales guy is so much fun and keeps the people/patients happy and smiling. F house smelled so good and the food looked tasty. Thanks for caring.

We found Mustang Creek through “A Place for Mom” and it met all of the criteria that we wanted in an assisted living facility. My mom has been settled in her room/house now for about a month and she is quite happy. She seems more alert and attentive now that she has caring people looking after her. The services have taken the burden out of the family’s hands and we can visit with her as family — and not as caregivers.

We found Mustang Creek through a Place For Mom. We had a positive experience from the tour all the way through residency. The staff was kind and helpful. The residents welcomed my mom and she has made some new friends. The food is great, the cottages are clean and the staff is very supportive. I would highly recommend!

What we like the most about the community is that the staff extremely helpful and positive. Active program schedule. Family atmosphere and meals. Yes, we would recommend Mustang Creek Estates Keller to other families based on the experience so far.

Everyone at Mustang Creek was very nice and helpful. The staff was very caring. Our experience did not totally go as we had planned. We moved my mother in law to the Assisted Living House at the end of July. She was there for about five days and the director recommended she needed to be moved to Memory Care. We were surprised but after they explained their reasons we agreed. Mustang Creek handled the move to her new room. Memory Care is a whole different experience but once again Mustang Creek had the nicest most caring staff. Both assisted living and memory care were very clean and had good food. My mother in law passed away in early October. Hospice came into the facility and Mustang Creek accommodated all her needs. The caregivers went above their job to be caring to her until the end.

Ask very specific questions about the level of care each step is. What care/help, monitoring will there be? If their family member is a diabetic, make sure they have a continuous glucose monitor, so they monitor it. The aides in the house are not trained on that. If they are on insulin, a Home Health nurse comes out. Overall we're happy. Had a couple of bumps, but when something is new, that happens. We have it worked out now.

My husband was a resident of Mustang Creek Estates memory care house from[date removed] until his passing in[date removed]. I began my search for memory care for my husband in the fall of 2023. At that time, [name removed] reached out to me and gave me some information but I was not ready to make a decision at that time. In the following months, he would continue to check in with me, not just to see if I was ready to move my husband into care, but also to see how I was doing. It was upon receiving one of these text messages from him that I was at my wits end, and I did not know what to do…I reached out to him and toured Mustang Creek Estates in Frisco the next day. It was wonderful. Each house was like its own little community. In his time there, he received excellent care. And I could tell that he was loved. He always seemed happy and content upon my visits, and I could tell that his needs were being met. I highly recommend this company to anyone making the difficult decision to place a loved one in

They helped cater to the needs of a loved one that was going through a difficult transition in life. They helped my mom retain her dignity and respected her choices. Very caring facility- the entire staff. I would recommend.

I liked the smaller houses with only 15 residents per house. A more home atmosphere. I would recommend them

There are a number of things that I like about Mustang Creek but specifically I like the way staff interacts with the residents. Whenever I visit, I notice the staff greeting the residents and throwing in hugs which I am sure make them feel right at home.

My Aunt has lived at Mustang Creek for over a year and I just finished visiting her. I really enjoyed how the people here take care of her and keep her happy. The staff seemed to really love my Aunt and make her feel safe. They even offered me a plate for lunch so I can eat with her. Please keep up the great work!

So far, so good. The staff is attentive and the food is good. I would recommend them to others who are needing to find care for their loved one. He's only been there about three weeks, but seems to be doing well.

Everyone is very kind, loving and attentive to my mom and her needs. Very clean and a homey atmosphere. Yes I'd recommend.

The staff is always helpful and good-natured, and they do a wonderful job keeping residents engaged. There are plenty of activities and outings that my mom really enjoys, along with enrichment like live music, therapy animals, and art. Her biggest complaint is that she’s not crazy about the food—but she can be a bit picky! She has a small fridge in her room that I keep stocked with her favorite drinks and snacks. Her studio is a nice size and comfortably fits her bed, dresser, TV, and stand. It's a really nice place and if you have a question or issue, they answer and resolve quickly!

I had my mom at Mustang Creek several years ago and moved my dad and stepmom there the middle of 2025. Moving my parents to an assisted care facility is very hard. My family and I are extremely happy with the choice we made in moving them to Mustang Creek. My Dad presented many challenges at the beginning and not the nicest person to deal with. The staff has always been very friendly, caring, and accommodating. My dad has now pasted, and my stepmom is in the memory care unit, stage 7 Alzheimer's. Hospice takes great care of her, and they keep me updated on how she is doing every week.

5 for all! I could not be more pleased with the care, facility and the people. They have all been great! They are extremely friendly and always on top of everything.
