The Manor

My family was very impressed with the facility when we first moved Margo in a little over a year ago. The physical space was clean and well decorated and we really liked her apartment! It was spacious and really attractive after we moved all her furniture and decorations in. I do not really know the staff who interacts with her on a daily basis so i cannot comment about that. I imagine that her son [name removed] could give you more specific feedback than i can. I know that my brother [name removed] and i have had very positive friendly interactions with the administrative staff.

5 for all. They were the best. Took care of Aunt with kindness and love. They made sure she was engaged with the community. Absolutely Yes I would recommend The Manor Senior Living community to other families.

The facility is always clean, staff are friendly, overall a great place for your love one. Rooms are good size and they provide exercise and other activities for their clients.

The Manor in Benton is a wonderful place.The people who work there love their residents and care for them nonstop. [name removed] is wonderful and does whatever is needed for each individual person. She’s excellent.I would highly recommend The Manor to anyone looking for a place to live or work..

Very friendly and caring staff. The facility feels more homey. It felt less like a corporate feel. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

There's no perfect facility nor staff, but they try. Your love one may have a hard time adjusting so don't beat yourself up when you are no longer able to be there for them full time'. I would recommend The Manor to others!

Heartfelt staff who go the extra mile. Even during emergency (snowstorm, tornado warning) - the Residents and their safety come first. Also the Activity Director is amazing!

The staff treats each individual resident as if they are their own family. The room sizes in assisted living are good. They offer a wide variety of different activities on site for the residents. I would highly recommend The Manor of Benton to others.

The main reason we chose The Manor over other places we looked into initially was because the facility feels more "homey". It felt like like a corporation like some others. The staff have all been extremely friendly and caring. I would recommend The Manor to others.

The Manor of Benton provides the highest level of care for all residents. Everyone on staff have a unique heartfelt care for each person entrusted as resident...alongside highly skilled and wise nurses. Warm, friendly, clean and peaceful. 10 out of 10!

There is no complaints about the food. We picked this community because, of the convient location to my home and it was really nice. My loved one participates in an exercise class. They also offer other activities such as; gospel singing, bible study, bingo and card games. I would recommend to other families. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to.

In the beginning everything was going great. Administrative staff is not accessible at this point and there is very little communication happening. Up until a month ago the staff were awesome and the activities were plentiful, but since then it has gone downhill some. There has just been a lot of change going on recently.

The Manor is the third facility that my Mom has lived in and by far the best. The level of care for my mother's physical and mental needs is much better than we have ever experienced. The nurses are proactive to communicate to my mother's physician and recommend action when necessary. They have encouraged my mother to participate in the numerous activities they have each week. They do an excellent job of communicating with me on anything that can improve my mother's quality of life. They have an excellent facility and I highly recommend The Manor! They are absolutely the best in Little Rock.

One of the main reasons we chose The Manor for our mom was the caring atmosphere and friendly staff. From the first moment we walked in the doors, everyone made us feel completely welcome. This attitude has continued now that mom has moved in. She says everyone treats her like family, and the food is good ?? My sisters and I are so comforted knowing that mom is being taken care of well, gets her medicine correctly and is eating good, balanced meals.

Beautifully appointed residence, 1 BDRM apartment spacious and well planned. Doorways including shower wheelchair accessible Fairly expensive, a bit high for our budget

My Mother has been here for several months and she just loves it! They take great care of her! I have nothing but GREAT things to say. Food is good, apartments are nice. Mom is in a wheelchair and the apartment she is in is wheelchair accessible. They have plenty of activities for the residents! Highly recommend!!

I like this community. The community is outstanding. I like the staff and the they are always attentive. I feel good knowing that she is happy living here. The menu is very appealing and she is please with the menu. They offer my mom activiites to participate with other. I highly recommendthis community for the great care and value

We liked this community the best and my sister thought they were the best for my mom. She likes being in Little Rock and it is a nice place and has a lot to offer. I feel the community is doing what they are suppose to do. Since moving in, my mom has been fine and the caregivers have be socializing with her to make her feel comfortable. It is a clean facility with good staff. There are plenty of residents and activities for her to try and to meet with.

There have been several employee firings that upset many residents. Our manager isn't the friendliest person. I don't think she listens to residents' concerns. But, the leasing agent was wonderful?? There seems to be a lot of turnover in the dining and housekeeping staff. Our main building is beautiful. It even has a fifty seat theater!It is where independent residents go for their meals, dining with those in assisted living. I find it to be a nice mix, keeping assisted residents from feelings of isolation. The cottage where I live is well appointed, full kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths (with emergency pull cords). The fee is all inclusive-utilities, cable, Internet, lawn service and weekly housekeeping ( though it's not how I clean..most attention is to bathrooms. But, that's ok with me.)I feel that it is a good value for my money. We are situated close to lots of shopping, restaurants and churches and Interstate highways.

It has an attractive building which is well maintained. The staff is welcoming!
