They were very good to my loved one. Just wish the communication was better so I could have helped them help him. I have recommended that location to other people. He needed a lot of care but there was a lot he didn't get for the money. I would have liked better communication with the doctor, his nurse and myself.

[name removed] the owner is very involved in the house, is incredibly smart and knowledgeable about elder care, and communicates well. The rooms are comfortable size and the spaces are open. The current caregivers are particularly kind.

It felt more like home and the staff was warm and inviting. My dad's uneeke life style just fit. I was very pleased.

I greatly appreciate the knowledge and support of the owner, [name removed]. I appreciate being able to communicate with her and the rest of the staff easily. It's a lovely home, and I feel fortunate that came along at the right time. I also appreciate the support of my A Place for Mom consultant who listened to my needs and questions to help me narrow the search.

Quality of physical care was good. Primary caregiver on staff is [name removed], he is excellent. Very attentive, kind, quiet, mature. Facility is small, does not allow for activities. Residents are quiet, not a lot of interaction. This is a good place for clients who have family to visit on a daily basis, and to provide activities outside the facility. Patient medical care and cleanliness is good. Usually four to six clients. In terms of patient care, we received equivalent or better care than at the larger facilities we had used for about 25% less cost.
