We needed to find a place for Mom she was living with us here in Meridian, however it proved to be more challenging in a blended family environment consisting of me and my wife my wife’s Mom our daughter and husband with a baby on the way along with several animals. Well mom wasn’t prepared for that big of a change she needed her independence back and I believe this is the place she’s going to find it. The people living there practically sold it to us! Such friendly folks and staff all welcoming with open arms. My mom will be able to gain new friends our relationships, activities , three square meals, engage and participate as she wishes and retreat to her own room that is another retreat in itself. Complete with WiFi through out, laundry facilities, a weekly cleaning along with linens and towels laundry each week. We enjoyed two dinners there the food was great and everyone we met was very happy. Calling A place for mom was me just inquiring and within a week she now has a home.

My sister and I spent almost an hour with our staff guide. We were told and shown q great a deal about independent living in the facility, including a look at two empty apartments. We saw enough to give us a good idea of what was available there.

I am especially impressed with the responsiveness of the staff. When I have questions or concerns, the staff responds very quickly to me. I would absolutely recommend to others.

They are friendly and take care of their residents well. We have had no issues since being there. Yes, we would recommend Fieldstone Memory Care Puyallup to others

Heatherwood has been a miracle for my sister when we first placed her there she was doing very little. she had had surgery. That was very hard on her. She wasn't able to really do anything except scoot around her apartment. No one was really there to monitor her much and our decision to put in your Heatherwood. It's been the best thing that ever happened to her she is thriving beautifully. She has so many friends. She is taking such good care of herself. They are absolutely taking every one of her needs and meeting them amazingly. I wish we had done this sometime ago. The activities that Heatherwood has available and the visits that they make so many different businesses in the general area keep the residence hopping, and [name removed] is so busy. She hasn't got the time to talk to me as often as I wish she could, but that makes my heart very happy. Everyone that has a need for a safe, friendly and happy environment. Needs to check into Heatherwood Senior living.

Heatherwood is a wonderful home for anyone looking to live independently in a vibrant community setting. The staff are truly the heart of this community — they are kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. You can tell they know the residents personally and go out of their way to make everyone feel cared for and included. The food is also excellent. Meals are fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced, with plenty of variety and options. Overall, I feel very grateful for Heatherwood. It’s a warm, welcoming place where both the staff and the food exceed expectations.

The service from nursing staff has been first rate as well as housekeeping, laundress, ,and special kudos to [name removed] who gave us the tour and got my brother settled in. Dining room spotless, excellent service, food very good and hot when you receive it. My bother loves it there.

My mom has lived here for almost a year now. They provided excellent care, are very communicative, and the food and activities are great! We are very happy with the love shown for my mom by all the caregivers and staff there.

Fieldstone is a warm and welcoming home away from home. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There are activities to keep resident bust and interacting. Definitely one of my favorite facilities.

Fieldstone excels in all aspects of care for people with memory disabilities. Caregivers are patient and kind. The facility and resident rooms are always kept clean. Food is very good with a lot of variety and though put in to meal planning. Constant activities provides the residents with opportunities for mental stimulation and recreator . They also have an excellent physical therapy staff.

Positive environment with supporting and loyal co workers. Has great activities and loving environment for residents communication also great between staff.

On a daily basis I enjoy spending time with my residents. I love the atmosphere at my job. Its great in out routine of the day helping them to meals socializing activities. I am happy to work in a great environment.

What we like the most about the community is the friendly residents and the staff. Yes, we would recommend Fieldstone Clear Creek to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff is very caring and know my parents and treat all residents with love and care. They also treat my family with respect and kindness. They love when my kids and my niece and nephew come and are respectful of my sister too. There are lots of activities available but also no pressure to join. Like anywhere food is a challenge but the staff seem open to suggestions and there is a salad bar and alternative menu. Housekeeping is excellent. My parents are safe and happy there and my sister and I are very satisfied with Heatherwood and highly recommend it.

All around Heather wood is a very friendly and welcoming place. It is a pleasure to walk in and feel the warmth and welcoming presence of the front desk staff. The dining servers are very pleasant to all. However I experienced as a guest one server who absolutely did not like me. She made it quite obvious. I did ignore her attitude , she could not even pretend to be nice. This is isolated towards myself. I do not wish to name her as I'm sure the staff will be informed. You asked. Over all as I said Heather wood is a great place. I am pleased my brother is there and he likes his home and he considers the other residents as family. He enjoys the activities and the fact that he can get his haircut without going out.

The care and compassion they show to all their patients is amazing. I've observed them and the level of patience each of the caregivers show to their charges. The facility is always clean and well maintained. There is no obvious signs of neglect in patient care.

This is an excellent facility with great food and caring staff. I stayed for 31 days while my primary caregiver was traveling, and I felt welcomed by both residents and staff. The other residents were engaging and interesting. The staff helped me to meet other residents, as I am blind and wouldn't know who was around me. The recreation director was outstanding. He helped me to find many delightful activites that I could participate in, and helped me to engage with others.

The staff is very helpful.. they just started meetings on Alzheimer's for family & residents which is real helpful.. my mother in law loves the option of the bar & the restaurant food is good. There are cookies n snack for residents they can access throughout the day.. they have fun excursions, and activities. They keep us informed very well too..

They are very kind, caring, and attentive. Every one we checked was to expensive but this one was better for the money. I like them a lot. They are very caring and it's not too crowded.

My experience has been excellent in all ways. The care service and friendliness of all has been more than I could have hoped. For activities provided are well thought out and fun. The kindness shown to all residents given with respect and concern for each person's dignity is evident always.
