During my visits with my cousin I have been impressed with the professional attitude of the staff towards her. They also project a friendly and personal relationship in all their dealings with her. First name bases and a smile go a long way in effective interaction.

This community is beautiful!! It’s clean and smells good!!! The activities are entertaining, fun and keep the residents interacting while using their gross and fine motor skills. The staff is friendly and attentive. The front desk staff are helpful and greet you as soon as you come in. I’ve been very impressed with this facility.

Very caring staff Beautiful grounds Wonderful apartments and amenities. Our apartment is a little bigger. One bedroom and a den. It is updated or renovated nicely. Cleaned weekly.

I have a peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, in a secure environment. She has been well cared for and I have no complaints regarding care, service meals or anything else that they provide. The family orientation agreement that we made the right decision to place her here. We are very pleased.

Mom has adjusted pretty well since coming here in Feb. Between Covid and moms meds, we finally got her situated.

I feel my mother is in a safe environment at Fieldstone. Her needs are met at a time in life. Where her mind body have failed her.

I am very happy with the care that my mother received at Fieldstone. The staff is excellent and the facility is very clean and organized.

Facility is clean and orderly, staff is caring and supportive. Admin is helpful and informative. Activities are good but unfortunately affected by Covid. Food appearance is good.

Great, loving care for our sister. She was somewhere else, and we are so happy we moved her here.

They take great care of our mom, and she's adapting, but she likes to go places, but hasn't driven in 20 years. She's used to more activity. I'd like them to have more activities outside the fieldstone location.. The staff are wonderful, helpful & have been very accommodating.. we struggled with aid of finding doctor, dentist eye doctor, when we moved my mom in law. Still working through some of it..

My friend lived there from [date removed] until [date removed] When she passed away. The staff seemed friendly the unit and facility seemed clean and nice.

Very lively atmosphere in the dining room at mealtime. Lots of menu choices. They have activities and shopping trips daily. No medical staff or shower assistance. They do notify me if my mom seems to be ill or "off" in some way that is concerning. I would recommend them highly as long as resident can get themselves around the building.

Overall we are very happy with our decision to move my mother-in-law to Fieldstone. The facility is top notch and feels more like a nice apartment complex than an assist living facility. The staff has been excellent and the other residents are very friendly. There were some initial issues getting her meds correct but I think that was because her medication needs were changing and a time lag getting the right information from Kaiser. I highly recommend Fieldstone.

They work with you through issues if you have any. Always get back to me in a timely manner.

I would say that Fieldstone promotes and demonstrates community. I appreciate that the staff treat my family as if they are family members. The only thing I recommend is if they could become a Medicaid facility. They have so many facilities they could at least identify one as Medicaid.

Highly recommend for memory care. Friendly staff that truest care. There are activities for the residents that even include family events - Easter egg hunts, Halloween, etc. Location and costs were of course a factor. Having experience with them now, I wouldn't hesitate to use them. You can't put a price on peace of mind.

Everyone is attentive to the resident. The staff actually take time to listen to the residents regarding any concerns they have. My mom chose to only tour Heatherwood. We took it as a sign from God and my late dad that she needed to move because one of the available apartments was the same as the house number she lived in for 45 years. It's been the best thing for her.

I've never seen happier residents in a senior living community before. The amount of residents who have amazing things to say about the Heatherwood community and the staff is very uplifting. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a good quality of life in an independent living community.
