The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is incredible - very caring with great follow through. To me Fieldstone at the standard that I will look for should we need assisted living in the future.

This has been a great place for my parents. The staff is attentive, the food is good and I like that there is a staff member available 24/7. They have a one bedroom unit that feels like it is big enough. The housekeepers do great work. We would highly recommend Heatherwood.

For me, it was great. My mother does not want to go back because she thinks she does not have memory issues (she does, but not as bad as many of those staying there), and she was frustrated that she could not talk to the other residents because most of them had high memory loss. The place always seemed clean to me. I heard no complaints on this from my mother. The staff were always nice, friendly, and helpful to me. My mother complained that they did not always believe her - she lost two pillows there, complete with pillow cases. We eventually got the pillow cases back, but not the pillows, when I asked. They did not believe her that she had brought them with her. From what I saw, the quality of care was good. My mother has 5 eyedrops she takes at night, this takes me over 20 minutes to dispense … she would complain that it would take up to two hours at the facility, because the caregiver would give her a drop, go tend to someone else, and then return for the next drop, rather than stay by her side the whole time. Mom told me the food was good. I don't know what activities were offered. I do know that there was a birthday party for another resident that my mother didn't attend because she was not specifically invited, so she thought that meant that she should not attend. It was expensive for the care, but I had peace of mind while I traveled. It was worth it for me, but my mother does not want to go back to this facility because it is a memory care, and she does not have high memory loss. She was frustrated when she told them what medicines she took when, and they did not believe her. My mother's objections to the place I think have more to do with her personal limitations which she refuses to recognize.

Our mother is very happy at Fieldstone. The staff are very nice and they take really good care mom. If I have any issues or concerns. I let them know and they take care of it right away.

Very inviting. clean, lot of activities outside is very pretty and maintained, supplies for residents are available. Dementia and Alzheimer's. Nice place to live with other people when away from home and family.

I needed a place that evening and this place was decided upon by group of family and friends for it's cleanliness, size, activities offered, service aid to Alzheimer's residents. I have found it meets my needs.

I have been working for Fieldstone for 2 years now. I love everyone I work with we are all a team, we take care of one another as well as the residents. Being able to work everyday with my residents is truly a blessing, they bring so much joy and happiness. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

This was a problem that came upon my family rather quickly and unexpectedly. The staff made communication easy and provided a lot of information. Without being pushy and allowed access to tour the facility. Its more spacious and cleaner than others we toured. If there has been an issue with my mother since moving in, we have been promptly advised. I would recommend this location for anyone's family member in need.

Mom's diagnosis came on suddenly, so we had to scramble for a care facility. Though the cost may be more than others, my brother and I are pleased with the care and attention mom is receiving. The staff is so kind, and responsive and if she needs medical care, it's available without her even needing to live. I do wish there were more outside areas available but you caring do so much on a hill. We would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for memory care for a loved one.

During my visits with my cousin I have been impressed with the professional attitude of the staff towards her. They also project a friendly and personal relationship in all their dealings with her. First name bases and a smile go a long way in effective interaction.

This community is beautiful!! It’s clean and smells good!!! The activities are entertaining, fun and keep the residents interacting while using their gross and fine motor skills. The staff is friendly and attentive. The front desk staff are helpful and greet you as soon as you come in. I’ve been very impressed with this facility.

Very caring staff Beautiful grounds Wonderful apartments and amenities. Our apartment is a little bigger. One bedroom and a den. It is updated or renovated nicely. Cleaned weekly.

I have a peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, in a secure environment. She has been well cared for and I have no complaints regarding care, service meals or anything else that they provide. The family orientation agreement that we made the right decision to place her here. We are very pleased.

Mom has adjusted pretty well since coming here in Feb. Between Covid and moms meds, we finally got her situated.

I feel my mother is in a safe environment at Fieldstone. Her needs are met at a time in life. Where her mind body have failed her.

Facility is clean and orderly, staff is caring and supportive. Admin is helpful and informative. Activities are good but unfortunately affected by Covid. Food appearance is good.

Great, loving care for our sister. She was somewhere else, and we are so happy we moved her here.
