Our mother-in-law has been here since [date removed] They have done an excellent job taking care of her and having 24/7 security to keep her safe. it gives us peace of mind, that she is cared for.

Always been pleasant. Friendly caregivers. Needs seem to be met.

We are very pleased with the care my mom has received. Everyone is professional and friendly. My mom has never once said a negative word on her care or how she has been treated. It is a family feel setting.

[name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]were amazing to our mom and family yesterday as we transitioned her into memory care from our home. They facilitate the move with care, compassion, understanding, and choreographed the move in with expertise and skill. Fieldstone is a beautiful, homey facility with many activities and opportunities for socialization for those with dementia and Alzheimer's. Highly recommend these fantastic caregivers and wonderful facility!

Very caring, people oriented staff. They do care about the residents and ensuring they are safe, comfortable and feel at home. They have built a true community with caring staff, outings and activities, special visitors and other events. There is a coffee shop and availability to get a some things from the cafe anytime and a menu of items during meals. They are currently helping me maneuver through some issues with hospice and have even been very helpful with that.

I have had a wonderful experience at Heatherwood Senior Living. The staff and residents are very nice and helpful. I enjoy the activities and food they offer here. I would recommend the community to others, and encourage you to take a tour to see the wonderful community.

I thought that the staff was very friendly at this facility. The food seemed fine, but I only ate there one time. My loved one didn't really get into the activities, so the rating on those is based off of my impression. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I was really disheartened to read the negative reviews and have to wonder at the maturity and motivation of the authors. I have a family member who works at Fieldstone. She has a heart for service and loves her residents. She has a great relationship with her management team and her coworkers. When I recently needed to find a place for my Mom to live, I toured Fieldstone. I have toured just about every assisted living facility in the county over the past few years due to the needs of another family member. Not only was the facility and the amenities offered, well above anything else I’ve seen, I was impressed more by the residents themselves. I was approached by several during our tour and have come to meet many others since my Mom moved in. The residents are the best testimony to how a facility is run. I’ve heard nothing but positive comments from the lovely people who live at Fieldstone, including my Mom. She has been welcomed by her neighbors and staff alike. Highly recommended.

Overall experience lovely facility. All public areas well maintained. But [name removed] room was often in need of vacuuming and no toilet paper ,toilet needed cleaning and missing toilet paper. Since staff and patients each had bouts of COVID I'm inclined to rate higher than some would. Friendliness of staff. That's where your facility shines. I've enjoyed your staff, friendly and helpful 5+ Quality of care. Each CC are given was so caring of patients never short of patience. [name removed] is very hard to please food wise but what I tasted was better than hospital food so [name removed] is also a reclusive so decided to participate but what I saw coming and going we're excellent. Value for co. As a business woman I am aware of what overhead and workers benefits cost. Cheaper often translates to less of all seven. As there population of seniors grows exponentially families need to be more understanding. I often chat with closed off patients and wish them a happy day.

Very friendly staff. Mom seems to have no complaints about the food and what I've seen looks pretty good. Plenty of activities, I just wish mom would participate in more to get her out of her room more. Of course it's expensive, but I've heard there are more expensive places. With that being said, I really have no complaints about the cost. The most important thing is that she is in a safe place and is well taken care of and gets fed well.

I loved it. It was a newer community. They had a movie theatre. The rooms were gorgeous. They had a beautiful dining area, and a nice food menu. The only thing was, they did not offer the Medicais spend down.

I have lived here for six years, and can't think of anything that has irritated me. My son and I visited many communities and chose Stafford because everyone was so nice and my apartment has a mountain view.

This is a pretty nice community. The people, area, and food make this a good place for my loved one. The staff communication has been good with the family. There are three meals a day, and there is a menu for the residents to order from. There are lots of choices to choose from in the dining room or snack area. There is transportation for the residents to go to doctor appointments or outings.

We toured with Heatherwood and really liked the facility. The downfall was they did not have any outside access and my parents have a small dog that needs to be let outside often!

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones, as long as the loved one doesn't need medical assistance. The community doesn't provide this type of care. The staff communication has been good with the family when we have questions. There are three meals a day served, and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

They communicate well. They have been very friendly. I would recommend to other families.
