They are the best- the staff is wonderful and went all out to greet me. Apartment is everything re: size, cleanliness, activities, love the complex.

Lots of fun activities are offered by the management that allow you to get to know your neighbors. I have made some good friends and have found a girlfriend. If you want a good community experience, move here. They even have some free breakfasts and happy hours.

The Compass at Springdale Park is quite near all the shopping. The staff is great and the place is clean. The apartments are nice and comfortable. I would recommend this community to others.

5 absolutely. The facility was absolutely beautiful with activities and amenities included that would support active lifestyle. The only reason I didn't choose the facility is my brother is on Disability and has a fixed income if they are ever able to offer reduced rental or income based I would definitely be interested

Like: The people. [name removed] is the greatest. He always has time and is very helpful. The residents are also super I feel like I belong. Don't like : required to subscribe to Comcast TV every month.

The staff at Compass is so welcoming and friendly. They genuinely get excited to help the residents and welcome them with open arms. When I went to visit the property after my mom moved in the property manager greeted me with a hug and a smile. I knew then this was the right place for mom. I will say [name removed] the maintenance technician is so friendly and will work all day non stop if he has to for the needs of the residents however it's unfair and causes burn out and sub par work. The maintenance team needs to be expanded. The HVAC unit was not working upon move in and needed to be charged up which couldn't be done till two days after move in which made it very difficult to get settled right away since it's already very very hot outside.

The staff that I’ve met so far does a good job in providing all my needs. By being a new complex there are some things they are working on. It’s a nice and pleasant neighborhood and the people I’ve met so far are kind and friendly. I recommend The Compass at Springdale for those who wish to retire in a pleasant environment.
