Navarre Gardens has been a great place for my dad. We had to find a place for him quickly and they were really friendly and efficient helping us with the process. He likes being able to take the shuttle when he needs to and loves getting 3 good meals a day! Love that they have “field trips” too! He needed a place to stay active and help him when he needed. Thank you!

My husband and I have been residents at Navarre Gardens for 3 years and we made the right choice. They do most everything for one price,if your care increases your price does not. The staff are kind and compassionate,take time to listen,give a hug,or share a laugh.We feel safe and well loved here. Our Director truly cares and goes the extra mile to make sure we have our needs met,if you reach out to her she always responds. We have transportation to lunch outings,stores and appts. etc. I appreciate church services,young people that visit and a courtyard we can plant flowers etc. My opinion is just take the time to visit,get to know us and become part of our family.

Great place for your family member. Great staff and amazing management. They were so kind to us and helpful. Thanks to the amazing staff members who helped my grandma and I while we were there. It was a great place to see

The staff is very friendly and understanding of the residents needs. The cleaning staff does an excellent job and are there for last minute unexpected cleanups I will ABSOLUTELY recommend them!!!

Our Director [name removed] is 100% involved with the residents...also nice having transportation to doctors appointments...drivers are caring and so helpful. My husband was really sick in the hospital and [name removed] called to check on him and visited him, very caring. During covid the measures they took to protect us was wonderful. We have a nice center courtyard and some of us plant flowers etc. It is bright and clean, we have been here for 2 years. When we moved in there was no entrance fee or charging by levels of care...one flat rate...they have increased rent only once. They also take care of my loved ones meds and they have physical therapy etc. Also, we have a pastor that comes once a week, and therapy dogs too. You make of living here your own happiness, meaning some stay in their rooms, others get involved and make friends. The only improvement would be the food. This home has been such a blessing to us. I have peace of mind and to me that is priceless. In some ways, we feel like family. It is an adjustment of course, but you always do what is best for your loved one.

We really love Navarre Gardens. The staff are so kind and compassionate. Not just to the residents, but to family as well. They made exceptions to some of the visitors rules for us when my Grandma was in poor health. They let me know about changes to her medication when Hospice didn't keep us in the loop (I was the Healthcare surrogate, changing nurses when she moved was a... transition). The staff talk to the residents on a personal level, learn their interests, and even help new residents make friends.

Navarre Gardens is a great place. We chose this facility at the time because of the location and it was a fairly new facility. They also had plenty of rooms open and the price was the best we could find. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend them.

I’ve had nothing but a good experience while living here. The staff is good and able to answer all of my questions. The food they serve is nutritious and there are lots of options to choose from. They have a few different activities available like cards, crafts, and trips. The facility is brand new and is very clean. I would absolutely recommend them.

The food always looks good. There are a lot of residents there that are still very active and go out in the community in the van. I like that they get my loved one up and help her each morning. She likes to sit up front where everything is going on. She does not play Bingo but will participate in church when they have it and some active sitting games. The staff have always been kind to my loved one.

It just takes a little time for the staff to get to know each resident and for the residents to get to know the staff, so my advice to others would be to give it some time to adjust.

We chose Navarre Gardens because they do everything for one price. The price does not increase even if your care increases. The room sizes here are decent for one person. They provide a lot of activities for the residents so there is a lot going on. It is in a really convenient location and right near everything, only 5 minutes from the beach. My mom loves it here and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Navarre Gardens North had the feel of a nursing home. And for assisted living, that was kind of depressing. There weren't really any activities or anything. We kept our tour short - it was clear right away this wasn't what we were looking for. But I will say that it seemed economical for folks looking for more of a nursing home.

Navarre Gardens North is a horrific place, I pulled my mom out of here. I have never in my life experienced a place like this. I tell everyone I know to not put their loved ones in this facility. I talked to others who had experience here and they said the place has gone downhill badly. The director does not call you back at all. I would never recommend them to others. It was an awful experience.
