Facility is gorgeous and has nice outside areas. And very clean. All staff seem happy and helpful. Lots of activities and events.

Waterford at Decatur is in a nice area of east Decatur, GA. Not a lot of traffic and easy to get to. Small but still spacious, it’s a smaller community that is ideal for people who need this sort of care. Very clean and rooms were a decent size. The director was very friendly and informative.

My mom absolutely loves it there. She has a beautiful 1 bedroom with a den with balcony. She's so busy with activities I can barely get her on the phone. Family is so pleased she is somewhere safe and she is happy.

Wonderful place. Caring people. When we are ready, we will consider this facility. Rooms are small but look sufficient. Many amenities are included. Lots of opportunities for socialization. They really took their time explaining and answering our questions

When we need to move a loved one into a memory care facility, sometimes we don't what to expect. When I moved my mom into The Wellington, I was one who wasn't what to expect. What I discovered is that the staff truly cares for the residents and tries to get to know them so they know how to provide for them in the best way possible. We are not perfect people, neither should we expect perfection out of others, but we can try to meet people's needs. This is exactly what The Wellington does. They did their best to meet my mom's needs and for that, our family is truly grateful.

[Name removed] is the best. It seems like she’s always working. She is not just care giver to a family member, she has become family. [Name Removed] keeps us continually updated . We live out of town and that gives us comfort. We love her

I have been so happy since I moved in last year. Everyone here is so nice and caring. Residents will help each other out and everyone is your friend. This is the best move I have ever made except for my marriage. Everything is great here and so much is taken care of for me that I get to just enjoy my time with my friends.

The only negative was that they do not have a nurse on staff 24 hours a day. We were given the impression that they did have 24 hour nursing care. This did not affect the care that my sister received, but it did affect reimbursement from her long-term care insurance.

We placed my mom there in July, 2025. She could no longer live alone and needed assistance. She will be 98 in April. If you ever have concerns or issues they are addressed immediately and tended to. A couple of the aides go above and beyond to care for mom. You can tell they love what they do. I am blessed to live close and visit often. The director is amazing as well! Food is probably moms biggest complaint. Overall great caring people.

Care providers like [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and many others are very caring and have gotten to know [name removed]'s needs quickly.

All 5's really. We are happy with them. The people are nice, the facility is lovely, the food is decent.

I recently had the pleasure of touring The Waterford Assisted Living Facility in Ridgeland, MS, and I must say the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what truly made the visit special was the outstanding tour provided by [name removed]. [name removed] was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and warm. She took her time walking me through the entire community, answering every question thoroughly and making sure I understood the services, amenities, and level of care residents receive. Her compassion and genuine passion for helping families find the right place for their loved ones was evident in every conversation. What stood out most was the atmosphere. The Waterford felt less like a facility and more like a vibrant community where residents can feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. The staff appeared attentive and engaged, and the environment was both elegant and inviting.

We are thrilled about all of it!! The quality of care he's getting is great as well as how the staff is helping him. Dad seems happy with he food and care as well. Overall we're very happy we chose Waterford.
