I cannot say enough wonderful things about the assistant living home where my mom resides. From the moment she moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for. The level of compassion and attention they show each resident is exceptional, and it gives our family so much peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. The facility itself is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. The meals are nutritious ,well-prepared and delicious! There are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged, social, and active. The residence are very friendly and had welcome my mom with open arms. Communication with our family has also been excellent. We are kept informed and always feel welcome when we visit. It truly feels like an extension of home rather than just a care facility. They have exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are incredibly grateful.

Staff have been a 5 to work with. The room & facility is a 5 as is the food. They keep the grounds, rooms, and hallways a 5. They have activities but more group activities around the Sabres games would be awesome. Fan based love for the Bandits and Sabres is no apparent. I felt the staff was really helpful in the initial tour and with the documentation. I wish my dad would have been willing to check them out to begin with but he was set on staying in Cheektowaga. The assisted living set up is easier to meet others, but I hoping he will make some friends in the next month. There was more staff encouragement to attend activities at Peregrine. That would be the only area of concern at this time.

My mom enjoyed her 2 week respite stay. Staff and everyone that works there super kind and friendly. They even put a bit of decor in her room for her short stay. Her only "complaints" were that food is catered in so a few times not super hot. As for activities it was things like cards and Bingo which are not her thing. However my hubby and I were thrilled with her care there while we vacationed without being worried about her. I highly recommend them and would love to have her stay there again in future!

Yall have been very accommodating and understanding of my mom and myself. It's been a hard transition for her and myself and I really appreciate the support yall give.

I moved into this complex a year ago. I have been very pleased. The staff is great. They go out of their way to mae you feel at home. The housekeeping does an excellent job. I have been very happy with the desk clerks.

I live in another state. When I email the director about my mom's status I always get a fairly prompt response. I am contacted when my mom needs supplies. There is a physician practice that Wellington recommended and I am very happy with the care they provide my mom.

Already done! It was a pleasure visiting with a resident I hadn't seen in a number of years! That was my primary purpose of visiting the facility! I found her just as expected and she appeared to be somewhere content and happy! She looks great and her living quarters was somewhat decent and I felt like there were things that could've been different however I do understand given the circumstances! It's nearly impossible to keep her apartment or any other completely organized! The main objective her is the fact that she couldn't possibly maintain her home pior to relocating to this facility so therefore you accept situations such as they are! The location is convenient especially if she wants to go out beyond the living quarters! She appears to be comfortable and the I do believe that the Summit Team accommodate all of her needs from her ADL'S and beyond! Seeing the Physical Therapy department to the left of the campus upon entrance is uplifting, inspiring as well as encouraging! P.Y.,MG

I love my apartment, the food, and it's good value for what I pay compated to what I paid at another facility. Nice staff.

As a new occupational therapist I've already been so impressed by the incredible staff and welcoming residents. The residents bring so much personality making this community feel special right away.

We toured Waterford at Creekside for my mom. We are very interested in this facility as it is cheerful, safe, clean, friendly! The tour guide was very helpful with letting us see the home mom in which mom would reside. He answered our questions and was knowledgeable about how to help mom get ready for the change. Thank you for all you have done to help us.

The staff here is fantastic. Anytime I call on them they are ready to help. And, the food is great.

I [Name removed] has dementia, my brain is off and on. I repeat thinghs over and over. I have to rely on my caregivers with my medications. I cant drive my truck anymore. But staff will go to to the grocery store for extra things I want and my chew.

The Oaks was a very pleasant place to visit for the initial visit. The staff was knowledgeable and conversation was easy. We chose The Oaks for the new home of our friend. Move one was smooth and we have found everyone to be very helpful and congenial. Our friend has acclimated well and seems to be enjoying her new life at The Oaks. The variety of activities available have been a great addition to making her transition an easy one. The food and amenities have been more than adequate. It has proven to be a great fit and we appreciate your support in helping us find this place.

Facility: lovely, well maintained and clean. Great service. Excellent aides, kind and helpful; admin and activity leader engaged and helpful - good people all around. It is expensive. I worry about the company change, we'll just have to see how it shakes out- fingers crossed. Some nice outdoor spaces on grounds. proximity to the lake, but not easily accessible to those with mobility problems unless wheeled by someone

Great staff and they are always up beat! Very helpful and great with mom. The staff always keeps us informed if there are any issues with mom and if there are things that they may need to keep mom comfortable. Rooms are clean and comfortable for mom. Overall a good experience.
