After personally visiting several places, Crown Pointe appeared to be "alive"! Bright lights, activities with lots a residents and staff participating. Clean and inviting. [name removed] wanted something bright, the apartment did not disappoint. Paint and carpet in coordinating shades of gray. Great size living area and bedroom; walk in closet that could be used as an office; adequate closet space in BR and bathroom. She's been there almost four full months and any small issues have been addressed immediately. And what also made Crowne Point attractive was the price point, $[removed]a month cheaper than any other quote. I rate Crown Pointe a 5 on all areas. I would recommend the community to others.

I have lived here a little over 2 1/2 years and I like it very much and I think very fondly of Brookridge and the staff is wonderful. They're highly trained and so gracious and helpful and I have no criticism. The residents are pleasant too so actually I have no criticism at all!

Good afternoon, the first thing I can say about living at Brookridge/Sonida Living is when you get here the staff is wonderful. Anyone on management is very helpful and all of their department staffing is very willing to help with anything. The next thing I suppose is food and the food is really good! The soups are wonderful and such a good variety. You also make a lot of friends. That's a good part about living here is the friendships!

I like living at Brookridge because it's a very pleasant and calming environment. I like the food. The food is served when I want it and it's very quiet for the most part and there's no ruckus happening at night so I can sleep. There are many interesting activities which I enjoy participating in!

My mom lives here and is the happiest I’ve seen her in years. The staff loves her like she’s their family and now we love them like they’re ours! They constantly make sure their people are happy, safe, and healthy. I’m forever thankful for the love they give my momma! I recommend 100%!!!

My mom fell in love with the Waterford at Shavano Park. We have reserved her an apartment and are working on getting her there. The staff was so nice and friendly. The facility is welcoming, clean and smells nice (a big thing for me) and inviting. The residents we saw seemed very happy, joyful, comfortable and were nice.

I recently visited Southern Meadows assisted living as a possibility for a family member. The facility is super clean and all of the staff from the nurses to the kitchen staff was amazing.

This community is excellent. The food is great and the staff is all very friendly. The rooms are very cleanly and neat.This place is perfect for your loved ones, my mother loves it here and adores the housekeepers. Definitely recommend!!!

Staffing very warm and knowledgeable about the needs of my mom. [name removed], the director of the memory care unit is wonderful. The unit is clean and the residents appear clean as well.

I've been here for two years by the end of October. I like the food so much. The food is excellent. I made a lot of friends because everybody is always smiling and happy (the residents and the workers.)

Outstanding staff and facility. What a wonderful place! They really go out of their way to make my loved one feel comfortable and ‘at home’ as possible. The sales & marketing director was very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about her work. 10/10!

I've been here for almost 2 years and I am amazed and very happy that the people here at Brookridge takes such good care of me. I'm at this point still fairly independent and but they do take care of all the other little quirks along the way, they are pleasant and they frequently have activities as well as music for all of us to share, and I like that the most of all.

The staff and facilities are top notch. I have no worries while my mom is living there. She is well taken care of and watched 24/7. The building and apartments are clean and there is lots of open space for residents to visit. It’s a very safe environment.

This facility provides exceptional care for your loved ones. The staff, including maintenance are very friendly and can’t do enough to meet each individual’s needs. Lots of activities to choose from so plenty to do. Very caring and open to new ideas when presented.

My Mom has been a resident since June, 2026. She has adjusted really well and has made herself an active part of the resident community. She is active and takes several walks around the beautiful grounds every day. After a difficult year for our family, we are so grateful to have found Brookridge Heights.

Everyone has been very professional, patient and caring. They are taking excellent care of their guests. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

In memory care there doesn't seem to be any activities together in or out of the ward except eating and watching tv. The employees work very hard for the residents, and all are very kind. Haven't had an issue with a single person working there. They ALL go above and beyond, and listen when I have questions or concerns. I have a new job and my new boss's sister is a resident in the same facility in memory care with my dad. We both work about 45 minutes away from the facility and there is another facility less than a mile away. We both agree it's the best in the area.

It's a little pricey but manageable for now , over all the rest is very enjoyable

Overall, the experience at Park Place has been positive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is well-maintained, clean and the apartments are a comfortable size.
