The staff is very attentive to the residents needs. Management is very aware of their staff and there actions. Any new personell are watch very closely to make sure they understand the standards and that resident are #1 when it comes to treatment. They are quick to eliminate anyone that does not keep that standard. The dining area and the chef's are First class. The meals are very well prepared and; they taste great. There are always choices for the residents to choose from on the menu. We eat there often with Mom to make her feel whole. The staff encourages and makes everyone feel welcome & like family.

The Addison and particularly,[Name Removed], the sales Director has been extremely helpful and engaging with my clients. They are quick to respond to questions and have a lovely community. I always enjoy my visits to The Addison.

Enjoyed the very thorough tour. Felt questions were limited because they understood what we were looking for and had thought of them before we could ask. Brochures were excellent and let us review the costs and events later. Lovely small town community.

Everyone smiles and greets you in the hallways. Mom has become very active in the activities. And she is getting the therapy she needs.

We toured a number of assisted living residences before choosing one for our mother. Mom and our family are so pleased that we choose the Waterford. It was just the right size for mom and our family. The staff is able to give personal service and treats residents with dignity and respect. I have and will continue to recommend the Waterford to anyone that is contemplating a move to assisted living.

I enjoyed the tour. Loved the whole place. Still looking at other places, but this is top of list.

The memory care wing has terrible rooms for residents. Shared rooms have no doors for privacy. Was very disappointed to see the residents just sitting in wheelchairs with no stimulation or activities.

The person we met with thoroughly answered our questions and helped us decide what would be best for our loved one. We came in thinking Assisted Living but left feeling confident memory care, named Magnolia Trails, will be best. The layout of the facility for both sides was well planned. We were especially impressed with how Magnolia Trails had colored light switch covers, toilet lids, plates, and other things. This helps the resident with Alzheimer’s as their ability to distinguish colors goes away even though their vision does not. For example, mashed potatoes on a white plate are “invisible”, but can be seen on a blue or red plate. The staff were friendly to us as we walked around. When we were leaving they were serving lunch. It looked and smelled as delicious as a restaurant meal! We are looking forward to our loved one living here.

Feels like home. Good sized apartments and good value for the money. Their menus look terrific, staff was wonderful. Viewed many seniors taking part in a music drumming demonstration and they looked like they were having a great time. I also love that they have a memory care option and accept the PACE program as well. They were renovating/repairing the entry area due to burst pipes but the rest of the building was great.

The people who work there were very friendly. The facility is nice and just the right size building for my Dad. Not too big and not too small. And they have a pool table which is a necessity for him.

The staff has been great getting my family member adjusted. We appreciate all of their efforts.

It was a great experience touring. We went back a few times before deciding, and they were all so wonderful and patient with us. We had many questions and they were all answered with completion and kindness. The marketing director is phenomenal!! My mom will be moving in soon. We visited many facilities and found this to be the perfect fit. A Place For Mom has been so extremely helpful!

I was very impressed with this facility and our tour. The staff we met were friendly and the community seemed to have a very positive, healthy feeling. A definite top contender for our Mom.

Everyone was very helpful. Maintenance found a bed frame for dad, we only had to buy a mattress. Reception was always friendly and willing to help in anyway. He enjoyed the food and the activities. He made friends and was interactive. Overall, a great experience.

My son has been there since 2024 after having a devastating left brain stroke in 2023. He has thrived there and is about a mile from the condo he used to live in. His group of long time friends gather often at the condo and include him almost weekly, and he has thrived at the Wellington. The grounds are spacious and allow him to take long walks weather permitting. He has a private porch that he uses during the warmer months. The food is good as well.

I thought they were helpful and it was a nice facility. They answered all the questions I had and showed me around. It was nice to see others interacting and I liked the fact that meals were not cafeteria style but they bring the food to the table. They seem to have plenty of activities long standing staff and it was clean. A very good atmosphere

I don't eat there or join in activities because I don't live there, my mother does. According to my mother, the food is good, the activities are fun, the people are helpful and friendly (staff), the room is a good size for one person, she enjoys being there as a resident.
