The staff is always welcoming. The facility is very clean. My mom has a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a patio. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

Friendly was able to get a tour the next day. Waiting on reply of placement. Need to call several times.

Super tour, friendly residents, very clean and lovely facility. The Residents Coordinator did a great job of explaining all the amenities and showing me the unit where my mother would be staying. Her office was soothing. She had lovely art work with a touch ofJesus surrounding her office, not overwhelming but reassuring that thus facility or at least, she has a connection with a Higher Power. Very comforting.

As a family member of a resident at Brookridge, I’m thankful for the dedicated and caring staff. My Mom is and happy and cared for. There are ample opportunities to be involved with activities and make new connections and friendships. [name removed] and her staff do an outstanding job and it is appreciated. I’d recommend Brookridge without hesitation to anyone looking for a caring environment for a loved one.

The staff has been very helpful, I have been here 5 years. When I need help with technology, they are there to assist. They are very sensitive to the kind of help older people need. I appreciate it a lot.

Very secure, very comfortable. I have been here since February and have enjoyed my experience at The Waterford. It's very clean and overall very caring staff. I definitely recommend it here. I am very happy.

The staff is friendly, diligent & on top of things . The facility is clean . A variety of activities daily, along with outside activities. In house doctor/nurses are great . My loved one is in a studio room which has a large bathroom with roll in shower , a kitchenette consisting of sink , full size frig & cupboards . I stock him up on evening snacks, etc . Some larger suites have little outdoor private balconies arts for your person to set up a chair for some fresh air . The dining facility I think is what sold me , restaurant style set up along with individual choices per meal & service . The grounds are nice with an outdoor gazebo& covered patio areas .

My Daughter and I were looking at potential places for my eldest sister to live, and we were blown away by The Waterford at Plano. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and the food was delicious. We toured an apartment with a patio which was very nice and spacious. The tour guide was very nice and helpful. She even showed us the assisted living side should we ever need that as well. It is nice to know that if my sister needed to move over to the assisted living, she would still be in the same building. We are definitely considering this option for her. I have attended multiple events at Brookridge as well as visiting the facility for work related reasons and have always been so impressed with my interaction with both staff and residents. It truly is like one big happy family!

My mom has been at Brookridge for a year and a half. These are the things I personally have noticed: 1. Her health has improved, shes not falling all the time 2. Her nutrition is much better and her blood pressure and sugar levels have improved. 3. Her social well being is better. She is definitely not lonely and enjoys lots of activities. She also is treated like family and she is now the Brookridge Ambassador! As a resident guest Im always greeted like family too. Everyone is very kind!

The staff does a wonderful job engaging the residents and visitors too. Place is clean amd tidy. They have scheduled events that residents engage in daily. Seems like a great place.

I recently toured the community and was incredibly impressed by everything it has to offer. There is such a wonderful variety of activities and amenities, with plenty of opportunities to stay active, social, and engaged. The restaurant-style dining options were especially impressive—the food looked amazing, and the variety felt much more like a great restaurant than traditional community dining. The entire community felt welcoming, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed. And I have to say, my tour guide was pretty great too!

A lot of amenities, Social involvement, access to community services, recreational activities, scheduled courtesy transportation, WiFi, housekeeping services, laundry services, etc. A nice senior living to call HOME!!

We recently moved my mom to Brookridge. The rooms were clean and bright. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. My mom has met many wonderful neighbors. She said the food is excellent. They had live music playing on the day she moved in. I am excited for her to have a social life again and still get the care she needs. I recently volunteered to do some activities at the facility with some of the ladies in assisted living. They had a great time chatting and drinking coffee. I can't wait to go back and visit again. The activities lady is also very nice and easy to communicate with.

I came to visit my grandmother in the Assisted Living Side. She was out and about doing crafts with some of the ladies. The facility is nice and clean and decorated for fall. Very welcoming environment. The Nurse and staff in blue shirts are very nice.

My mom has been a resident at Brookridge Heights for almost two years. My mom loves the food and all the daily activities. She especially likes the live music! My mom thinks Brookridge is so fantastic that she is now the resident ambassador! Our family has peace of mind knowing that she is so happy and safe!

Everyone was very welcoming and kind! The facility was clean and well laid out. The activities available to residents looks wonderful as well.

Food rating decreased due to lack of staff in the kitchen but overall meals are otherwise well prepared and tasty. A lot of fun activities daily with excellent bus driver. Apartments are spacious. Overall facility building is well kept and clean.

What a beautiful facility! The apartments, the dining room, the different activity rooms were all bright and welcoming. The courtyard and flowers were beautiful and I’m sure thoroughly enjoyed by residents and families.
