I recently had to move a family member from one room to another at this facility. I I live out of state andwas very thankful to have the assistance and guidance of the Waterford team to make our move as easy and low stress as possible for my family member. The staff here does a great job of communicating needs and requests.

Staff was very helpful and nice. My mom is liking the facility. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

I appreciate the individual care and personal touch of all the workers towards my dad. They go above and beyond. They get to know him and interact in a personal level. I also appreciate that everyone loves my dog when he visits his grandpa, too. Our family is blessed to have such people caring for our dad.

Clean inside, building and grounds nicely kept. Staff seemed to be friendly. Room I looked at was comfortable and quiet.

[name removed] was amazing, knowledgeable, and personable!! She has made this transition for grandmother so much easier. She has truly been a blessing to our family. Laura really knows her stuff and has been extremely helpful.

Southern Meadows was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome and was allowed to ask as many questions as I wanted. My siblings and I are excited our parents chose Southern Meadows.

Family appreciates the excellent care given to our loved one. Everyone who he has come in contact with from Wellness to Maintenance and the Dietary Staff has given the best of care. Keep up the good work.

Great staff and welcoming atmosphere. Very nice community that adores their residents. I would definitely recommend this facility if you are considering moving a loved one to a home.

I was helping a friend find lodging after a hospital stay that made it impossible for her to return to living independently. The Admissions Director, [name removed], was extremely helpful. We were able to make arrangements for my friend to move there. Everyone has been very helpful. The facility is very nice - very well kept - personnel were all friendly and helpful - my friend has a very nice studio apartment - she loves her surroundings and really loves the food! I would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone thinking of moving or helping someone who is thinking of moving.

I give them a 5 on all of them. We have been there for five weeks and I am completely satisfied! I don't think I could have found anything better for my Mom. I am extremely happy and thankful for Northpointe! We were greeted the first day by the most welcoming staff! The director Bebe is amazing! She along with her staff from every area met us at the door with a welcome gift for Mom. The med techs and caregivers are all so compassionate and ready to assist with needs as needed. The dining experience has been great. Food has been a good variety and very appetizing. The facility is clean and inviting. Mom's room is spacious as is her bathroom. I failed to say the activities director Sherry is amazing. She keeps the calendar full of activities for them to participate in as they would like.

I really liked the open spaces for community gatherings. The couple of apartments I saw were nice and roomy. If I decide on independent living, the Wellington will be at the top of my list.

I have Been a mover for 5 years and I’ve never had such a great experience moving someone in this location. Big thank you to all of the staff for helping get new residents moved in!

When we were searching for a place for mom, we visited Marquis Place in Elkhorn NE. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. There is a wide variety of activities for residents. As we toured the facility the director of sales greeted the residents by name and was familiar with what was going on in their lives. It was evident that the residents weren’t just paying customers to her, but that they were people who still had lives to live.

It is just what we needed for my husband. There is a lot of activities going on there. The rooms are comfortable. They treat you well and call you by your name. It is a warm and friendly place. It's always a pleasure to be there for the weekly Happy Hour. We love listening to the music and they always have a great venue for that.

Apartment is nice and spacious! Great and friendly staff! Great you don’t have to cook!

Toured the facility and model rooms. Reviewed different care levels for our loved ones as their needs change. Very nice place!

Room was spacious and clean. Plus having a 1 bedroom vs a studio. More homey. Staff always helpful. Father in law is picky eater but overall seemed to do well with food offered or was offered alternative. He did a few activities and outings but most preferred keeping to himself. Overall positive and would recommend.

The people are nice and it has been a good experience. I do enjoy the food and meals. The caregivers are all nice and they help with my medical needs. I do enjoy Friday happy hours and Wednesday wine down.
