Absolutely wonderful facility but especially the leadership and staff. Lots of updates. Lots of options. Furniture was made available for purchase even.

Waterford is a beautiful place. Each room is equipped with a camera so the staff can monitor the patient 24 hours a day. That sold us.

Amberleigh facility is very well appointed. It seemed clean and free from odor. The residents looked content. I saw them playing bingo and cards. They seemed to be enjoying lunch in the dining room. The rooms were adequate in size and the small courtyard with a gazebo looked welcoming.

[name removed] was wonderful to work with in coordinating my mom's move. The front desk staff are all so kind and helpful. I truly do not have anything negative to report about Summit Point. The one bed one bath apartment with a full kitchen is quite spacious. The amenities are great. A nice variety of things to do.

All are a 5. What we like the most about the community is their professionalism and of the staff. The cottages were clean and spacious. The nursing staff and pharmacy were amazing.

Toured as a possible next step from skilled nursing for my husband. Facility appeared clean, well maintained, and sufficiently staffed. We really like the concept of small group cottages with the opportunity to build community and receive more individual care. Sadly, he is not a candidate for assisted living at this time since he is unable to stand/transfer on his own.

The Wellington is a wonderful place for seniors. Lots of special attraction. [name removed] has been so helpful and amazing to our family. The food is yummy and the chef is very accommodating. The staff is very caring and thoughtful.

For me, my experience was informative, which is what I was looking for. I have not lived in an apartment for 50 years, so transitioning to apartment living is going to be difficult for me. As for value of cost, I need to compare it with other facilities.

This is a clean nice home. The family is very interested in putting our mother in this facility. We feel she would be taken care of.

I highly recommend the Waterford at Decatur. They are caring & very professional. They took care of my sister during her passing; attempting CPR, treating her with dignity & respect.

5 on all questions. I would use your service any and all times. You are great! They took excellent care of the resident. She was well cared for, had meals on time and kept me appraised of her condition and needs (if any). I would definitely use them again.

I have a family member who’s been living here for a few months and she’s had a great experience so far. At first, she was nervous for this adjustment but the team here has made this transition easy. Her favorite amenity has been the beauty salon.

The facility was beautiful and friendly. I believe this was the one with elevators which did not appeal to my mother in law. There was a lot of walking which my mother in law is not able to do. We did not choose this facility Thank you

The individuals I spoke to ([name removed]and [name removed]) were very friendly and professional. They answered every question and didn't hesitate. My tour included where you eat, a room to give you a great idea of the layout, where salon and courtyard plus were. I was so impressed that I have decided to move in.

This facility is nice, but hallways are so long.would be nice if each room had a door to go outside, especially if you have a dog.

Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, from the moment we walked in and even afterwards, the staff were very professional, and it made us feel like this was the perfect place. We even talked with some of the residents alone who had high praises.

Welcoming from the very moment you enter. This is a warm and loving community where Mom feels safe and wanted.The staff and other resident are friendly and Mom has made so many new friends. We (the family) feel that this is the best decision we could have ever made for her. Thank you so much.

Overall a strong 5, staff is something else, professional, caring, loving, compassionate can't express enough about them. The staff is better than family. The facility is is amazing, clean, and very practical, the food is well prepared. They care about their residents, so many different activities going on.

Great experience the staff was kind and environment was clean. No one was sitting around the staff was on point and addressed all needs by any senior on site. This location is definitely the ne to visit if you are looking for a good home for a loved one
